本发明公开了一种液压剪板机用钢板压紧工装,包括气缸横梁、中间横梁、立柱、气缸和压紧板,所述气缸横梁上均匀间隔倒立安装有多组气缸,在气缸横梁底部左右两端各安装有一组立柱,所述该两组立柱之间位于气缸横梁下方安装有一根中间横梁,所述中间横梁上均匀间隔设有多个导向孔。由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:本发明结构灵活,装配方便,能实现对需要加工钢板的有效压紧,省时省力,能有效较低工人劳动强度,提高生产效率,降低企业用人成本。

本发明属于钢结构生产领域,具体说是一种液压剪板机用钢板压紧工装。
背景技术
液压剪板机作为钢结构生产领域的重要设备,在钢板裁剪这一生产环节起到了重要的作用,目前,现有的液压剪板机上采用的压紧工装存在结构死板,调节不便,钢板容易松动等缺陷,严重制约了生产效率的提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种液压剪板机用钢板压紧工装。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种液压剪板机用钢板压紧工装,包括气缸横梁、中间横梁、立柱、气缸和压紧板,所述气缸横梁上均匀间隔倒立安装有多组气缸,在气缸横梁底部左右两端各安装有一组立柱,所述该两组立柱之间位于气缸横梁下方安装有一根中间横梁,所述中间横梁上均匀间隔设有多个导向孔,所述每组气缸内各安装有一根竖直穿过导向孔的气缸轴,所述每组气缸轴的底部各焊接有一组压紧柱,所述各组压紧柱的底部共同焊接在压紧板上,所述每组压紧柱外周位于中间横梁和压紧板之间各安装有一根压簧。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:本发明结构灵活,装配方便,能实现对需要加工钢板的有效压紧,省时省力,能有效较低工人劳动强度,提高生产效率,降低企业用人成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种液压剪板机用钢板压紧工装,包括气缸横梁1、中间横梁2、立柱3、气缸4和压紧板5,所述气缸横梁1上均匀间隔倒立安装有多组气缸4,在气缸横梁1底部左右两端各安装有一组立柱3,所述该两组立柱3之间位于气缸横梁1下方安装有一根中间横梁2,所述中间横梁2上均匀间隔设有多个导向孔6,所述每组气缸4内各安装有一根竖直穿过导向孔6的气缸轴7,所述每组气缸轴7的底部各焊接有一组压紧柱8,所述各组压紧柱8的底部共同焊接在压紧板5上,所述每组压紧柱8外周位于中间横梁2和压紧板5之间各安装有一根压簧9。
工作原理:本发明在工作时,启动气缸4,气缸轴7通过导向孔6带动压紧柱8驱动压紧板5将钢板压紧,在此过程中,压簧9可调节中间横梁2和压紧板5之间的松紧度,做到张弛有度。

1.一种液压剪板机用钢板压紧工装,其特征在于:包括气缸横梁、中间横梁、立柱、气缸和压紧板,所述气缸横梁上均匀间隔倒立安装有多组气缸,在气缸横梁底部左右两端各安装有一组立柱,所述该两组立柱之间位于气缸横梁下方安装有一根中间横梁,所述中间横梁上均匀间隔设有多个导向孔,所述每组气缸内各安装有一根竖直穿过导向孔的气缸轴,所述每组气缸轴的底部各焊接有一组压紧柱,所述各组压紧柱的底部共同焊接在压紧板上,所述每组压紧柱外周位于中间横梁和压紧板之间各安装有一根压簧。
