Alternatively, the end cap top plate 113 may be relatively stationary, and the cover feeding mechanism 40 may come into contact with the cell end cap 210 from the top down, and then be withdrawn from the end cap top plate 113.
Preferably, an end cover cam 130 is arranged above the working turntable 20, the end cover cam 130 is connected with the working turntable 20 through a turntable central shaft 140, the end cover cam 130 is simultaneously connected with each cover feeding mechanism 40, and the cooperation between the end cover cam 130 and the working turntable 20 can ensure the follow-up stability and the working reliability of the cover feeding mechanisms 40 and can also avoid the interference influence of the cover feeding mechanisms 40 during the filling of paper sheets, for example.
As a preferred or alternative embodiment, the cap feeding mechanism 40 includes a vertical fixed plate 411 fixed on the working turntable 20, a vertical sliding rail 412 fixed on the vertical fixed plate 411, a vertical moving plate movably mounted on the vertical sliding rail 412 through a vertical slider 413, a vertical moving rod 414 fixedly connected with the vertical moving plate and disposed below the working turntable 20, a lateral positioning plate 421 fixedly connected with the vertical moving plate, a lateral sliding rail 422 fixed on the lateral positioning plate 421, a lateral moving plate 424 movably mounted on the lateral sliding rail 422 through a lateral slider 423, a shaft seat 431 and a bearing 432 hinged on the shaft seat 431 are connected to a lower end of the vertical moving rod 414, a lifting rail 150 adapted to the bearing 432 is disposed below the working turntable 20, and through cooperation of the lifting rail 150 and the bearing 432 of the shaft seat 431, lifting of the cap feeding mechanism 40 is further realized, and grabbing and spacing releasing of the battery end cap 210 can be reliably realized, and can be closely matched with the stripping mechanism 60 and the shaping mechanism 70; an end cover clamp 44 is detachably mounted at the front end of the transverse moving plate 424, and a negative electrode sucker 45 and a positive electrode sucker 46 are arranged on the end cover clamp 44, so that the end cover clamp 44 can adsorb the battery end cover 210; the rear end of the transverse moving plate 424 is connected with the end cover cam 130 through a cam bearing follower 47, a fine adjustment plate 48 is further mounted at the rear end of the transverse moving plate 424, the cam bearing follower 47 is arranged on the fine adjustment plate 48, the relative position of the end cover clamp 44 at the front end can be adjusted in time, and the practicability is high.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the vertical moving rod 414 and the lifting rail 150 are engaged so that the entire cap feeding mechanism 40 is in a raised state before reaching the battery cap 210 suction position, and when the battery cap 210 is peeled off, the cap feeding mechanism 40 is also in a raised state or starts to be raised.

When the working turntable 20 moves to the stripping position with the battery, the battery end cap 210 enters from the end cap channel 622 inlet (i.e. the position between the corners of the two convex strips 621), the metal sheet 220 is placed under the convex strips 621, the semi-finished battery 200 is also placed under the convex strips 621, during this period, the cover feeding mechanism 40 gradually moves upwards, under the restriction of the end cap separation plate 62, the cover feeding mechanism 40 cannot take away the battery end cap 210, and the battery end cap 210 is spot-welded with the semi-finished battery 200, and when the working turntable 20 continues to rotate, the battery end cap 210 follows and is not inserted into the end cap channel 622 under the end cap separation plate 62, the battery end cap 210 and the cover feeding mechanism 40 are completely separated, and move out of the end cap separation plate 62 along with the driving of the working turntable 20, and then are received by the shaping mechanism 70.
Further, since the metal sheet 220 and the corresponding battery are spot-welded during spot welding, and the battery end cap 210 is disposed at the periphery, the battery end cap 210 needs to be shaped by the shaping mechanism 70 and then pressed on the battery to close the opening; in order to ensure the reliable integral work and the tight fit with the working turntable 20, the shaping mechanism 70 preferably comprises a first shaping component 71 and a second shaping component 72, wherein the first shaping component 71 receives the stripped cell end cover 210 and transfers the cell end cover from the outer side of the corresponding semi-finished cell 200 to the upper side, and the second shaping component 72 receives the cell end cover 210 sent out by the first shaping component 71, gradually presses the cell end cover down and finally presses the cell end cover on the corresponding cell; the shaping mechanism 70 has ingenious structural design and can be tightly butted with the stripping mechanism 60 and the battery discharging mechanism 80.

After the working turntable 20 drives the semi-finished battery 200 and the corresponding battery end cap 210 to pass through the peeling mechanism 60, the battery end cap 210 enters the first end cap shaping track 7111 and is gradually transferred from the outer side of the battery to the position right above the battery under the influence of the preset track, meanwhile, the battery end cap 210 also gradually moves downwards and shortens the gap between the battery end cap 210 and the semi-finished battery 200, and after passing through the first shaping plate 711, the battery end cap 210 is placed right above the semi-finished battery 200 or is basically placed at the position right above the semi-finished battery 200.
As a preferred or alternative embodiment, the second shaping assembly 72 includes a second shaping plate 721 disposed outside the working turntable 20, the second shaping plate 721 is provided with a second end cap shaping track 7211 facing downward, a pulling plate 161 is movably disposed at an inlet of the second end cap shaping track 7211, the pulling plate 161 is used for pulling the battery passing through the first shaping plate 711 brought by the working turntable 20 into the second end cap shaping track 7211, the battery slot 211 on the working turntable 20 without the battery is empty, the second end cap shaping track 7211 smoothly falls back from top to bottom, a front section of the second end cap shaping track 7211 is configured to be gradually narrowed in width, the battery end cap 210 can be further shaped to a position right above the battery, a rear section of the second end cap shaping track is a slope track facing downward, a gap between the battery end cap 210 and the semi-finished battery 200 can be gradually reduced and finally eliminated, and the arrangement is such that when the battery end cap 210 passes through the second end cap shaping track 7211, is gradually pressed down by the second shaping plate 721 and is finally pressed against the corresponding battery.
Further, the pulling plate 161 is configured as a hook-shaped structure, which extends into the rotation track of the working turntable 20, and the pulling plate 161 is connected with a transmission structure capable of driving the pulling plate 161 to move back and forth, where the transmission structure includes a second bottom plate 162 for fixing, a pulling plate guide rail 163 installed on the second bottom plate 162, a fixing block 164 fixed with the pulling plate 161, a pulling plate 161 slider fixed on the fixing block 164 and adapted to the pulling plate guide rail 163, and a driving member (preferably, an air cylinder) connected with the fixing block 164.
Further, the battery discharging mechanism 80 includes a feeding channel 81 for receiving the battery sent by the shaping mechanism 70, and a defective channel 82 and a discharging channel 83 connected to the feeding channel 81, respectively, a detecting mechanism 120 is disposed on one side of the feeding channel 81, the shaped battery is detected by the detecting mechanism 120, the qualified product is discharged from the discharging channel 83, and the defective product is discharged from the defective channel 82, so that the battery cap installing machine of the present application further has a defective product detecting and removing function.
As a preferred or alternative embodiment, a shaping channel 722 surrounded by side plates and the second bottom plate 162 is preferably arranged below the second shaping plate 721, the incoming channel 81 receives the batteries sent by the shaping channel 722, preferably, the incoming channel 81 and the discharging channel 83 are connected into a linear channel, the incoming channel 81 and the shaping channel 722 are perpendicular, the defective channel 82 is arranged at the joint of the incoming channel 81 and the discharging channel 83, and the three form a three-way structure, the detecting mechanism 120 is an electricity measuring mechanism with a set of electric measuring contacts, the present invention further preferably has pushing structures respectively matched with the incoming channel 81 (the discharging channel 83) and the defective channel 82, after detection, the qualified batteries are pushed into the discharging channel 83 by the corresponding pushing structures, and the defective batteries are pushed into the defective channel 82 by the corresponding pushing structures.

driving a battery feeding mechanism to convey the semi-finished battery to a preset feeding position;
the working turntable is driven to receive the semi-finished battery sent by the battery feeding mechanism;
driving a paper loading mechanism to load paper into the semi-finished product battery on the working channel of the working turntable;
the battery end cover drives the cover conveying mechanism to convey the metal sheet, wherein the cover conveying mechanism follows the working turntable;
driving the working turntable to carry the semi-finished battery and the corresponding battery end cover to a preset spot welding position;
driving a spot welding mechanism to spot weld a metal sheet of the battery end cover and a corresponding semi-finished battery;
the driving stripping mechanism strips the spot-welded battery end cover from the corresponding cover conveying mechanism, so that the battery end cover and the corresponding semi-finished battery follow the working turntable;
the driving shaping mechanism receives the stripped battery end cover, shapes the battery end cover and tightly presses the battery end cover on a corresponding semi-finished battery;
the driving battery discharging mechanism receives the batteries sent by the shaping mechanism and discharges the batteries after detection through the grading passage or the discharging passage;
the paper sheet filling mechanism comprises a cutting filling assembly and a paper tape feeding assembly arranged on the side of the cutting filling assembly, the cutting filling assembly receives a paper tape sent by the paper tape feeding assembly, cuts the paper tape into paper sheets with preset specifications and then fills the paper sheets into corresponding semi-finished product batteries on the working channel, and the cutting filling assembly is further used for realizing punching of the paper sheets;
the holes punched on the paper sheet are matched with the positive and negative electrode holes of the semi-finished battery, and only the positive and negative electrodes of the semi-finished battery are exposed out of the paper sheet after filling;
the battery point cover machine also comprises an end cover conveying channel for conveying a battery end cover of the metal sheet, wherein an end cover limiting mechanism is arranged between the paper sheet loading mechanism and the spot welding mechanism, receives the battery end cover sent by the end cover conveying channel and limits the battery end cover to the spot welding position above the corresponding semi-finished battery, and takes away the battery end cover on the end cover limiting mechanism after the corresponding cover sending mechanism moves to the right position;
when the working turntable carries the battery to move to the stripping position, the cover feeding mechanism gradually moves upwards, the battery end cover is separated from the cover feeding mechanism, and then the battery end cover is received by the shaping mechanism.
