Therefore, a set of sand blasting and sand blasting deburring jig which can realize one-time uniform sand blasting forming, reduce the risk of accumulated sand and is simple and convenient for fixing the workpiece needs to be arranged.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a product positioning mechanism and a sand blasting mechanism, so as to solve the problems of low production efficiency and poor quality of products due to complicated operation of sand blasting operation and unsatisfactory sand blasting effect of the products.
The invention provides a product positioning mechanism, which comprises a circular base, and a fixed plate and a bearing which are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the base, wherein the fixed plate rotates around the bearing; wherein, a detachable baffle is arranged at the central position of the fixed plate; the fixed plate is provided with product limiting tables which are uniformly distributed and a limiting cover plate which covers the product limiting tables; a product limiting groove matched with the structure of the product to be positioned is formed between the two adjacent product limiting tables; the product to be positioned is placed in the product limiting groove, and auxiliary limiting is carried out through the limiting cover plate and the baffle.
In addition, the fixing plate is preferably of a circular structure; the product limiting table comprises a fan-shaped bulge and clamping grooves arranged on two sides of the fan-shaped bulge; and a product limiting groove matched with the structure of the product to be positioned is formed between the clamping grooves of the two adjacent product limiting tables.
In addition, the preferred scheme is that a retaining wall is arranged on one side, away from the center of the fixing plate, of the clamping groove, and the retaining wall is used for limiting a product to be positioned in the radial direction of the fixing plate.
In addition, the preferred scheme is that the limiting cover plate is fixed on the fan-shaped bulge and extends to the upper part of the clamping groove; the limiting cover plate is used for limiting a product to be positioned in the central axis direction of the fixing plate.
Preferably, the fixing plate is provided with a positioning pin, and the baffle plate is provided with a pin hole corresponding to the positioning pin.

In addition, the fixing plate is preferably provided with a sand leakage hole corresponding to the position of the product to be subjected to sand blasting.
Utilize above-mentioned product positioning mechanism and sandblast mechanism, can save time and the number of times of unloading on the product, utilize rotatory fixed plate to realize the free rotation of product at the sandblast in-process simultaneously, avoid appearing long-pending sand and the uneven condition of sandblast, overall structure is simple, convenient operation, can effectively improve the sandblast quality and the production efficiency of product.

To describe the structure of the product positioning mechanism of the present invention in detail, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 illustrates an exploded view of a product positioning mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the product positioning mechanism of the embodiment of the present invention includes a circular base 6, and a circular fixing plate 5 and a bearing 7 respectively disposed at the upper and lower sides of the base 6, wherein the fixing plate 5 can rotate around the bearing 7; wherein, a detachable baffle plate 1 is arranged at the central position of the fixed plate 5; the fixed plate 5 is provided with product limiting tables which are uniformly distributed and a limiting cover plate 4 which covers the product limiting tables; a product limiting groove matched with the structure of the product 9 to be positioned is formed between the two adjacent product limiting tables; the product 9 to be positioned is placed in the product limiting groove, and is assisted to be limited through the limiting cover plate 4 and the baffle plate 1, so that the product 9 to be positioned in the rotating process of the fixing plate 5 is prevented from being separated from the mechanism.
Specifically, FIG. 2 illustrates a retaining plate structure according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 shows a structure of a product to be positioned according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the product positioning mechanism according to the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing plate 5 is a circular structure, a plurality of product limiting tables are uniformly distributed on the fixing plate 5, and each product limiting table further includes a fan-shaped protrusion 10 and clamping grooves 11 disposed on two sides of the fan-shaped protrusion 10; a product limiting groove 12 matched with the structure of the product 9 to be positioned is formed between the clamping grooves 11 of the two adjacent product limiting tables, and the product 9 to be positioned is pushed into the corresponding product limiting groove 12 from inside to outside along the radial direction of the fixing plate 5.
Wherein, pending product 9 of locating is approximate cuboid structure, is provided with convex product stopper 91 in its both sides, and when pushing into product spacing groove 12 with pending product 9, product stopper 91 gets into inside draw-in groove 11 along fan-shaped arch 10 and spacing apron 4 respectively. In addition, in order to realize the radial limiting of the product 9 to be positioned on the fixing plate 5, a retaining wall is further arranged on one side of each clamping groove 11, which is far away from the central position of the fixing plate 5, and the product limiting block 91 is abutted against the position of the retaining wall.
In one embodiment of the invention, the limiting cover plate 4 is fixed on the fan-shaped protrusion 10 and extends to the upper part of the clamping groove 11; the limiting cover plate 4 is used for limiting the product 9 to be positioned in the direction of the central axis of the fixing plate 5 (the axis passing through the center of the fixing plate 5 and perpendicular to the fixing plate 5) or in the height direction of the product 9 to be positioned.
In addition, can also set up handle screw 2 or handle on baffle 1, through handle screw 2 convenient unloading in-process baffle 1's dismouting operation of going up, be provided with dowel 3 on fixed plate 5, be provided with the pinhole that corresponds with dowel 3 position on baffle 1, through the cooperation of dowel 3 and pinhole, can realize baffle 1's fast assembly and accurate positioning.
Fig. 4-1 to 4-3 show the feeding structure of a product to be positioned according to an embodiment of the invention from different states, respectively.
As shown together with fig. 1 to 4-3, the process of loading a product to be positioned by using the product positioning mechanism of the present invention mainly comprises:
firstly, the baffle 1 is taken out, and the products 9 to be positioned are sequentially pushed into the product limiting grooves 12 (the moving direction of the products to be positioned is shown as the direction of an arrow in fig. 4-1). Secondly, the baffle plate 1 is placed into the middle position of the fixing plate 5 along the direction of the positioning pin 3 (the moving direction of the baffle plate is shown as the arrow in fig. 4-2), and the height of the baffle plate 1 is ensured to be higher than the lowest surface of the product 9 to be positioned, so that the side, close to the central position of the fixing plate 5, of the product 9 to be positioned is limited through the baffle plate 1. And finally, integrally placing the product positioning mechanism in a machine tool or other processing jigs, and carrying out corresponding processing operation on the positioned product.
Corresponding to the feeding process, when the processed product is discharged, the baffle 1 can be taken out firstly, then the processed product is taken out from the product limiting groove 12 in sequence, and the feeding process is circulated until all the products are processed.
It should be noted that the product 9 to be positioned is positioned along the radial direction of the fixing plate 5 by the retaining wall and the baffle 1, and the product 9 to be positioned is positioned in the height direction by the limiting cover plate 4 and the clamping groove 11.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a bearing fixing seat 8 is disposed on a side of the bearing 7 away from the fixing plate 5, and the bearing 7 is limited in the bearing fixing seat 8 to protect the inside of the bearing 7 from being contaminated. The bearing 7 may be replaced by another electric element, and may be rotated autonomously to automatically adjust the rotation speed of the fixed plate.
Corresponding to the product positioning mechanism, the invention also provides a product sand blasting mechanism, which comprises a sand blasting machine table and a product positioning mechanism fixed in the sand blasting machine table; wherein the product positioning mechanism is as described above; positioning a product to be subjected to sand blasting in the product positioning mechanism; the sandblast wind-force of sandblast board drives product positioning mechanism's fixed plate and is located treating the sandblast product free rotation on the fixed plate, and the grit of free rotation in-process is difficult for piling up, can guarantee the sandblast homogeneity on each product surface.
In order to prevent the sand from accumulating between the product and the fixing plate and affecting the sand blasting effect of the product, a sand leakage hole 13 (shown in fig. 2) corresponding to the position of the product to be sand blasted can be further arranged on the fixing plate, and the sand below the product can be discharged through the sand leakage hole 13.
In addition, the product positioning mechanism of the embodiment of the invention can also be applied to the processing processes of product deburring, laser etching or laser etching and the like, and is not limited to the sand blasting process.
According to the embodiment, the product positioning mechanism and the sand blasting mechanism provided by the invention adopt a drawer type long blanking structure so as to simplify the complexity and times of feeding and discharging operations of the product; meanwhile, the qualification rate of the product for one-time sand blasting and sand blasting deburring can be improved, the product repair rate and the loss of manpower and material resources are reduced, the product processing quality is stable, and the qualification rate is high.

However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the product positioning mechanism and blasting mechanism of the present invention described above without departing from the scope of the invention.
