背景技术
大多数金属在自然条件下都会自发的与空气或者水发生化学反应,其自身则被腐蚀,所以自然界极少有不含其他杂质的天然纯金属。金属是良导体,因而大部分金属在水、电解质存在的条件下,极易发生反应而变质,或氧化或生成其他化合物,这就是在不加保护的条件下金属腐蚀的原因。金属发生腐蚀的危害是巨大的,首先,由金属铸造的化工设施、市政管网因腐蚀而不能达到预期的使用寿命,增大经济成本;其次,主要由金属构件制成的机械、载人工具、压力容器等等或因金属腐蚀达不到安全强度,发生事故,增大安全成本;最后,金属的储量有限,不加控制的腐蚀会过快的消耗地球上金属矿藏的存量,同时还有制作成本、工艺上的浪费,增大环境资源保护成本。

本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种无毒无害、绿色环保且成本低的有色金属缓蚀剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:所提供的一种有色金属缓蚀剂,所述缓蚀剂包括以下组份(重量份):硅酸钠10-23份,磷酸钠3-8份,硫酸锌2-5份,酸式碳酸钙5-13份,硝酸钾1-3份,水80-120份。
优选的,所述缓蚀剂包括以下组份(重量份):硅酸钠13-20份,磷酸钠4-7份,硫酸锌3-5份,酸式碳酸钙7-12份,硝酸钾2-3份,水85-115份。
优选的,所述缓蚀剂包括以下组份(重量份):硅酸钠15份,磷酸钠5份,硫酸锌3份,酸式碳酸钙8份,硝酸钾2份,水100份。
优选的,所述缓蚀剂包括以下组份(重量份):硅酸钠18份,磷酸钠7份,硫酸锌4份,酸式碳酸钙10份,硝酸钾3份,水110份。
