本发明公开了一种可印刷涂层布,包括织物以及设于织物表面的可印刷涂层,所述可印刷涂层包括涂层水性树脂、填料、交联剂、增稠剂,所述填料为钛白粉、碳酸钙、滑石粉、白炭黑其中的一种或多种,所述交联剂为环氧基树脂、硅烷偶联剂、异氰酸酯、氮丙啶、密胺树脂、氨基树脂中的一种或多种。本发明采用的技术方案,在常规的涂层工艺上,添加交联剂,提高涂层布的强度,防止涂层布的撕裂。

本发明涉及印刷技术,具体涉及可印刷涂层布。
背景技术
目前常用的可印刷涂层布,经常出现强度不足的情况,导致在使用过程中容易撕裂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种可印刷涂层布,提高强度,防止撕裂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种可印刷涂层布,包括织物以及设于织物表面的可印刷涂层,所述可印刷涂层包括涂层水性树脂、填料、交联剂、增稠剂,所述填料为钛白粉、碳酸钙、滑石粉、白炭黑其中的一种或多种,所述交联剂为环氧基树脂、硅烷偶联剂、异氰酸酯、氮丙啶、密胺树脂、氨基树脂中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述织物由锦纶纱线织造成坯布。
优选的,所述锦纶纱线经纱线强力保护剂处理。
优选的,所述可印刷涂层采用刮涂工艺,160-185℃烘干,涂胶量为25-60g/m2
本发明采用的技术方案,在常规的涂层工艺上,在涂层材料中添加交联剂,提高涂层布的强度,防止涂层布的撕裂。
具体实施方式
一种可印刷涂层布,包括织物以及设于织物表面的可印刷涂层,所述可印刷涂层包括涂层水性树脂、填料、交联剂、增稠剂,另外还添加有其他助剂,在此不再赘述。所述填料为钛白粉、碳酸钙、滑石粉、白炭黑其中的一种或多种,交联剂为环氧基树脂,硅烷偶联剂,异氰酸酯,氮丙啶,密胺树脂,氨基树脂中的一种或多种。
其中,所述织物由锦纶纱线织造成坯布,所述锦纶纱线经纱线强力保护剂处理,以提高纱线的拉伸断裂强力。
另外,所述可印刷涂层采用刮涂工艺,160-185℃烘干,涂胶量为25-60g/m2

1.一种可印刷涂层布,包括织物以及设于织物表面的可印刷涂层,其特征在于:所述可印刷涂层包括涂层水性树脂、填料、交联剂、增稠剂,所述填料为钛白粉、碳酸钙、滑石粉、白炭黑其中的一种或多种,所述交联剂为环氧基树脂、硅烷偶联剂、异氰酸酯、氮丙啶、密胺树脂、氨基树脂中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可印刷涂层布,其特征在于:所述织物由锦纶纱线织造成坯布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可印刷涂层布,其特征在于:所述锦纶纱线经纱线强力保护剂处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可印刷涂层布,其特征在于:所述可印刷涂层采用刮涂工艺,160-185℃烘干,涂胶量为25-60g/m2
