Abstract

本发明涉及一种高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂及其制备方法。所述高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂,包括以下重量份组分:甲醇40‑80份,季戊醇10‑30份,乙醇10‑20份,氧化铜2‑10份,二乙二醇5‑15份,丙二醇10‑15份,氢氧化钠3‑8份,二乙醇胺7‑15份。本发明的提供的高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂可全方位清洗油路、进气、排气等系统,以二乙二醇作为助溶剂,有效的对内燃机内壁上的油污和积炭进行了清理,而二乙醇胺作为有机碱配合二乙二醇可以有效清除金属污染物,氧化铜能够对一氧化碳以及氮氧化物进行催化,使其反应成为污染性较小或无污染的气体,本发明提供的汽车尾气净化剂可以有效净化汽车尾气,并且通过清洗内燃机提高燃油效率,降低油耗,大大降低尾气排放,提升动力。

技术领域
本发明属于新能源及环保节能技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,汽车尾气污染已经严重威胁着人们的生存环境,一氧化碳、氮氧化合物、烃类化合物、重金属尘埃等污染已经严重威胁着人们的健康,这些污染一方面来源于燃油品质的问题,另一方面来源于内燃机的燃烧效率等问题,因此改善油的品质以及对内燃机的清洗成为处理尾气的第一道阀门,这也成为众多国家也企业研究的重点。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够改善油质、并且能够对内燃机进行全方位清洗的汽车尾气净化剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂,包括以下重量份组分:甲醇40-80份,季戊醇10-30份,乙醇10-20份,氧化铜2-10份,二乙二醇5-15份,丙二醇10-15份,氢氧化钠3-8份,二乙醇胺7-15份。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步地,所述高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂包括以下重量份组分:甲醇40份,季戊醇10份,乙醇10份,氧化铜2份,二乙二醇5份,丙二醇10份,氢氧化钠3份,二乙醇胺7份。
进一步地,所述高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂包括以下重量份组分:甲醇80份,季戊醇30份,乙醇20份,氧化铜10份,二乙二醇15份,丙二醇15份,氢氧化钠8份,二乙醇胺15份。
进一步地,所述高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂包括以下重量份组分:甲醇50份,季戊醇20份,乙醇15份,氧化铜7份,二乙二醇10份,丙二醇12份,氢氧化钠5份,二乙醇胺8份。
本发明还提供了一种高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量份配比称取以下组分:甲醇,季戊醇,乙醇,氧化铜,二乙二醇,丙二醇,氢氧化钠,二乙醇胺,将上述组分在常温下混合后,搅拌10-15分钟,即得所述高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂。

以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
本发明提供了一种高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂,包括以下重量份组分:甲醇40-80份,季戊醇10-30份,乙醇10-20份,氧化铜2-10份,二乙二醇5-15份,丙二醇10-15份,氢氧化钠3-8份,二乙醇胺7-15份。
本发明的技术方案通过合理的配比以及各组分的组合,能够大大降低尾气排放,提升动力、节省燃油;本发明提供的高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂在使用时,将该清洗剂通过进气系统进入发动机燃烧室燃烧后产生的大量氧离子和自由基,在高温环境下将覆盖在三元催化转化器上的硫、磷络合物,不完全燃烧物和含碳化合物等转化为二氧化硫、二氧化碳等气体排出,从而疏通三元催化转化器,恢复其活性,增加汽车动力,降低油耗。同时,该清洗剂还可清洗喷油器、进气道、进气门和燃烧室的积碳和沉积物,从而对排气和进气系统进行全方位清洗;因此本发明的高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂能有效地降低油耗和尾气污染物的含量,从而达到节能减排、大幅减小环境污染的目的。

按重量份称取以下组分:甲甲醇50份,季戊醇20份,乙醇15份,氧化铜7份,二乙二醇10份,丙二醇12份,氢氧化钠5份,二乙醇胺8份,将上述组分在常温下混合后,搅拌15-20分钟,即得所述高效环保的汽车尾气净化剂。
