技术领域
本发明属于机械技术领域,特别涉及一种有机缓蚀剂。
背景技术
大多数金属在自然条件下都会自发的与空气或者水发生化学反应,其自身则被腐蚀,所以自然界极少有不含其他杂质的天然纯金属。金属是良导体,因而大部分金属在水、电解质存在的条件下,极易发生反应而变质,或氧化或生成其他化合物,这就是在不加保护的条件下金属腐蚀的原因。金属发生腐蚀的危害是巨大的,首先由金属铸造的化工设施、市政管网因腐蚀而不能达到预期的使用寿命,增大经济成本;其次主要由金属构件制成的机械、载人工具、压力容器等或因金属腐蚀达不到安全强度,发生事故,增大安全成本;最后金属的储量有限,不加控制的腐蚀会过快的消耗地球上金属矿藏的存量,同时还有制作成本、工艺上的浪费,增大环境资源保护成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种无毒无害、绿色环保且成本低的有机缓蚀剂。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种有机缓蚀剂,各组分及相应的重量份数为:磷酸钠10-15份,膦羚酸1-5份,磺化木质素0.5-1份,硅酸钠8-10份,碳酸钙10-15份,二氧化钛2-5份,硝酸钠2-5份,水100-120份。
本发明提出的一种有机缓蚀剂配比合理,使用时用量少,性质稳定,绿色环保,生产成本低。
