本发明涉及电子元器件包装技术领域,尤其是配合薄型载带使用的覆盖纸。
背景技术
薄型载带覆盖带主要用于封装承载片式电子元器件的薄型载带,包括冲孔式纸质载料带及PS载料带、PC载料带、PS\PC载料带等。根据电子元件的封装要求,薄型载带覆盖带及其原纸应具有较高的白度和透明度,以方便观察电子元件在薄型载带内的排列情况;应具有良好的热封性,能较好地密封薄型载带的载物孔,应具有较高的抗张强度,以拉起覆盖带取用电子元件时覆盖带不会被拉断。市场上的薄型载带覆盖带一般以PET膜为基材,在其上涂覆胶黏剂、PE膜、热封胶膜及抗静电剂等,然后经分切绕卷而得。
PET基材与其他材料的接着需要粘合剂,而粘合剂需要挥发性溶剂溶解稀释,因此整个生产工艺不仅繁琐而且挥发性溶剂污染环境,不利于操作者的健康,另外因粘合剂涂覆不匀或干燥过快容易造成PET基材与其他材料间出现分层或漏胶的质量事故。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述技术问题,从而提供一种薄型载带覆盖带原纸。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案如下:
一种薄型载带覆盖带原纸,所述覆盖带原纸定量25g/㎡~40g/㎡,纵向抗张强度2.5 KN/m~4.5 KN/m,纵横拉力比为5:1~6:1。
作为优选,所述覆盖纸原纸D65亮度78%~85%,透明度65%~80%,表面强度(蜡棒法)22A,吸水性13g/㎡~18g/㎡,水分5.0%~7.0%。
作为优选,所述覆盖纸原纸分切及端面受摩擦时不掉毛掉粉,迎光检查纸张纤维组织排列均匀,无云彩花纤维团。
本发明的另一个目的是提供上述薄型载带覆盖带原纸的一种制备方法。具体技术方案如下:
一种薄型载带覆盖带原纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将针叶木浆和棉浆混合,送入碎浆机进行碎解,碎浆浓度8%~12%,碎解后放入粗浆池,然后用清水稀释浓度至3.8%~5.0%,然后送入磨浆机磨浆,采用半游离偏粘状打浆方式对纸浆纤维适当的切断和充分的细纤维化,直至打浆度在45°SR~75°SR,湿重12g~15g,处理后的浆料放入浆池待用;
(2)将步骤(1)处理好的浆料转入配料池中,相对于绝干纸浆纤维100份,加入1.0%~8.0%的乳液型热固性定型树脂、0.5%~0.8%的树脂定着剂、0.5%~1.0%的硬脂酸系施胶剂、0.08%~0.15%的纸浆分散剂、0.1%~0.3%的干强剂、0.01%~0.03%的杀菌剂,混合均匀后提至纸机的抄前浆池待用;
(3)将步骤(2)处理好的浆料稀释至上网浓度为0.12%~0.25%,然后上网成型,控制浆网速比为0.97~0.98,控制网速略大于浆速,使纤维多趋向于纵向排列,以增强纵向抗张强度;制得原纸初成品;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的原纸初成品首次烘干至水分4%~6%,然后浸泡式表面施胶,施胶液浓度2%~6%;然后二次烘干至水分5.0%~7.0%。
本发明上述技术方案中,在漂白针叶木浆中配加强度更好的漂白棉浆,可使原纸的抗张强度达到要求。
本发明上述技术方案中,添加在纸浆内的乳液型热固性定型树脂和定着剂填充定着在纤维间,经过烘干工序时受热固化定型,使纤维间形成类似胶黏状粘结,使原纸分切和受摩擦时不掉毛掉粉;硬脂酸系施胶剂既可以与热固性定型树脂和定着剂及纸用透明剂产生协同作用,赋予原纸较高的抗水防潮性,而且有利于增加原纸的透明性;纸浆分散剂可使纸浆纤维不易缠结容易分散,不形成纤维团和云彩花;干强剂进一步增强纤维间的结合强度和原纸的表面强度。
作为优选,所述乳液型热固性定型树脂取自苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚乳液、丁苯胶乳、聚乙烯醇树脂、聚丙烯酰胺树脂中的至少一种。
作为优选,所述树脂定着剂为聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂。
作为优选,所述硬脂酸系施胶剂选自硬脂酸铵胶、硬脂酸钠胶中的至少一种。

本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明打浆方式采用半游离偏粘状打浆,对纸浆纤维适当的切断和充分的细纤维化,可提高纤维间的结合力,又使纸浆纤维不易缠结容易分散,不形成纤维团和云彩花,赋予原纸较高的抗张强度和表面强度。
2、本发明在漂白针叶木浆中配加强度更好的漂白棉浆,使原纸的抗张强度达到要求。
3、本发明在纸浆内的添加乳液型热固性定型树脂和定着剂,填充定着在纤维间,经过烘干工序时受热固化定型,使纤维间形成类似胶黏状粘结,使原纸分切和受摩擦时不掉毛掉粉。
4、本发明采用的硬脂酸系施胶剂既可以与热固性定型树脂、定着剂以及纸用透明剂产生协同作用,赋予原纸较高的抗水防潮性,而且有利于增加原纸的透明性;纸浆分散剂可使纸浆纤维不易缠结容易分散,不形成纤维团和云彩花;干强剂进一步增强纤维间的结合强度和原纸的表面强度。
5、本发明在首次烘干后使用纸用透明剂乳液进行浸泡式表面施胶,在纸面形成一层透明剂的膜,因该膜折光率与纤维折光率接近,可大幅度提高原纸的透明性。
6、本发明的原纸抗张强度高、透明性好、纤维定型牢固,表面强度高,分切及端面受摩擦时不掉毛掉粉,用该原纸代替PET膜作基材,可在原纸基材上直接涂覆热封胶膜,然后分切加工得到薄型载带覆盖带,而不需要涂覆胶黏剂、PE膜及抗静电剂等。

一种薄型载带覆盖带原纸的制造方法,包括浆板碎解、打浆、配料、上网成型、第一烘干部、表面施胶、第二烘干部、卷取及分切复卷等工序;具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将漂白针叶木浆和漂白棉浆按50%:50%的比例混合送入中浓或高浓碎浆机进行碎解,碎浆浓度8%,碎解25分钟后放入粗浆池,然后用清水稀释浓度至3.8%,然后送入磨浆机磨浆,采用半游离偏粘状打浆方式对纸浆纤维适当的切断和充分的细纤维化,直至打浆度在45°SR,湿重12g,处理后的浆料放入浆池待用;
(2)将步骤(1)处理好的浆料转入配料池中,相对于绝干纸浆纤维100份,加入1.0%的乳液型热固性定型树脂、0.5%的树脂定着剂、0.5%的硬脂酸系施胶剂、0.08%的纸浆分散剂、0.1%的干强剂、0.01%的杀菌剂,混合均匀后提至纸机的抄前浆池待用;本实施例中乳液型热固性定型树脂采用苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚乳液;树脂定着剂采用聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂;硬脂酸系施胶剂采用硬脂酸铵胶;纸浆分散剂采用聚氧化乙烯;干强剂为羧甲基纤维素;杀菌剂为低毒广谱类杀菌剂;
(3)将步骤(1)处理好的浆料稀释至上网浓度为0.12%,然后上网成型,控制浆网速比为0.97~0.98,控制网速略大于浆速,使纤维多趋向于纵向排列,以增强纵向抗张强度;纸幅经第一烘干部烘干至水分4%~6%,然后进入浸泡式表面施胶,施胶液采用聚酯树脂,浓度2%,施胶后进入第二烘干部,烘干至水分5.0%~7.0%,然后卷取、分切复卷、包装入库。
经检测,该原纸:定量25g/㎡,纵向抗张强度2.7 KN/m,纵横拉力比为6:1,D65亮度85%,透明度80%,表面强度(蜡棒法)22A,吸水性18g/㎡,水分5.0%,分切及端面受摩擦时不掉毛掉粉,迎光检查纸张纤维组织排列均匀,无云彩花纤维团。
实施例二
一种薄型载带覆盖带原纸的制造方法,包括浆板碎解、打浆、配料、上网成型、第一烘干部、表面施胶、第二烘干部、卷取及分切复卷等工序;具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将漂白针叶木浆和漂白棉浆按60%:40%的比例混合送入中浓或高浓碎浆机进行碎解,碎浆浓度9%,碎解25分钟后放入粗浆池,然后用清水稀释浓度至4.0%,然后送入磨浆机磨浆,采用半游离偏粘状打浆方式对纸浆纤维适当的切断和充分的细纤维化,直至打浆度在55°SR,湿重13g,处理后的浆料放入浆池待用;
(2)将步骤(1)处理好的浆料转入配料池中,相对于绝干纸浆纤维100份,加入2.0%的乳液型热固性定型树脂、0.6%的树脂定着剂、0.6%的硬脂酸系施胶剂、0.09%的纸浆分散剂、0.2%的干强剂、0.02%的杀菌剂,混合均匀后提至纸机的抄前浆池待用;本实施例中乳液型热固性定型树脂采用丁苯胶乳;树脂定着剂采用聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂;硬脂酸系施胶剂采用硬脂酸铵胶;纸浆分散剂采用聚氧化乙烯;干强剂为羧甲基纤维素;杀菌剂为低毒广谱类杀菌剂;
(3)将步骤(1)处理好的浆料稀释至上网浓度为0.15%,然后上网成型,控制浆网速比为0.97~0.98,控制网速略大于浆速,使纤维多趋向于纵向排列,以增强纵向抗张强度;纸幅经第一烘干部烘干至水分4%~6%,然后进入浸泡式表面施胶,施胶液采用饱和脂肪烃类树脂,浓度3%,施胶后进入第二烘干部,烘干至水分5.0%~7.0%,然后卷取、分切复卷、包装入库。
经检测,该原纸:定量28g/㎡,纵向抗张强度2.9 KN/m,纵横拉力比为6:1,D65亮度83%,透明度75%,表面强度(蜡棒法)22A,吸水性15g/㎡,水分5.5%,分切及端面受摩擦时不掉毛掉粉,迎光检查纸张纤维组织排列均匀,无云彩花纤维团。
实施例三
一种薄型载带覆盖带原纸的制造方法,包括浆板碎解、打浆、配料、上网成型、第一烘干部、表面施胶、第二烘干部、卷取及分切复卷等工序;具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将漂白针叶木浆和漂白棉浆按70%:30%的比例混合送入中浓或高浓碎浆机进行碎解,碎浆浓度10%,碎解25分钟后放入粗浆池,然后用清水稀释浓度至4.3%,然后送入磨浆机磨浆,采用半游离偏粘状打浆方式对纸浆纤维适当的切断和充分的细纤维化,直至打浆度在65°SR,湿重14g,处理后的浆料放入浆池待用;

(2)将步骤(1)处理好的浆料转入配料池中,相对于绝干纸浆纤维100份,加入8.0%的乳液型热固性定型树脂、0.8%的树脂定着剂、1.0%的硬脂酸系施胶剂、0.15%的纸浆分散剂、0.3%的干强剂、0.03%的杀菌剂,混合均匀后提至纸机的抄前浆池待用;本实施例中乳液型热固性定型树脂采用苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚乳液;树脂定着剂采用聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂;硬脂酸系施胶剂采用硬脂酸钠胶;纸浆分散剂采用聚氧化乙烯;干强剂为羧甲基纤维素;杀菌剂为低毒广谱类杀菌剂;
(3)将步骤(1)处理好的浆料稀释至上网浓度为0.25%,然后上网成型,控制浆网速比为0.97~0.98,控制网速略大于浆速,使纤维多趋向于纵向排列,以增强纵向抗张强度;纸幅经第一烘干部烘干至水分4%~6%,然后进入浸泡式表面施胶,施胶液采用丙烯酸类共聚乳液,浓度6%,施胶后进入第二烘干部,烘干至水分5.0%~7.0%,然后卷取、分切复卷、包装入库。
经检测,该原纸:定量40g/㎡,纵向抗张强度4.5 KN/m,纵横拉力比为5:1,D65亮度78%,透明度65%,表面强度(蜡棒法)22A,吸水性13 g/㎡,水分7.0%,分切及端面受摩擦时不掉毛掉粉,迎光检查纸张纤维组织排列均匀,无云彩花纤维团。

Claims (3)

1.一种薄型载带覆盖带原纸的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将针叶木浆和棉浆混合,送入碎浆机进行碎解,碎浆浓度8%~12%,碎解后放入粗浆池,然后用清水稀释浓度至3.8%~5.0%,然后送入磨浆机磨浆,采用半游离偏粘状打浆方式对纸浆纤维适当的切断和充分的细纤维化,直至打浆度在45°SR~75°SR,湿重12g~15g,处理后的浆料放入浆池待用;
(2)将步骤(1)处理好的浆料转入配料池中,相对于绝干纸浆纤维100份,加入1.0%~8.0%的乳液型热固性定型树脂、0.5%~0.8%的树脂定着剂、0.5%~1.0%的硬脂酸系施胶剂、0.08%~0.15%的纸浆分散剂、0.1%~0.3%的干强剂、0.01%~0.03%的杀菌剂,混合均匀后提至纸机的抄前浆池待用;
(3)将步骤(2)处理好的浆料稀释至上网浓度为0.12%~0.25%,然后上网成型,控制浆网速比为0.97~0.98,控制网速略大于浆速,使纤维多趋向于纵向排列,以增强纵向抗张强度;制得原纸初成品;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的原纸初成品首次烘干至水分4%~6%,然后浸泡式表面施胶,施胶液浓度2%~6%;然后二次烘干至水分5.0%~7.0%;
所述乳液型热固性定型树脂选自苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚乳液、丁苯胶乳、聚乙烯醇树脂、聚丙烯酰胺树脂中的至少一种;
所述树脂定着剂为聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂;
所述硬脂酸系施胶剂选自硬脂酸铵胶、硬脂酸钠胶中的至少一种;
所述纸浆分散剂选自聚氧化乙烯或低分子量的聚丙烯酰胺;
所述覆盖带原纸定量25g/ m2 ~40 g/ m2 ,纵向抗张强度2.5 kN/m~4.5 kN/m,纵横拉力比为5:1~6:1;所述覆盖带原纸D65亮度78%~85%,透明度65%~80%,表面强度(蜡棒法)22A,吸水性13 g/ m2 ~18 g/ m2 ,水分5.0%~7.0%;
所述覆盖带原纸分切及端面受摩擦时不掉毛掉粉,迎光检查纸张纤维组织排列均匀,无云彩花纤维团。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄型载带覆盖带原纸的制造方法,其特征在于:所述干强剂为羧甲基纤维素。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄型载带覆盖带原纸的制造方法,其特征在于:所述施胶液选自聚酯树脂、丙烯酸类共聚乳液、饱和脂肪烃类树脂中的至少一种。
