Abstract
本发明涉及一种Micro‑SIM CARD连接器的成型方法,所述连接器包括基座、端子、弹片和壳体,所述弹片的折弯方向为同一方向,所述端子和基座注塑成型,所述基座与壳体卡接在一起,所述成型方法包括步骤一、端子在成型时保持成型的前后两个端子的折弯方向为同一方向,然后电镀;步骤二、保持端子与SIM卡接触的弹片部分高度降低;步骤三、Micro‑SIM CARD连接器基座与端子铆合连接;步骤四、弹片部分高度提高成型;步骤五、基座与壳体连接。本发明效果采用后道成型设计技术使连接器电气性能稳定,降低不良率;采用防错插设计技术可防止不正确的插卡,避免了连接器端子触点由于SIM卡的不当插入而受到损伤。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及连接器领域,尤其涉及一种Micro-SIM CARD连接器及其成型方法。
背景技术
现有SIM CARD连接器由基座与端子铆合连接后再与金属夹卡扣连接。端子冲压一次成型至最终折弯样式经过电镀,注塑,组装周转过程造成端子高低PIN不良,容易出现端子接触不良;且端子接触部位相对,容易出现错插同时造成接触不到,综上不能够达到市场要求,而且在体积方面不具备竞争优势。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种Micro-SIM CARD连接器及其成型方法。
(1)采用后道成型设计技术使连接器电气性能稳定,降低不良率;
(2)采用防错插设计技术可防止不正确的插卡,避免了连接器端子触点由于SIM卡的不当插入而受到损伤。
为解决以上问题,本发明的解决方案是一种Micro-SIM CARD连接器的成型方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、Micro-SIM CARD连接器的端子在成型时,保持成型的前后两个弹片的折弯方向为同一方向,然后端子进行电镀;
步骤二、保持端子与SIM卡接触的弹片部分高度降低;
步骤三、Micro-SIM CARD连接器基座与端子铆合连接;
步骤四、端子与SIM卡接触的弹片高度提高成型;
步骤五、端子与SIM卡接触的弹片高度提高成型后,基座与壳体连接。
作为进一步的改进,步骤二中,所述弹片高度与端子的整体高度一致。
作为进一步的改进,步骤五中所述壳体为金属夹卡扣。
作为进一步的改进,步骤五中所述壳体为不锈钢壳体。
一种Micro-SIM CARD连接器,包括基座、端子、弹片和壳体,所述弹片的折弯方向为同一方向,所述端子和基座注塑成型,所述基座与壳体卡接在一起。
作为进一步的改进,所述弹片设置有六个,前后平行排列,前面设置有三个弹片,后面设置有三个弹片。
作为进一步的改进,所述壳体为金属壳体。
作为进一步的改进,所述壳体为不锈钢壳体。
从以上描述可以看出,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)后道成型设计:端子接触部分弹片高度先降服,基座成型后再折弯。有效降低周转过程中弹片高低PIN不良,使连接器电气性能稳定,降低不良率
(2)防错插设计:端子接触部分弹片顺着,可防止不正确的插卡,避免了连接器端触点由于SIM卡的不当插入而受到损伤。使连接器的接触性能稳定。

具体实施方式
结合图1到图10,详细说明本发明的第一个具体实施例,但不对本发明的权利要求做任何限定。
如图1到图6所示,一种Micro-SIM CARD连接器的成型方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、Micro-SIM CARD连接器的端子2在成型时,保持成型的前后两个弹片3的折弯方向为同一方向,然后端子2进行电镀;
步骤二、保持端子2与SIM卡接触的弹片3部分高度降低;
步骤三、Micro-SIM CARD连接器基座与端子铆合连接;
步骤四、端子2与SIM卡接触的弹片3高度提高成型;
步骤五、端子2与SIM卡接触的弹片3高度提高成型后,基座与壳体连接。
更具体地,步骤二中,所述弹片3高度与端子2的整体高度一致。
更具体地,步骤五中所述壳体为金属夹卡扣。
更具体地,步骤五中所述壳体为不锈钢壳体。
如图1到图6所示,一种Micro-SIM CARD连接器,包括基座1、端子2、弹片3和壳体4,所述弹片3的折弯方向为同一方向,所述端子2和基座1注塑成型,所述基座1与壳体4卡接在一起。
更具体地,所述弹片3设置有六个,前后平行排列,前面设置有三个弹片,后面设置有三个弹片。
更具体地,所述壳体为金属壳体。
更具体地,所述壳体为不锈钢壳体。
如图7所示是现有连接器弹片的结构示意图,可以看到两个弹片3的折弯方向相对。
如图8所示是现有连接器SIM卡插入的示意图,当SIM卡插入时,无论从哪个方向插入SIM卡,由于两个弹片3的折弯方向相对,总有一个弹片3在SIM卡插入时容易被卡住。
如图9所示是本发明连接器弹片的结构示意图,可以看到两个弹片3的折弯方向一致。
如图10所示是本发明连接器SIM卡插入的结构示意图,当SIM卡插入时,由于两个弹片3的折弯方向一致,当SIM卡从左侧插入时,两个弹片3的折弯朝向向右,在SIM卡插入时不容易被卡住,很容易顺利插入SIM卡。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)后道成型设计:如图2所示,弹片高度先降服降低;如图4所示基座成型后弹片再提高成型;后道成型设计技术有效降低周转过程中弹片高低PIN不良,使连接器电气性能稳定。
(2)防错插设计:如图10所示,弹片方向一致,可防止不正确的插卡,避免了连接器端触点由于SIM卡的不当插入而受到损伤。保证连接器的电气性能稳定。
可以理解的是,以上关于本发明的具体描述,仅用于说明本发明而并非受限于本发明实施例所描述的技术方案,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可以对本发明进行修改或等同替换,以达到相同的技术效果,但都在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种Micro-SIM CARD连接器的成型方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、Micro-SIM CARD连接器的端子(2)在成型时,保持成型的前后两个弹片(3)的折弯方向为同一方向,然后端子(2)进行电镀;
步骤二、保持端子(2)与SIM卡接触的弹片(3)部分高度降低;
步骤三、Micro-SIM CARD连接器基座与端子铆合连接;
步骤四、端子(2)与SIM卡接触的弹片(3)高度提高成型;
步骤五、端子(2)与SIM卡接触的弹片(3)高度提高成型后,基座与壳体连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的Micro-SIM CARD连接器的成型方法,其特征在于:步骤二中,所述弹片(3)高度与端子(2)的整体高度一致。
3.根据权利要求1所述的Micro-SIM CARD连接器的成型方法,其特征在于:步骤五中所述壳体(4)为金属夹卡扣。
4.根据权利要求1所述的Micro-SIM CARD连接器的成型方法,其特征在于:步骤五中所述壳体(4)为不锈钢壳体。
