Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,包括泡棉本体和导电布,导电布包裹在泡棉本体的外表面,泡棉本体包括由下向上依次设置的第一导电胶层、泡棉层、金属层、第二导电胶层,泡棉层包括多层分体泡棉层,相邻两个分体泡棉层之间设有加强层,导电布的外侧由内至外依次设有隔热层和阻燃层。本发明的多层导电泡棉的强度高、韧性好、具有很好的导电性,其外侧的隔热层具有优异的隔热性能,在高温环境下也可保护器件的工作;阻燃层可以起到很好的阻燃性能,可有效防止泡棉易燃的现象,并阻止火源向四周扩散。

技术领域
本发明涉及导电泡棉技术领域,具体涉及一种具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉。
背景技术
在泡棉本体上包裹导电布,在导电布与泡棉本体之间设有热熔胶,热熔胶将导电布与导电泡棉粘合成一体结构,经过一系列的处理后,使其具有良好的表面导电性,可以很容易用胶粘带固定在需屏蔽器件上。导电泡棉可用于从事电子、电磁等高辐射工作的屏蔽措施中。目前市场上大多的导电泡棉制作比较简单,不具有阻燃特性,给其使用带来了安全隐患,鉴于此,有必要对传统的多层导电泡棉作出改进。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种强度高、韧性好、具有很好的导电性、隔热性和阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,包括泡棉本体和导电布,导电布包裹在泡棉本体的外表面,泡棉本体包括由下向上依次设置的第一导电胶层、泡棉层、金属层、第二导电胶层,泡棉层包括多层分体泡棉层,相邻两个分体泡棉层之间设有加强层,导电布的外侧由内至外依次设有隔热层和阻燃层。
优选地,前述隔热层由隔热涂料喷涂而成,隔热涂料包括如下按质量份计的各组分:环氧树脂31~45份、硅泡树脂26~32份、三氧化二锑19~25份、聚乙烯醇14~19份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠13~15份、醋酸丁酸10~12份、柠檬酸9~17份、氧化酶7~11份、乙二醇6~9份、纳米氧化硅5~8份、消泡剂4~6份、流平剂3~5份和水16~35份。
再优选地,前述隔热层的厚度为0.3~0.8mm。
更优选地,前述阻燃层由阻燃涂料喷涂而成,阻燃涂料包括如下按质量份计的各组分:丙烯酸树脂36~48份、聚酯树脂22~37份、二氧化镁15~28份、碳酸钙12~18份、硅酸钠11~15份、聚丙烯酰胺9~13份、邻苯二甲酸丁酯8~11份、二甲基苯胺7~12份、聚乙二醇6~9份、氧化铝7~9份、乙酸乙烯酯3~8份、分散剂3~7份、消泡剂4~6份和水21~30份。
进一步优选地,前述阻燃层的厚度为0.4~0.7mm。
具体地,前述分体泡棉层为2~4层,分体泡棉层为阻燃泡绵或吸波泡棉。
优选地,前述加强层为石棉,石棉的厚度为加强棉的十分之一。
再优选地,前述第一导电胶层的厚度为0.3~0.6mm。
更优选地,前述第二导电胶层的厚度为0.2~0.58mm。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明的多层导电泡棉的强度高、韧性好、具有很好的导电性,其外侧的隔热层具有优异的隔热性能,在高温环境下也可保护器件的工作;阻燃层可以起到很好的阻燃性能,可有效防止泡棉易燃的现象,并阻止火源向四周扩散。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
实施例1
具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,包括泡棉本体和导电布,导电布包裹在泡棉本体的外表面,泡棉本体包括由下向上依次设置的第一导电胶层、泡棉层、金属层、第二导电胶层,泡棉层包括多层分体泡棉层,分体泡棉层为2层,分体泡棉层为阻燃泡绵,相邻两个分体泡棉层之间设有加强层,加强层为石棉,石棉的厚度为加强棉的十分之一,导电布的外侧由内至外依次设有隔热层和阻燃层。
隔热层由隔热涂料喷涂而成,隔热涂料包括如下按质量份计的各组分:环氧树脂31份、硅泡树脂26份、三氧化二锑19份、聚乙烯醇14份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠13份、醋酸丁酸10份、柠檬酸9份、氧化酶7份、乙二醇6份、纳米氧化硅5份、消泡剂4份、流平剂3份和水16份;隔热层的厚度为0.3mm。
阻燃层由阻燃涂料喷涂而成,阻燃涂料包括如下按质量份计的各组分:丙烯酸树脂36份、聚酯树脂22份、二氧化镁15份、碳酸钙12份、硅酸钠11份、聚丙烯酰胺9份、邻苯二甲酸丁酯8份、二甲基苯胺7份、聚乙二醇6~9份、氧化铝7份、乙酸乙烯酯3份、分散剂3份、消泡剂4份和水21份;阻燃层的厚度为0.4mm。
优选地,第一导电胶层的厚度为0.3mm,第二导电胶层的厚度为0.2mm。
实施例2
具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,包括泡棉本体和导电布,导电布包裹在泡棉本体的外表面,泡棉本体包括由下向上依次设置的第一导电胶层、泡棉层、金属层、第二导电胶层,泡棉层包括多层分体泡棉层,分体泡棉层为3层,分体泡棉层为阻燃泡绵,相邻两个分体泡棉层之间设有加强层,加强层为石棉,石棉的厚度为加强棉的十分之一,导电布的外侧由内至外依次设有隔热层和阻燃层。
隔热层由隔热涂料喷涂而成,隔热涂料包括如下按质量份计的各组分:环氧树脂38份、硅泡树脂29份、三氧化二锑23份、聚乙烯醇17份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠14份、醋酸丁酸11份、柠檬酸13份、氧化酶9份、乙二醇7份、纳米氧化硅7份、消泡剂5份、流平剂4份和水23份;隔热层的厚度为0.6mm。
阻燃层由阻燃涂料喷涂而成,阻燃涂料包括如下按质量份计的各组分:丙烯酸树脂42份、聚酯树脂29份、二氧化镁23份、碳酸钙16份、硅酸钠13份、聚丙烯酰胺11份、邻苯二甲酸丁酯9份、二甲基苯胺8份、聚乙二醇7份、氧化铝8份、乙酸乙烯酯5份、分散剂6份、消泡剂5份和水26份;阻燃层的厚度为0.6mm。
优选地,第一导电胶层的厚度为0.5mm,第二导电胶层的厚度为0.3mm。
实施例3
具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,包括泡棉本体和导电布,导电布包裹在泡棉本体的外表面,泡棉本体包括由下向上依次设置的第一导电胶层、泡棉层、金属层、第二导电胶层,泡棉层包括多层分体泡棉层,分体泡棉层为4层,分体泡棉层为吸波泡绵,相邻两个分体泡棉层之间设有加强层,加强层为石棉,石棉的厚度为加强棉的十分之一,导电布的外侧由内至外依次设有隔热层和阻燃层。
隔热层由隔热涂料喷涂而成,隔热涂料包括如下按质量份计的各组分:环氧树脂45份、硅泡树脂32份、三氧化二锑25份、聚乙烯醇19份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠15份、醋酸丁酸12份、柠檬酸17份、氧化酶11份、乙二醇9份、纳米氧化硅8份、消泡剂6份、流平剂5份和水35份;隔热层的厚度为0.8mm。
阻燃层由阻燃涂料喷涂而成,阻燃涂料包括如下按质量份计的各组分:丙烯酸树脂48份、聚酯树脂37份、二氧化镁28份、碳酸钙18份、硅酸钠15份、聚丙烯酰胺13份、邻苯二甲酸丁酯11份、二甲基苯胺12份、聚乙二醇6~9份、氧化铝9份、乙酸乙烯酯8份、分散剂7份、消泡剂6份和水30份;阻燃层的厚度为0.7mm。
优选地,第一导电胶层的厚度为0.6mm,第二导电胶层的厚度为0.58mm。

1.具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,包括泡棉本体和导电布,其特征在于,所述导电布包裹在泡棉本体的外表面,所述泡棉本体包括由下向上依次设置的第一导电胶层、泡棉层、金属层、第二导电胶层,所述泡棉层包括多层分体泡棉层,相邻两个分体泡棉层之间设有加强层,所述导电布的外侧由内至外依次设有隔热层和阻燃层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述隔热层由隔热涂料喷涂而成,所述隔热涂料包括如下按质量份计的各组分:环氧树脂31~45份、硅泡树脂26~32份、三氧化二锑19~25份、聚乙烯醇14~19份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠13~15份、醋酸丁酸10~12份、柠檬酸9~17份、氧化酶7~11份、乙二醇6~9份、纳米氧化硅5~8份、消泡剂4~6份、流平剂3~5份和水16~35份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述隔热层的厚度为0.3~0.8mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述阻燃层由阻燃涂料喷涂而成,所述阻燃涂料包括如下按质量份计的各组分:丙烯酸树脂36~48份、聚酯树脂22~37份、二氧化镁15~28份、碳酸钙12~18份、硅酸钠11~15份、聚丙烯酰胺9~13份、邻苯二甲酸丁酯8~11份、二甲基苯胺7~12份、聚乙二醇6~9份、氧化铝7~9份、乙酸乙烯酯3~8份、分散剂3~7份、消泡剂4~6份和水21~30份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述阻燃层的厚度为0.4~0.7mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述分体泡棉层为2~4层,分体泡棉层为阻燃泡绵或吸波泡棉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述加强层为石棉,所述石棉的厚度为加强棉的十分之一。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述第一导电胶层的厚度为0.3~0.6mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具有阻燃性能的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述第二导电胶层的厚度为0.2~0.58mm。
