本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,尤其是一种牛肉酱自动炒制装置。
背景技术
牛肉酱是由多种主料、辅料混合而成的一种佐餐酱料,其美味可口,营养丰富,一直深受人们的喜爱;制作牛肉酱需要的主料、辅料多达十几二十种,生产时,要先准备好主料包括牛肉末、豆瓣酱等,还要制备好辅料如干辣椒、水、香辛料、葱、姜、蒜等,再将这些主辅料投入一个大锅进行搅拌、炒制,最后出锅、装瓶;这种牛肉酱的制作工艺不但工人劳动强度大,而且还不一定能使这些材料搅拌均匀,影响牛肉酱的口感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种牛肉酱自动炒制装置,它可以解决目前牛肉酱制作过程中工人劳动强度大的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种牛肉酱自动炒制装置,包括带加热装置的炒锅,所述炒锅下方设有支座,所述炒锅的上方设有搅拌机构和上料机构。
以上技术方案中,更进一步的方案可以是:所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、设在所述搅拌轴下部的搅拌叶片,所述搅拌轴与设在其上部的电机连接,所述电机设在升降支架上,所述升降支架与油缸连接。
进一步的:所述上料机构包括管道,所述管道中部设有上料泵。
进一步的:所述加热装置为电加热器。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明设置有可升降的自动搅拌装置,可充分搅拌炒锅内的主辅料;
2、本发明在炒锅旁设有自动上料机构,用量大的主料或辅料可通过自动上料机构上料,大大减轻工人劳动强度。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详述:
如图1所示的这种牛肉酱自动炒制装置,包括带加热装置8的炒锅7,加热装置8为可调整温度的电加热器;炒锅7下方设有支座11,电加热装置8设置在炒锅7的下方,支座11放置在平台9上;炒锅7的上方设有搅拌机构,搅拌机构包括搅拌轴4、设在搅拌轴4下部的搅拌叶片6,搅拌轴4与设在其上部的电机5连接,电机5设在减速器(未画出),电机5设在升降支架2上,升降支架2与油缸3连接,油缸2的活塞杆伸缩可控制搅拌轴4的升降;上料机构包括管道1,管道1的中部设有上料泵10;牛肉酱的主辅料中重量组份大的材料可通过上料泵10输送。

1.一种牛肉酱自动炒制装置,包括带加热装置的炒锅,所述炒锅下方设有支座,其特征在于:所述炒锅的上方设有搅拌机构和上料机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牛肉酱自动炒制装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴、设在所述搅拌轴下部的搅拌叶片,所述搅拌轴与设在其上部的电机连接,所述电机设在升降支架上,所述升降支架与油缸连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的牛肉酱自动炒制装置,其特征在于:所述上料机构包括管道,所述管道中部设有上料泵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的牛肉酱自动炒制装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置为电加热器。
