Abstract
The invention discloses a blind rivet gun connecting device which comprises a first mounting plate, a driver, a push rod, a second mounting plate, a pair of connecting lugs and a pair of holding claws, wherein the first mounting plate is provided with a first connecting lug; one end of the first mounting plate is used for being connected with a mechanical arm, and the other end of the first mounting plate is provided with a U-shaped groove for a blind rivet gun to pass through; the driver is fixed on the upper side of the first mounting plate, one end of the push rod is fixed on the driver, the other end is transversely provided with a pull block, and the driver is used for pushing the push rod and the pull block to reciprocate; the pair of connecting lugs are fixed on two sides of the first mounting plate and face the lower side of the first mounting plate, and the second mounting plate is pivoted between the pair of connecting lugs; the pair of holding claws are fixed on the second mounting plate and used for clamping the nail pulling gun. The blind rivet gun connecting device is simple in structure, can be used for conveniently installing the blind rivet gun, and is high in operation flexibility.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automatic assembly equipment, in particular to a blind rivet gun connecting device.
Background
The rivet gun is also called a rivet gun, and mainly rivets materials such as aluminum, iron, stainless steel plates and the like in a pneumatic or hydraulic mode, and a stainless steel or alloy steel rivet nozzle. The rivet pulling operation mode of the blind rivet in the prior art mainly comprises a semi-automatic sample and a full-automatic sample, wherein the semi-automatic sample is used for manually putting the blind rivet into a rivet gun, then putting the blind rivet into a workpiece hole site, then starting operation, completing rivet pulling operation procedure, and then manually discharging waste materials. This mode of operation has the following disadvantages: the automatic feeding procedure of the blind rivet cannot be completed, the automatic collection of the waste materials cannot be realized, and the blind rivet gun is required to be manually tilted to shake and drop the waste materials; the operation efficiency is very low, each time about 4-5 seconds, the operation comprises the steps of material taking, material feeding, installation, rivet pulling operation, waste material removal and the like; the operation is incoherent, and the program control operation can not be carried out by matching with other equipment; there are restrictions on the direction of operation. While the fully automated version is capable of performing automatic reclaiming and riveting, a special attachment device is required to secure the blind rivet gun to the robot. However, the existing connecting device has the defects of complex structure, inconvenient installation, low flexibility and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a connecting device of a blind rivet gun, which has a simple structure, can conveniently install the blind rivet gun and has high flexibility in operation of the blind rivet gun.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a blind rivet gun connecting device, which comprises a first mounting plate, a driver, a push rod, a second mounting plate, a pair of connecting lugs and a pair of holding claws; one end of the first mounting plate is used for being connected with a manipulator, and the other end of the first mounting plate is provided with a U-shaped groove for a blind rivet gun to pass through; the driver is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the first mounting plate, one end of the push rod is fixed on the driver, the other end is transversely provided with a pull block, and the driver is used for pushing the push rod and the pull block to reciprocate; the pair of connecting lugs are fixed on two sides of the first mounting plate and face the lower side of the first mounting plate, and the second mounting plate is pivoted between the pair of connecting lugs; the pair of holding claws are fixed on the second mounting plate and used for clamping the blind rivet gun.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the actuator is a cylinder or an electric cylinder.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least one waist-shaped hole is formed on the free end of the push rod, and the pull block is movably fixed on the push rod through the waist-shaped hole.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, two ends of the second mounting plate are respectively provided with a limiting rod, and the pair of connecting lugs are respectively provided with an arc hole for the limiting rod to pass through.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, one of the pair of holding claws is fixed to the second mounting plate, and the holding claws are fastened by a fastener.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a circular connection block is fixed to the end portion of the first mounting plate, which is used for connecting with the manipulator.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the open end of the U-shaped channel is closed by a pivot.
According to the connecting device of the blind rivet gun, the pair of holding claws are used for fixing the rear end of the blind rivet gun, the front end of the blind rivet gun is connected into the U-shaped groove of the first mounting plate in a penetrating mode, the driver drives the push rod and the pull block to reciprocate back and forth, and therefore the gun head of the blind rivet gun is pushed to carry out blind rivet operation, and then the blind rivet gun automatically returns. The connecting device is simple in structure, the blind rivet gun is convenient to install, and the flexibility of operation of the blind rivet gun is guaranteed.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to be limiting, so that those skilled in the art will better understand the invention and practice it.
In the following embodiments, the terms "upper", "lower", etc. are described with respect to the orientation shown in FIG. 1.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1-3, a connecting device of a blind rivet gun 8 of the present invention is mainly used for connecting the blind rivet gun 8 to a manipulator, and includes a first mounting plate 2, a driver, a push rod 4, a second mounting plate 5, a pair of connecting lugs 6 and a pair of holding claws 7; one end of the first mounting plate 2 is used for connecting a manipulator, and the other end is provided with a U-shaped groove 21 for the blind rivet gun 8 to pass through; the driver is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the first mounting plate 2, one end of the push rod 4 is fixed on the driver, a pull block 42 is transversely arranged at the other end of the push rod, and the driver is used for pushing the push rod 4 and the pull block 42 to reciprocate; the pair of connecting lugs 6 are fixed on two sides of the first mounting plate 2 and face the lower side of the first mounting plate 2, and the second mounting plate 5 is pivoted between the pair of connecting lugs 6; a pair of holding claws 7 are fixed to the second mounting plate 5 for clamping the nail gun 8.
Specifically, the driver may be a device with a smaller volume, such as a cylinder 3 or an electric cylinder, so as to reduce the volume and weight of the connecting device and improve flexibility, and in this embodiment, the cylinder 3 is selected. At least one waist-shaped hole 41 is formed in the free end of the push rod 4, and a pull block 42 is movably fixed on the push rod 4 through the waist-shaped hole 41.
Preferably, the open end of the U-shaped slot 21 is closed by a pivot 22, which pivot 22 acts as a stop for the blind rivet gun 8.
In order to limit the rotation angle of the blind rivet gun 8, a limiting rod (not shown) is preferably arranged at each of two ends of the second mounting plate 5, and a pair of connecting lugs 6 are respectively provided with an arc-shaped hole 61 for the limiting rod to penetrate.
In order to improve the fixing effect of the holding claws 7 on the rear end of the blind rivet gun 8, preferably, one holding claw 7 of the pair of holding claws 7 is fixed on the second mounting plate 5, and the two holding claws 7 are fastened by a fastener. In this embodiment, the two holding claws 7 are provided with mutually matched connection holes 71, and the two holding claws 7 can be fastened by using a screw, a screw rod or other connecting members.
In this embodiment, the end portion of the first mounting plate 2, which is used for being connected with the manipulator, is fixed with a circular connecting block 1, and the connecting block can strengthen the stability of the connection between the first mounting plate 2 and the manipulator, thereby improving the flexibility of operation.
In the connecting device of the blind rivet gun 8 of the embodiment, the rear end of the blind rivet gun 8 is fixed by the pair of holding claws 7, the front end of the blind rivet gun 8 is connected in the U-shaped groove 21 of the first mounting plate 2 in a penetrating way, and the push rod 4 and the pull block 42 are driven to reciprocate back and forth through the air cylinder 3, so that the gun head of the blind rivet gun 8 is pushed to carry out blind rivet operation, and then the blind rivet gun automatically returns. The connecting device is simple in structure, the blind rivet gun 8 is convenient to install, and the flexibility of operation of the blind rivet gun 8 is guaranteed.

the free end of the push rod is provided with at least one waist-shaped hole, and the pull block is movably fixed on the push rod through the waist-shaped hole;
two ends of the second mounting plate are respectively provided with a limiting rod, and the pair of connecting lugs are respectively provided with an arc-shaped hole for the limiting rods to pass through;
one holding claw is fixed on the second mounting plate, and the two holding claws are fastened through a fastener;
the end part of the first mounting plate, which is used for being connected with the manipulator, is fixedly provided with a circular connecting block;
the open end of the U-shaped groove is closed by a pivot.
2. The blind rivet gun apparatus of claim 1 wherein said driver is a pneumatic or electric cylinder.
