背景技术
近年来,随着养猪业的快速发展,猪粪及污水排放对环境的污染日益严重。在这种情况下,引入了发酵床养殖发法。发酵床养猪模式是根据微生态理论和生物发酵理论,在猪舍内铺设一定厚度的有机物质垫料,通过参与垫料和牲畜粪便协同发酵作用,快速转化粪、尿等养殖废弃物,消除恶臭,抑制害虫、病菌,同时,有益微生物菌群能将垫料、粪便合成可供牲畜食用的糖类、蛋白质、有机酸、维生素等营养物质,增强牲畜抗病能力,促进牲畜健康生长。然而,目前的发酵床养猪技术还不完善,在技术实践过程中,垫料主要以锯末和稻壳为主要原料,导致了成本逐年升高,且遇到了垫料降解效果差等问题,不仅影响猪舍的卫生环境,而且,无法及时合成供猪食用的营养物质,不利于猪的生长发育,影响养殖效益。

一种利用畜禽固体粪便制备猪发酵床垫料的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1、畜禽固体粪便预处理
1A、将畜禽固体粪便置于粪池内,用高压水枪对粪便进行水力破碎,经过水力破碎的粪便与水混合形成粪污;
1B、使粪污流经格栅,通过格栅的过滤,清除粪污中的杂草、羽毛;
1C、经过过滤的粪污流至沉砂池,粪污在沉砂池静置,使粪污中的砂砾沉淀到池底;
1D、从沉砂池分离出浮在上层的粪便,用固液分离机对粪便进行脱水处理,将粪便的含水量降至20-25%;沉砂池中的废水排至集水池;
2、厌氧生物处理
2A、制作发酵辅料:所述发酵辅料由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:农作物秸秆20-30份、食用菌渣20-30份、啤酒糟20-30份、侧柏叶10-15份,蒲公英15-20份、金银花10-20份、花生粕15-20份、草炭15-20份;将上述原料分别进行粉碎,过30-50目筛后,充分混合;
2B、配置发酵菌液:所述发酵菌液由光合菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌、粪肠球菌、植物乳杆菌、蛋白酶制备而成;所述发酵菌液中各原料的体积百分比为:光合菌15-20%、乳酸菌15-20%、酵母菌15-20%、粪肠球菌15-20%、植物乳杆菌15-20%、蛋白酶20-25%;
2C、将步骤1D获取的畜禽粪便与步骤2A制作的发酵辅料按照3:1的配比进行充分混合,制得混合料;
2D、将步骤2B制得的发酵菌液加入在混合料中,堆肥自然发酵9-15天,并定期用翻扒机翻扒;所述发酵菌液的用量与混合料的重量比为1:500;
2E、发酵完成后,将发酵好的物料自然晾干至含水量小于35%,然后进行粉碎,过30-40目筛,即得发酵床垫料。

(1B)使粪污流经格栅,通过格栅的过滤,清除粪污中的杂草、羽毛;
(1C)经过过滤的粪污流至沉砂池,粪污在沉砂池静置,使粪污中的砂砾沉淀到池底;
(1D)从沉砂池分离出浮在上层的粪便,用固液分离机对粪便进行脱水处理,将粪便的含水量降至20-25%;沉砂池中的废水排至集水池;
(2)厌氧生物处理
(2A)制作发酵辅料:所述发酵辅料由以下重量份数的原料配制而成:农作物秸秆20-30份、食用菌渣20-30份、啤酒糟20-30份、侧柏叶10-15份,蒲公英15-20份、金银花10-20份、花生粕15-20份、草炭15-20份;将上述原料分别进行粉碎,过30-50目筛后,充分混合;
(2B)配置发酵菌液:所述发酵菌液由光合菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌、粪肠球菌、植物乳杆菌、蛋白酶制备而成;所述发酵菌液中各原料的体积百分比为:光合菌15-20%、乳酸菌15-20%、酵母菌15-20%、粪肠球菌15-20%、植物乳杆菌15-20%、蛋白酶20-25%;
(2C)将步骤(1D)获取的畜禽粪便与步骤(2A)制作的发酵辅料按照3:1的配比进行充分混合,制得混合料;
(2D)将步骤(2B)制得的发酵菌液加入在混合料中,堆肥自然发酵9-15天,并定期用翻扒机翻扒;所述发酵菌液的用量与混合料的重量比为1:500;
(2E)发酵完成后,将发酵好的物料自然晾干至含水量小于35%,然后进行粉碎,过30-40目筛,即得发酵床垫料。
