Reflective warning tapes 34 are adhered to the peripheral frames of the base 4; the lifting lock arm 2 is provided with a flashing warning lamp 35.
The bottom plate of the base 4 is provided with a plurality of water permeable holes 16, and the water permeable holes 16 are positioned in the placing cavity 29.
Heating wires (not shown) are provided inside the frame of the base 4 outside the placement cavity 29.
The two temperature regulating systems are respectively arranged on the upper mounting plate 25 and the lower mounting plate 26;

The inner wall of the square box 13 around the right opening is provided with sealing strips 43 which are in sealing fit with the periphery of the square box 37.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The base 4 of the intelligent parking spot lock is fixed at a parking position through bolts assembled in the mounting holes 5, when the automobile is not parked on the parking spot 50, the solar panel 33 collects solar energy, the solar energy is converted into electric energy through the effect of the solar controller and is stored in the storage battery, the storage battery only can provide power for the main controller 10, the humidity sensor 11, the temperature sensor 12, the temperature regulating system, the internal circulation dehumidification system, the scintillation warning lamp 35 and the electric cylinder 3 because the area of the solar panel 33 is limited, the electric energy for charging the automobile is provided by commercial power, the main controller 10 can be controlled through the remote controller, and the operation of the main controller 10 can also be carried out through the liquid crystal touch screen 9; when the electric cylinder 3 is extended, the lifting lock arm 2 is driven to flip upwards from the placing cavity 29 until the parking space 50 is in a locked state, and the automobile cannot be stopped at the position;
(2) The solar cell panel 33 is designed in a blocking manner and is assembled on the supporting frame 30, the supporting frame 30 can prevent the solar cell panel 33 from being rolled by a vehicle, if the solar cell panel 33 is a whole solar cell panel 33, the solar cell panel 33 is easy to damage due to the large area, in addition, the solar cell panel 33 is easy to process in a blocking manner, and if the individual solar cell panel 33 is damaged, the single solar cell panel 33 can be replaced, so that a large block can not be replaced, and the loss is reduced;
(3) According to the invention, the bottom plate of the base 4 is provided with the water permeable holes 16, and when rainy days are met, water stored in the base 4 can be discharged through the water permeable holes 16;

(6) When the snow is on the day, the placing cavity 29 can fall into and accumulate snow, and the lifting lock arm 2 can not fall into the placing cavity 29 when in use, so that the electric heating wire is arranged in the frame of the base 4, and the master controller 10 is controlled to start the electric heating wire, so that the placing cavity 29 is heated, and the accumulated snow in the placing cavity 29 is removed;
(7) Because the charging pile 1 is installed in the open air, the installation box 7 of the charging pile 1 adopts a double-layer structure, and the heat insulation material 8 is arranged in the double-layer structure, so that the high temperature resistance and the severe cold resistance can be improved. In order to keep the automobile charging device in the installation box 7 in a good running state, the service life is fully prolonged, a temperature regulating system and an internal circulation dehumidification system are arranged in the charging box, so that the temperature in the installation box 7 is kept at about 25 ℃, and the humidity is as low as possible;
(8) In summer, the humidity of the air is large, after the humidity sensor 11 detects that the humidity in the installation box 7 is greater than 50%, signals are transmitted to the master controller 10, the master controller 10 sends signals to the circulating fan 14, the circulating fan 14 is started, the moist air enters from the circular ring pipe 19, and enters into the dehumidification box 15 sequentially through the horizontal pipe 20, the main exhaust pipe 17 and the inside of the circulating fan 14, after three layers of filter screen bags 24 which are all provided with silica gel drying agents, moisture contained in the air is adsorbed by the silica gel drying agents, and the dried air returns to the installation box 7 through an exhaust hole on the exhaust pipe 18, so that the air can be dried. Because the circular ring pipe 19 is provided with three layers, the outer sides of the circular ring pipes 19 are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner walls of the periphery of the installation box 7, and the four horizontal pipes 20 are uniformly arranged and fixedly connected with the main exhaust pipes 17, the efficiency of circulating ventilation and dehumidification is improved, and the strength of the installation box 7 can be enhanced; the upper mounting plate 25 and the lower mounting plate 26 can be used for mounting various components of an automobile charging device, and are provided with threading holes 27 and ventilation holes 28, so that the temperature and the humidity are kept consistent up and down.
(9) When the temperature sensor 12 in the installation box 7 detects that the temperature is lower than 20 ℃ or higher than 30 ℃, signals are transmitted to the master controller 10, the master controller 10 sends signals to the motor 36, the convection fan 40 and the semiconductor refrigerating and heating plate 39, if the temperature in the installation box 7 is lower than 20 ℃, the motor 36 drives the rotating shaft 38 to rotate, the rotating shaft 38 drives the semiconductor refrigerating and heating plate 39 to rotate so that the heating surface faces to the right (towards the inside of the installation box 7), the outer side of the box 37 is in contact with the sealing strip 43 and is well sealed, the semiconductor refrigerating and heating plate 39 is started, and the heating surface of the semiconductor refrigerating and heating plate 39 heats air flow in the installation box 7, so that the temperature in the installation box 7 is increased; meanwhile, the convection fan 40 in the square box 13 is started to pump cool air generated by the refrigerating surface of the semiconductor refrigerating and heating plate 39 in the square box 13 into the atmosphere, so that the working efficiency of the semiconductor refrigerating and heating plate 39 is improved;
if the temperature in the installation box 7 is higher than 30 ℃, the motor 36 drives the rotating shaft 38 to rotate, the rotating shaft 38 drives the semiconductor refrigerating and heating sheet 39 to rotate so that the refrigerating surface faces to the right (faces to the inside of the installation box 7), the outer side of the square frame 37 is in contact with the sealing strip 43 and is well sealed, the semiconductor refrigerating and heating sheet 39 is started, the refrigerating surface of the semiconductor refrigerating and heating sheet 39 refrigerates the air flow in the installation box 7, so that the temperature in the installation box 7 is reduced, and meanwhile, the convection fan 40 in the square box 13 is started to pump the heat generated by the heating surface of the semiconductor refrigerating and heating sheet 39 in the square box 13 into the atmosphere, so that the working efficiency of the semiconductor refrigerating and heating sheet 39 is improved.

the charging pile comprises a cuboid-shaped mounting box, wherein the mounting box is of a double-layer structure, a cavity formed between the double-layer structure is filled with heat insulation materials, a liquid crystal touch screen is arranged on the front side of the mounting box, an automobile charging device, a master controller, a humidity sensor, a temperature regulating system and an internal circulation dehumidification system are arranged in the mounting box, and the automobile charging device is connected with a charging gun hung on the outer side of the mounting box through a cable;
the solar power generation mechanism is connected with the master controller through a power supply line, and the master controller is respectively connected with the liquid crystal touch screen, the electric cylinder, the humidity sensor, the temperature regulating system and the internal circulation dehumidification system through cables;
the internal circulation dehumidification system comprises a circulating fan, a dehumidification box, a uniform exhaust pipe fitting, a main exhaust pipe and an exhaust pipe, wherein the circulating fan and the dehumidification box are arranged at the bottom of the installation box, the uniform exhaust pipe fitting is provided with three layers, the uppermost uniform exhaust pipe fitting is positioned at the top of the inside of the installation box, the middle uniform exhaust pipe fitting is positioned at the middle of the inside of the installation box, and the lowermost uniform exhaust pipe fitting is positioned at the lower part of the inside of the installation box and above the circulating fan and the dehumidification box;
each layer of uniform exhaust pipe fitting comprises a circular pipe which is horizontally arranged, the periphery of the outer side of the circular pipe is fixedly connected with the four side inner walls of the installation box respectively, a plurality of exhaust holes are uniformly formed in the lower part of the circular pipe along the circumferential direction, the central line of the main exhaust pipe coincides with the central line of the circular pipe, the upper end of the main exhaust pipe is fixedly connected with the top of the installation box, the lower end of the main exhaust pipe is connected with the air inlet of the circulating fan, the inner side of each circular pipe is communicated with the main exhaust pipe through four horizontal pipes, the four horizontal pipes are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the circular pipe, and the circular pipe of each layer of uniform exhaust pipe fitting and the top of the four horizontal pipes are positioned on the same horizontal plane;
the air outlet of the circulating fan is connected with the lower part of the dehumidifying box through a first quick connector, an exhaust pipe is arranged along the vertical direction, the exhaust pipe is positioned at the outer side of the three-layer circular pipe and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the installing box, a plurality of exhaust holes which all face the main exhaust pipe are uniformly formed in the exhaust pipe from top to bottom, the lower end of the exhaust pipe is connected with the air outlet at the top of the dehumidifying box through a second quick connector, and the upper end of the exhaust pipe is fixedly connected with the top of the installing box;
three layers of installation frames are obliquely arranged in the dehumidifying box from the air inlet to the air outlet from bottom to top, each layer of installation frame is internally provided with a filter screen bag filled with the installation frame, and the filter screen bag is filled with granular silica gel drying agents;
an upper mounting plate is paved on the circular ring pipe and the four horizontal pipes of the middle layer, a lower mounting plate is paved on the circular ring pipe and the four horizontal pipes of the lowest layer, and threading holes and ventilation holes which are penetrated up and down are formed in the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate;
