Abstract
本发明涉及一种酵素洗发水及制备方法,其特征在于,其由以下原料及重量分数组成:淡干海带25‑30份、螺旋藻粉20‑25份、茶叶35‑40份、皂角粉50‑60份、生姜20‑25份、首乌10‑15份、当归3‑5份、芦荟15‑20份、金银花10‑12份、柠檬15‑20份、西洋参5‑8份、红糖100‑150份、黑豆15‑20份、薄荷叶12‑16份、益生菌0.1‑0.3份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3‑5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5‑9份、瓜尔豆胶3‑5份、水1000‑1200份。其特征还在于,制备方法为:原料用蒸馏水煮制,降温后加入益生菌,密封发酵,过滤得滤液,加入防腐剂、乳化剂、增稠剂均质即可封装使用。本发明酵素洗发水具有补充营养、减少头发分叉、乌发、控油、防脱发、生发、去屑、止痒等功效。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化学品技术领域,具体涉及一种酵素洗发水及制备方法。
背景技术
酵素是对酶的一种叫法。近年来,酵素被广泛应用于美容、养生等领域。植物经过微生物发酵后含有丰富的营养和酶类,可以去除皮肤、毛发表面的污垢,温和的去除老化的角质,使皮肤恢复细腻,毛发恢复柔顺。
目前,商场上护发养发产品种类繁多,功效各异,但大多含有化学合成的原料,长期使用存在安全风险,如硅油等调理剂易在头发上沉积,造成头发受损,头皮发痒。随着人们消费理念和健康意识的提高,人们希望获得洗发护发和营养保健功能一体化的产品。。
发明内容
本发明针对市场上现有养发护发产品的缺陷,开发一种蛋壳膜制备的洗发水,以填补市场空白。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种酵素洗发水及制备方法,其由以下原料及重量分数组成:淡干海带25-30份、螺旋藻粉20-25份、茶叶35-40份、皂角粉50-60份、生姜20-25份、首乌10-15份、当归3-5份、芦荟15-20份、金银花10-12份、柠檬15-20份、西洋参5-8份、红糖100-150份、黑豆15-20份、薄荷叶12-16份、益生菌0.1-0.3份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3-5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5-9份、瓜尔豆胶3-5份、水1000-1200份。
所述的一种酵素洗发水及制备方法,其加工步骤为:
1)原料处理
按配方,称取淡干海带25-30份、螺旋藻粉20-25份、茶叶35-40份、皂角粉50-60份、生姜20-25份、首乌10-15份、当归3-5份、芦荟15-20份、金银花10-12份、柠檬15-20份、西洋参5-8份、红糖100-150份、黑豆15-20份、薄荷叶12-16份,清洗干净,用粉碎机粉碎;
2)酵素制备
步骤1)粉碎的原料中加入1000-1200份水,煮沸后小火烧30-60min,冷却后接种0.1-0.3g/L酒精酵母,在30-40℃进行酒精发酵30-60天,酒精度达5-8%即发酵完成,离心取上清液;随后接入益生菌0.1-0.3份,在25-35℃有氧发酵90-180天,在35-40℃发酵60-120天,随后用板框过滤器过滤,即得酵素;
3)过滤
2)中获得的酵素用板框过滤级过滤,取滤液;
4) 乳化发泡
按配方称取单硬脂酸甘油酯3-5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5-9份、瓜尔豆胶3-5份,与3)中滤液充分混匀,在65-75℃恒温2-3h,得酵素洗发水,降温至35-40℃;
5)包装
经检验合格后进行包装。

具体实施方式:
实施例1
1)原料处理
按配方称取淡干海带25份、螺旋藻粉20份、茶叶35份、皂角粉50份、生姜20份、首乌10份、当归3份、芦荟15份、金银花10份、柠檬15份、西洋参5份、红糖120份、黑豆15份、薄荷叶12份,清洗干净,用粉碎机粉碎;
2)酵素制备
步骤1)粉碎的原料中加入1000份水,煮沸后小火烧45min,冷却后接种0.15g/L酒精酵母,在30℃进行酒精发酵60天,酒精度达5%即发酵完成,离心取上清液;随后接入益生菌0.13份,在25℃有氧发酵180天,在40℃发酵60天,随后用板框过滤器过滤,即得酵素;
3)过滤
2)中获得的酵素用板框过滤级过滤,取滤液;
4) 乳化发泡
按配方称取单硬脂酸甘油酯3份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份、瓜尔豆胶3份,在70℃恒温2h,降温至35℃,与3)中滤液充分混匀,得酵素洗发水;
5)包装
经检验合格后进行包装。
实施例2
1)原料处理
按配方称取淡干海带30份、螺旋藻粉25份、茶叶40份、皂角粉60份、生姜25份、首乌15份、当归5份、芦荟20份、金银花12份、柠檬20份、西洋参8份、红糖150份、黑豆20份、薄荷叶16份,清洗干净,用粉碎机粉碎;
2)酵素制备
步骤1)粉碎的原料中加入1200份水,煮沸后小火烧50min,冷却后接种0.3g/L酒精酵母,在37℃进行酒精发酵50天,酒精度达8%即发酵完成,离心取上清液;随后接入益生菌0.3份,在25℃有氧发酵180天,在35℃发酵120天,随后用板框过滤器过滤,即得酵素;
3)过滤
2)中获得的酵素用板框过滤级过滤,取滤液;
4) 乳化发泡
按配方称取单硬脂酸甘油酯5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8份、瓜尔豆胶5份,在70℃恒温2h,降温至35℃,与3)中滤液充分混匀,得酵素洗发水;
5)包装
经检验合格后进行包装。

1.本发明涉及一种酵素洗发水及制备方法,其特征在于,其由以下原料及重量分数组成:淡干海带25-30份、螺旋藻粉20-25份、茶叶35-40份、皂角粉50-60份、生姜20-25份、首乌10-15份、当归3-5份、芦荟15-20份、金银花10-12份、柠檬15-20份、西洋参5-8份、红糖100-150份、黑豆15-20份、薄荷叶12-16份、益生菌0.1-0.3份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3-5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5-9份、瓜尔豆胶3-5份、水1000-1200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酵素洗发水及制备方法,其加工步骤为:
1)原料处理
按权利要求1中配方,称取淡干海带25-30份、螺旋藻粉20-25份、茶叶35-40份、皂角粉50-60份、生姜20-25份、首乌10-15份、当归3-5份、芦荟15-20份、金银花10-12份、柠檬15-20份、西洋参5-8份、红糖100-150份、黑豆15-20份、薄荷叶12-16份,清洗干净,用粉碎机粉碎;
2)酵素制备
步骤1)粉碎的原料中加入1000-1200份水,煮沸后小火烧30-60min,冷却后接种0.1-0.3g/L酒精酵母,在30-40℃进行酒精发酵30-60天,酒精度达5-8%即发酵完成,离心取上清液;随后接入益生菌0.1-0.3份,在25-35℃有氧发酵90-180天,在35-40℃发酵60-120天,随后用板框过滤器过滤,即得酵素;
3)过滤
2)中获得的酵素用板框过滤级过滤,取滤液;
4) 乳化发泡
按权利要求1中配方称取单硬脂酸甘油酯3-5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5-9份、瓜尔豆胶0.3-0.5份,在65-75℃恒温2-3h,降温至35-40℃,与3)中滤液充分混匀,得酵素洗发水;
5)包装
经检验合格后进行包装。
