Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层导电泡棉,包括泡棉本体和导电层,所述的导电层包裹在泡棉本体的外表面,所述的泡棉本体包括第一泡棉、第二泡棉、加强筋和石棉,所述的加强筋分别设置在第一泡棉和第二泡棉之间,所述的石棉设置在加强筋与第一泡棉和第二泡棉之间的空隙内。通过上述方式,本发明的多层导电泡棉,强度高,同时具有阻燃的功能,能有效阻止泡棉易燃的现象,以及阻止火源向四周扩散,以保证产品性能的可靠性和延长其使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电子的技术领域,尤其涉及一种多层导电泡棉。
背景技术
近年来,随着电子技术的不断发展,电子类产品不断更新换代,其工作组件的尺寸越来越小,工作的速度和效率越来越高,其发热量也越来越大,因此不仅要求其配备相应的散热装置,还要具有阻燃能力,以免温度过高从而导致易燃产品发生易燃的现象,以保证产品性能的可靠性和延长其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多层导电泡棉,强度高,同时具有阻燃的功能,能有效阻止泡棉易燃的现象,以及阻止火源向四周扩散,以保证产品性能的可靠性和延长其使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供了一种多层导电泡棉,包括泡棉本体和导电层,所述的导电层包裹在泡棉本体的外表面,所述的泡棉本体包括第一泡棉、第二泡棉、加强筋和石棉,所述的加强筋分别设置在第一泡棉和第二泡棉之间,所述的石棉设置在加强筋与第一泡棉和第二泡棉之间的空隙内。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的泡棉本体的横截面呈长方形结构。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的第一泡棉与第二泡棉的厚度为相等或不相等。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的加强筋的横截面为正方形结构。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的石棉采用石棉粉粘结呈的石棉块。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的多层导电泡棉,强度高,同时具有阻燃的功能,能有效阻止泡棉易燃的现象,以及阻止火源向四周扩散,以保证产品性能的可靠性和延长其使用寿命。

如图1所示,本发明实施例包括:
一种多层导电泡棉,包括泡棉本体1和导电层2,所述的导电层2包裹在泡棉本体1的外表面,所述的泡棉本体包括第一泡棉11、第二泡棉12、加强筋13和石棉14,所述的加强筋13分别设置在第一泡棉11和第二泡棉12之间,所述的石棉14设置在加强筋13与第一泡棉11和第二泡棉12之间的空隙内。
上述中,所述的泡棉本体1的横截面呈长方形结构。其中,所述的第一泡棉11与第二泡棉12的厚度为相等或不相等。
进一步的,所述的加强筋13的横截面为正方形结构,支撑在第一泡棉11和第二泡棉12之间,用于增加泡棉的强度。
本实施例中,所述的石棉14采用石棉粉粘结呈的石棉块,具有阻燃的功能。
综上所述,本发明的多层导电泡棉,强度高,同时具有阻燃的功能,能有效阻止泡棉易燃的现象,以及阻止火源向四周扩散,以保证产品性能的可靠性和延长其使用寿命。

1.一种多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,包括泡棉本体和导电层,所述的导电层包裹在泡棉本体的外表面,所述的泡棉本体包括第一泡棉、第二泡棉、加强筋和石棉,所述的加强筋分别设置在第一泡棉和第二泡棉之间,所述的石棉设置在加强筋与第一泡棉和第二泡棉之间的空隙内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述的泡棉本体的横截面呈长方形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述的第一泡棉与第二泡棉的厚度为相等或不相等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述的加强筋的横截面为正方形结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多层导电泡棉,其特征在于,所述的石棉采用石棉粉粘结呈的石棉块。
