技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种槐米中药口服液及其制备方法。
背景技术
在中国有家槐、针叶槐、黄槐、豆槐、金槐等近二十种槐树，以金槐为最好，因颜色呈金黄色而得名，其株产量最大，芦丁含量最高，米粒大而实，所以被公认为槐米中之上品。
金槐全株均可入药，槐米为清凉性收剑止血药，并降血压；果清热、润肝、凉血、止血。槐米为槐树的干燥花或花蕾，夏季花将开放采摘，晒干后收储，可供全年使用。槐米具有凉血止血，清肝泻火的功能；临床多用于便血、痔血、血痢、崩漏、吐血等症的治疗。
由于槐米对毛细血管的作用，能保持毛细血管正常的抵抗力，减少血管通透性，可使血管因脆性增加而出血的毛细血管恢复正常弹性，故有软化血管、增加血管弹性，对动脉硬化有软化作用，对糖尿病、视网膜炎有防治作用；其制剂有促进微循环、降脂降压、能效降低肝、主动脉及血中胆固醇含量对肥胖者有降脂减肥作用；由于具有上述作用，古今皆知，李时珍《木草纲目》早已记述祖先用槐米的保健功能。

（1）将原料分别经粉碎、过筛后混匀，得混合料；
（2）将混合料加入2-4 倍重量水，加热至90-100℃煎煮2-4h ；
（3）过滤，滤液收集，滤渣加入3-6倍重量95% 的乙醇水溶液，加热至50-60℃煎煮1-2h；
（4）过滤，合并滤液，滤液浓缩至无醇味，即得用于槐米中药口服液。
本发明所述槐米中药口服液的使用方法如下：本发明槐米口服液服用方法如下：每天3次温服，每次20-30ml。
该槐米口服液适应于：高血压、高血脂患者，心脏病患者，脑中风后遗症患者等。

实施例、对比例所述槐米中药口服液的制备方法，依次包括如下步骤：
（1）将原料分别经粉碎、过筛后混匀，得混合料；
（2）将混合料加入3倍量水，加热至100℃煎煮2h ；
（3）过滤，滤液收集，滤渣加入5倍量95% 的乙醇水溶液，加热至60℃煎煮2h ；
（4）过滤，合并滤液，滤液浓缩至无醇味，即得用于槐米中药口服液。
临床应用结果：
A组：治疗冠心病人120例，分为12组，每组10人，每组病人分别服用实施例1-10、对比例1-2的口服液，每日3次，每次20mL，饭前40分钟温开水冲服，30天为1个疗程，服用4个疗程。
服药前病人的症状为心慌，气短，憋气，胸口无规律疼痛发作，走路喘气，腿脚无力，心电图显示供血严重不足，服药前平均S-T段下降1.0毫米。
服用4个疗程后冠心病病人的结果见表3。

B组：中风瘫痪病人65例，分为13组，每组5人，实施例组病人分别服用实施例1-10、对比例1-2的口服液，每日3次，每次30 mL，中风通片，每日3次，每次500mg，饭前40分钟温开水冲服，中风通片剂前10天每日3次，每次3片，以后每次改服1片），30天为1个疗程，服用6个疗程，对照组仅仅服用中风通片，每日3次，每次3片。
服药前病人症状为神志不清，眼斜口歪，瘫痪卧床。
服用6个疗程后中风瘫痪病人的实验结果见表4。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于槐米中药口服液, 按照质量份数，由以下成分制成: 槐米100份、白芍5-15份、土茯苓15-25份、芹菜籽5-15份、佛手20-30份、麦芽45-60份、益母草5-15份、蒲公英5-15份、绞股蓝3-10份、连翘5-15份、茯神10-20份、槐花10-20份、牛膝25-35份、远志5-15份、杜仲叶5-15份、北柴胡3-10份、鸡屎藤25-35份、丹参50-70份、甘草10-20份、荠菜3-10份、桑叶5-10份，肿节风5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于槐米中药口服液，其特征在于所述的白芍为7-10份，所述的土茯苓为17-22份。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于槐米中药口服液，其特征在于所述的芹菜籽为9-12份，所述的佛手为23-27份，所述的麦芽为50-60份，所述的益母草为9-12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述用于槐米中药口服液，其特征在于所述的蒲公英为9-12份, 所述的绞股蓝为5-9份，所述的连翘为9-12份。
5.根据权利要求1所述用于槐米中药口服液，其特征在于所述的茯神为12-17份, 所述的槐花为12-17份, 所述的牛膝为27-32份。
6.根据权利要求1所述用于槐米中药口服液，其特征在于所述的远志为9-12份, 所述的杜仲叶为5-10份, 所述的北柴胡为5-9份。
7.根据权利要求1所述用于槐米中药口服液，其特征在于所述的鸡屎藤为27-33份, 所述的丹参为55-65份, 所述的甘草为12-17份。
8.根据权利要求1所述用于槐米中药口服液，其特征在于所述的荠菜为5-9份，所述的桑叶为4-8份，所述的肿节风为7-10份。
9.根据权利要求1所述用于槐米中药口服液的制备方法，其特征在于依次包括如下步骤：
（1）将原料分别经粉碎、过筛后混匀，得混合料；
（2）将混合料加入2-4 倍重量水，加热至90-100℃煎煮2-4h ；
（3）过滤，滤液收集，滤渣加入3-6倍重量95% 的乙醇水溶液，加热至50-60℃煎煮1-2h；
（4）过滤，合并滤液，滤液浓缩至无醇味，即得用于槐米中药口服液。
