技术领域
本发明属中医药技术领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液及其制备方法。
背景技术
在中国有家槐、针叶槐、黄槐、豆槐、金槐等近二十种，以金槐为最好，因颜色呈金黄色而得名，其株产量最大，芦丁含量最高，米粒大而实，所以被公认为槐米中之上品。
金槐全株均可入药，槐米为清凉性收剑止血药，并降血压；果清热、润肝、凉血、止血；槐米为槐树的干燥花或花蕾，夏季花将开放采摘，晒干后收储，可供全年使用；槐米具有凉血止血，清肝泻火的功能；临床多用于便血、痔血、血痢、崩漏、吐血等症的治疗。
由于槐米对毛细血管的作用，能保持毛细血管正常的抵抗力，减少血管通透性，可使血管因脆性增加而出血的毛细血管恢复正常弹性，故有软化血管、增加血管弹性，对动脉硬化有软化作用，对糖尿病、视网膜炎有防治作用；其制剂有促进微循环、降脂降压、能效降低肝、主动脉及血中胆固醇含量对肥胖者有降脂减肥作用；由于具有上述作用，古今皆知，李时珍《木草纲目》早已记述祖先用槐米的保健功能。
因此，有必要开发一种健康的治疗糖尿病的槐米中药组合物，以控制及解决糖尿病群体血糖升高的问题，并且能有效地预防糖尿病的综合症状。
发明内容
根据目前戒毒存在的技术问题，本发明的目的之一在于提供一种用于治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液，该槐米口服液能够治疗糖尿病。
本发明的目的之二在于提供该治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液的制备方法。
本发明用于治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液，以重量份数计，其原料由以下成分组成：槐米100份，鸡屎藤10-30份，菖蒲10-20份，杜仲叶5-10份，半夏10-20份，川贝5-20份，天麻10-30份，全蝎10-20份，僵蚕10-20份，沙苑子10-20份，琥珀10-30份，辰砂5-15份，茯神5-15份，远志5-15份，石上柏10-30份，龙芽草10-30份，酸枣仁10-30份，洋金花10-30份，金牛草10-30份，天竺子5-15份。

本发明治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液的制备方法如下：
（1）将称好的槐米、鸡屎藤、菖蒲、杜仲叶、半夏、川贝、天麻、全蝎、僵蚕、沙苑子、茯神、远志、石上柏、龙芽草、酸枣仁、洋金花、金牛草和天竺子放入煎药容器中，加入水，烧开后慢火煎20-40分钟，维持水沸腾即可；其中中药原料与水的重量比为1:（3-5）；
（2）将煮好的药液过滤；
（3）再将配方量的琥珀和辰砂粉末，加入滤液中，混匀，灌装。
本发明治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液，每天2-3次温服，每次50-200ml。
糖尿病是由人的内分泌系统紊乱引起，是大病来临前表现出来的症状，这种症并非病，症是病的先兆，病是症的综合累积的爆发，症完全可以通过调理身体机能来消除，把病的根源扼杀在萌芽状态；本发明治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液根据这个原理来提高机体的抗病能力，调顺内分泌系统功能，发挥人体自身干细胞自我复制的作用，激活和修复胰腺细胞，通过干细胞所产生的因子，刺激胰岛β细胞再生，使其恢复分泌胰岛素的功能，增加体内的胰岛素水平而平衡血糖。
本发明治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液适应于免疫功力低下、抗病能力差、体弱多病、高血压、高血脂、1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病患者，可从根本上治疗糖尿病。

（1）将称好的槐米、鸡屎藤、菖蒲、杜仲叶、半夏、川贝、天麻、全蝎、僵蚕、沙苑子、茯神、远志、石上柏、龙芽草、酸枣仁、洋金花、金牛草和天竺子放入煎药容器中，加入水，烧开后慢火煎30分钟，维持水沸腾即可；其中药物与水的重量比为1:3；
（2）将煮好的药液过滤；
（3）再将配方量的琥珀和辰砂粉末，加入滤液，混匀，灌装。
对于以上实施例及对比例，临床应用效果如下。
（1）高血糖病人使用效果:
空腹血糖大于6,餐后血糖大于等于7.7都可以说是高血糖，将没有达到糖尿病标准的高血糖病人260人，平均分为13组，每组20人，分别服用实施例1-10和对比例1-3的治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液，每日3次，每次70ml)，温水服用，30天为1个疗程，服用4个疗程，饮食低糖饮食，4个疗程后，实施例1-10的病人空腹血糖和餐后血糖全部恢复正常，对比例1只有4例恢复正常，对比例2只有4例恢复正常,对比例3只有5例恢复正常。
（2）1型糖尿病人使用效果:
1型糖尿病人130例，平均分为13组，每组10人，分别服用实施例1-10和对比例1-3的治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液，每日3次，每次70ml，温水服用；这些病人餐前血糖平均14.5mmol/L，餐后血糖平均22mmol/L，主诉头昏、耳鸣、胸闷、气短、失眠，每天3次服用降糖药二甲双胍片维持；服用治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液的效果见表3。

（3）2型糖尿病人使用效果:
2型糖尿病人肥胖患者130例（比本人标准体重肥胖20-30%），平均分为13组，每组10人，分别服用实施例1-10和对比例1-3的治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液，每日3次，每次80ml，温水服用；这些病人餐前平均血糖15.1mmol/L，餐后平均血糖21.1mmol/L，每天3次注射胰岛素，主诉头昏、耳鸣、胸闷、气短、失眠，每天3次服用降糖药维持；服用治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液的效果见表4。

8.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液,其特征在于所述的龙芽草为15-30份，酸枣仁为20-30份，洋金花为10-20份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液,其特征在于所述的金牛草为20-30份,天竺子为10-15份。
10.根据权利要求1所述用于治疗糖尿病的槐米口服液的制备方法,其特征在于依次包括如下步骤:
（1）将称好的中药原料槐米、鸡屎藤、菖蒲、杜仲叶、半夏、川贝、天麻、全蝎、僵蚕、沙苑子、茯神、远志、石上柏、龙芽草、酸枣仁、洋金花、金牛草和天竺子放入煎药容器中，加入水，烧开后慢火煎20-40分钟,其中中药原料与水的重量比为1:（3-5）；
（2）将煮好的药液过滤；
（3）再将配方量的琥珀和辰砂粉末，加入滤液中，混匀，灌装。
