背景技术
石墨烯气凝胶是一种内部连通的三维网络结构石墨烯宏观体,继承了石墨烯的良好的化学稳定性和优良催化性能,同时还拥有更高的比表面积、高孔隙率、高导电率、热导率和机械强度,石墨烯气凝胶电在导电领域有广泛的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种太阳能电池石墨烯气凝胶压花电极。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:太阳能电池石墨烯气凝胶压花电极,其特征在于:包括层叠设置的石墨烯气凝胶层和绝缘粘结层,所述石墨烯气凝层上设有压花结构。
进一步地,所述的石墨烯气凝胶层的厚度为10-20微米。
进一步地,所述的绝缘粘结层的厚度为10-40微米。
进一步地,所述的绝缘粘结层为聚氯乙烯树脂层、环氧树脂层和聚丙烯树脂层中的一种。
进一步地,所述的压花结构呈圆锥形、圆台形或金字塔形。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明所提供的太阳能电池石墨烯气凝胶压花电极,在石墨烯气凝胶层上设压花结构,石墨烯气凝胶是一种内部连通的三维网络结构石墨烯宏观体,继承了石墨烯的良好的化学稳定性和优良催化性能,同时还拥有更高的比表面积和导电性。所以,采用本发明所制备而得太阳电池而且石墨烯电阻率极低,导电性能好,可有效提高太阳电池的发电效率;石墨烯气凝胶还具备柔软性好、强度高、不容易断裂等特点,可延长太阳电池的使用寿命。

所述的绝缘粘结层1为聚氯乙烯树脂层、环氧树脂层和聚丙烯树脂层中的一种。
所述的石墨烯气凝胶层的3厚度为20微米。
所述的压花结构2呈圆台形。
