本发明提供了一种家用多功能吸油棉,所述吸油棉为具有规则形状的结构,所述吸油棉包括PE防漏层、吸油层和子母扣;所述PE防漏层位于所述吸油层的下方,且分布在所述吸油层的边缘;所述子母扣位于所述吸油层边缘的PE防漏层的上方;所述子母扣包括细软纤维部和带有勾刺的勾刺弹性纤维部,所述细软纤维部和勾刺弹性纤维部交错分布;所述吸油层内部具有高分子材料,所述吸油层表面采用高复合透气材料。本发明能够通过子母扣的细软纤维部和勾刺弹性纤维部,将自身吸油棉进行折叠使用或是与其他吸油棉进行拼接使用,满足使用者的更多需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及吸油棉技术领域,尤其涉及一种家用多功能吸油棉。
背景技术
吸油棉也叫吸收棉、工业吸附棉,有时人们简单称呼其为吸油棉。按照吸收物质特性分为:吸油棉、化学吸液棉(又叫化学品吸附棉,吸液棉)和通用型吸附棉。吸油棉可以控制和吸附石油烃类、各类酸性(包括氢氟酸)、碱性危险化学品、非腐蚀性液体和海上大规模溢油事故等。吸附棉是油品和化学品泄漏溢漏溅漏后,处置泄漏物最常用到的物品。
吸油棉是一类由惰性聚丙烯熔喷制成的纤维和无纺布经特殊处理后制成,有效吸附液体并将之留住。吸附产品都是包裹在以线缝制的经表面活化处理剂处理的聚丙烯纤维或无纺布中,外层布及其坚韧耐用,具有强大的毛细管吸收力带来,从而吸收泄漏液体流向吸油棉,有效阻止了泄漏的扩散,产品经绞、挤压后可重复使用,可以回收72%-90%的泄漏液。这种材质的优点还有阻燃、不产生粉尘、无贮藏限制时间等。
但是,现有的吸油棉并不能适用多种应用场景中,根据使用者的需求进行有效吸油。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种家用多功能吸油棉,所述吸油棉为具有规则形状的结构,所述吸油棉包括PE防漏层、吸油层和子母扣;所述PE防漏层位于所述吸油层的下方,且分布在所述吸油层的边缘;所述子母扣位于所述吸油层边缘的PE防漏层的上方;所述子母扣包括细软纤维部和带有勾刺的勾刺弹性纤维部,所述细软纤维部和勾刺弹性纤维部交错分布;
所述吸油层内部具有高分子材料,所述吸油层表面采用高复合透气材料。
进一步地,一个所述吸油棉可通过卷曲的形式结合所述子母扣形成柱状。
进一步地,一个所述吸油棉可通过所述子母扣与另一个吸油棉相拼接。
进一步地,所述吸油层上设置有亲水膜层,所述亲水膜层的材料为粘胶纤维与丙纶复合的无纺布。
进一步地,所述亲水膜层上设置有若干个渗油孔。
进一步地,所述渗油孔为外大内小的锥形孔,所述锥形孔的大孔孔径为500-900um,所述锥形孔的小孔孔径为100-200um。
进一步地,所述吸油棉的规则形状为矩形或菱形。
进一步地,所述子母扣设置在所述规则形状的四个角上,或是设置在所述规则形状的四个边上。
进一步地,所述PE防漏层的厚度为10-25mm,所述吸油层的厚度为20-120mm。

本发明提供的吸油棉,其中的PE防漏层不仅位于所述吸油层的下方,而且还分布在所述吸油层的边缘;通过下层的PE防漏层以及分布在边缘的PE防漏层,使得该吸油棉在吸油后能够高效地防止在使用过程中受压漏油而造成二次污染。
且本发明提供的吸油棉,其中的所述吸油层内部具有吸油高分子纤维材料,能够有效的实现吸油功能;且所述吸油层表面采用高复合透气材料,能够使吸油棉中的液体油经过与空气的流通从而减轻所述吸油棉的重量,进而能够吸油更多的油污。
还有,本发明提供的吸油棉,所述子母扣设置在位于吸油层上方的PE防漏层上,包括依次交错设置的细软纤维部和带有勾刺的勾刺弹性纤维部;其只位于吸油棉的一侧,占用的体积较小;能够通过子母扣的细软纤维部和勾刺弹性纤维部,将自身吸油棉进行折叠使用或是与其他吸油棉进行拼接使用,从而使得该吸油棉根据厨房中不用器具的进行变换;同时还能根据不同的应用场景进行变换,进而实现高效的吸油效果。

本实施例提供了一种家用多功能吸油棉,如图1-2所示,所述吸油棉为具有规则形状的结构,所述吸油棉包括PE防漏层1、吸油层2和子母扣3;所述PE防漏层1位于所述吸油层2的下方,且分布在所述吸油层2的边缘;所述子母扣3位于所述吸油层2边缘的PE防漏层1的上方;所述子母扣3包括细软纤维部31和带有勾刺的勾刺弹性纤维部32,所述细软纤维部31和勾刺弹性纤维部32交错分布;其中,通过一个子母扣自身的细软纤维部31和勾刺弹性纤维部32之间的交错分布可以实现通过一个子母扣自身的折叠或卷曲组成,作为变形后的吸油装置根据特定场合的需要进行吸油操作;并且,还能够通过根据一个吸油棉上的子母扣上的细软纤维部与另一个吸油棉上的子母扣上的勾刺弹性纤维部相结合,通过拼接的形式得到可拼接的吸油棉,能够场景的需要进行高效的吸油处理。
需要说明的是,还能够根据多种不同的需要进行不同的粘贴处理得到不同的吸油棉进行吸油操作,满足使用者的更多需求。

本实施例提供了一种家用多功能吸油棉,如图1-2所示,所述吸油棉为具有规则形状的结构,所述吸油棉包括PE防漏层1、吸油层2和子母扣3;所述PE防漏层1位于所述吸油层2的下方,且分布在所述吸油层2的边缘;所述子母扣3位于所述吸油层2边缘的PE防漏层1的上方;所述子母扣3包括细软纤维部31和带有勾刺的勾刺弹性纤维部32,所述细软纤维部31和勾刺弹性纤维部32交错分布;
所述吸油层2内部具有高分子材料,所述吸油层2表面采用高复合透气材料。
其中,一个所述吸油棉可通过卷曲的形式结合所述子母扣3形成柱状。并且,一个所述吸油棉可通过所述子母扣3与另一个吸油棉相拼接。
进一步地,所述吸油层2上设置有亲水膜层,所述亲水膜层的材料为粘胶纤维与丙纶复合的无纺布。所述亲水膜层上设置有若干个渗油孔。所述渗油孔为外大内小的锥形孔,所述锥形孔的大孔孔径为500um,所述锥形孔的小孔孔径为200um。
优选地,所述吸油棉的规则形状为矩形或菱形。所述子母扣3设置在所述规则形状的四个角上,或是设置在所述规则形状的四个边上。
进一步地,所述PE防漏层1的厚度为25mm,所述吸油层2的厚度为120mm。
进一步地,所述吸油棉为片状、枕状或条状。
本发明提供的吸油棉,其中的PE防漏层不仅位于所述吸油层的下方,而且还分布在所述吸油层的边缘;通过下层的PE防漏层以及分布在边缘的PE防漏层,使得该吸油棉在吸油后能够高效地防止在使用过程中受压漏油而造成二次污染。
且本发明提供的吸油棉,其中的所述吸油层内部具有吸油高分子纤维材料,能够有效的实现吸油功能;且所述吸油层表面采用高复合透气材料,能够使吸油棉中的液体油经过与空气的流通从而减轻所述吸油棉的重量,进而能够吸油更多的油污。
还有,本发明提供的吸油棉,所述子母扣设置在位于吸油层上方的PE防漏层上,包括依次交错设置的细软纤维部和带有勾刺的勾刺弹性纤维部;其只位于吸油棉的一侧,占用的体积较小;能够通过子母扣的细软纤维部和勾刺弹性纤维部,将自身吸油棉进行折叠使用或是与其他吸油棉进行拼接使用,从而使得该吸油棉根据厨房中不用器具的进行变换;同时还能根据不同的应用场景进行变换,进而实现高效的吸油效果。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种家用多功能吸油棉,其特征在于,所述吸油棉为具有规则形状的结构,所述吸油棉包括PE防漏层(1)、吸油层(2)和子母扣(3);所述PE防漏层位于所述吸油层的下方,且分布在所述吸油层的边缘;
所述子母扣位于所述吸油层边缘的PE防漏层的上方;所述子母扣包括细软纤维部(31)和带有勾刺的勾刺弹性纤维部(32),位于同一位置上的子母扣(3)上的所述细软纤维部(31)和勾刺弹性纤维部(32)交错分布,且位于相对位置的子母扣(3)上的细软纤维部与细软纤维部相互交错;
所述吸油层(2)内部具有高分子材料,所述吸油层(2)表面采用高复合透气材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效吸油棉,其特征在于,一个所述吸油棉通过卷曲的方式结合所述子母扣(3)形成柱状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高效吸油棉,其特征在于,一个所述吸油棉通过所述子母扣(3)与另一个吸油棉相拼接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效吸油棉,其特征在于,所述吸油层(2)上设置有亲水膜层,所述亲水膜层的材料为粘胶纤维与丙纶复合的无纺布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高效吸油棉,其特征在于,所述亲水膜层上设置有若干个渗油孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高效吸油棉,其特征在于,所述渗油孔为外大内小的锥形孔,所述锥形孔的大孔孔径为500-900um,所述锥形孔的小孔孔径为100-200um。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的高效吸油棉,其特征在于,所述吸油棉的规则形状为矩形或菱形。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高效吸油棉,其特征在于,所述子母扣(3)设置在所述规则形状的四个角上,或是设置在所述规则形状的四个边上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高效吸油棉,其特征在于,所述PE防漏层(1)的厚度为10-25mm,所述吸油层(2)的厚度为20-120mm。
10.根据权利要求1所述的高效吸油棉,其特征在于,所述吸油棉为片状、枕状或条状。
