Description

Biochemical detection kit for detection and analysis
Technical Field
The invention relates to a kit, in particular to a biochemical detection kit for detection and analysis.
Background
In biochemical reagent detection, in many cases, the detection result needs to be compared with a standard strip, and further judgment is carried out to obtain a quantitative or semi-quantitative comparison result. For example, in a common pH test, after the pH test strip test is completed, the pH test strip displaying the result needs to be compared with a comparison card to obtain a more accurate pH value.
More complex assays, such as lateral flow assay strips, can detect a variety of target components, such as antigens or antibodies, from a sample. Typically, the test strip contains a detection antibody that specifically binds to the substance to be detected by placing the test strip in the sample to be detected. The sample solution flows laterally along the test strip to the test line. The detection line is provided with a capture antibody which also has specific binding capacity to the substance to be detected. If the target is contained in the sample to be tested, the detection antibody can specifically bind to the target at the binding region, and then flow to the detection line where it is captured by the capture antibody, resulting in a visible label, typically a colloidal gold label. The presence or absence or the content of the target object can be judged according to the comparison of the displayed color and the standard strip. For example, in the luteinizing hormone assay, after the assay is completed, the test strip is placed in alignment with an external standard strip.
Generally, the detection strip and the comparison card are separately and independently placed, the detection strip is discarded after the detection is finished, and the detection result needs to be recorded in another notebook or computer.
In the practical process, in the detection environment that detection personnel are located, there is not the notebook that can record usually, and detection personnel often influence work efficiency because of looking for the notebook. This also results in the failure to store the original experimental results in real time, which reduces the reliability of the detection results.
In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, those skilled in the art have been devoted to develop a biochemical test kit which can conveniently record the test results, can record the test results in real time, and can perform a comparative analysis on a series of test results.
