一种碳化钨网纹辊及其制备方法,所述碳化钨网纹辊由基辊以及碳化钨层组成,所述基辊上设置有碳化钨层,所述碳化钨层上分布有网孔,所述网孔呈U型,所述网孔阵型排列在碳化钨层上。有益效果:增加耐磨粒磨损性能,使网纹辊寿命更长;网孔容易清洗;高精细图案的印刷效果精良,无空心网点、高密度色点、漏点等匀质性不足的缺陷;减少飞墨现象且环保。

一种碳化钨网纹辊及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种网纹辊,具体涉及一种碳化钨网纹辊及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前氧化铬陶瓷网纹辊虽然已经得到了大量的推广应用,但由于等离子喷涂氧化铬涂层本身的脆性造成其耐磨粒磨损性能较差,在一些使用环境中含有磨损颗粒的涂布或印刷应用中寿命较短。另外,等离子喷涂氧化铬涂层的孔隙率无法降得更低,抛光很难达到0.1的光洁度,致密性不够完美,雕刻出的网孔均匀性受到限制,从而影响到该类网纹辊在高精度印刷中的表现效果。现有的网纹辊还存在飞墨现象、难以清洗、网纹辊寿命短以及印刷效果不够好等问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种碳化钨网纹辊及其制备方法,耐磨粒磨损性能增加,网孔容易清洗,印刷效果精良,还能减少飞墨和使用寿命长。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种碳化钨网纹辊,由基辊以及碳化钨层组成,所述基辊上设置有碳化钨层,所述碳化钨层上分布有网孔。
进一步的,所述网孔呈U型。
进一步的,所述网孔阵型排列在碳化钨层上。
一种碳化钨网纹辊的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
(1)将基辊面进行喷砂处理;
(2)采用低电功率、内送粉等离子喷涂系统在基辊面上喷涂碳化钨涂层;
(3)喷涂后进行封孔处理,封闭涂层内的通孔,避免外来介质渗透腐蚀基辊;
(4)在外圆磨床上对碳化钨涂层进行磨削,用金刚石砂轮把表面粗糙层磨掉,达到要求的辊面直径;
(5)对表面进行抛光处理,以去除磨削痕迹并达到雕刻参数需要的辊面光洁度;
(6)采用激光器对抛光处理后的辊体进行网纹雕刻;
(7)雕刻完成后再对辊体表面进行后抛光处理,去除雕刻时候产生的细屑、毛刺等。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果为:增加耐磨粒磨损性能,使网纹辊寿命更长;网孔容易清洗;高精细图案的印刷效果精良,无空心网点、高密度色点、漏点等匀质性不足的缺陷;减少飞墨现象且环保。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述。
结合图1所示一种碳化钨网纹辊,由基辊1以及碳化钨层2组成,所述基辊1上设置有碳化钨层2,所述碳化钨层2上分布有网孔3。所述网孔3呈U型。所述网孔3阵型排列在碳化钨层上2。
结合图1所示一种碳化钨网纹辊的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
(1)将基辊面进行喷砂处理;
(2)采用低电功率、内送粉等离子喷涂系统在基辊面上喷涂碳化钨涂层;
(3)喷涂后进行封孔处理,封闭涂层内的通孔,避免外来介质渗透腐蚀基辊;
(4)在外圆磨床上对碳化钨涂层进行磨削,用金刚石砂轮把表面粗糙层磨掉,达到要求的辊面直径;

1.一种碳化钨网纹辊,其特征在于:由基辊以及碳化钨层组成,所述基辊上设置有碳化钨层,所述碳化钨层上分布有网孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种碳化钨网纹辊,其特征在于:所述网孔呈U型。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种碳化钨网纹辊,其特征在于:所述网孔阵型排列在碳化钨层上。
4.一种碳化钨网纹辊的制备方法,其特征在于:包括步骤如下:
(1)将基辊面进行喷砂处理;
(2)采用低电功率、内送粉等离子喷涂系统在基辊面上喷涂碳化钨涂层;
(3)喷涂后进行封孔处理,封闭涂层内的通孔,避免外来介质渗透腐蚀基辊;
