本发明公开了一种金属用切削液,以重量百分比计,原料包括:甘油4~10%、二乙二醇丁醚10~15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10‑15%、吗啡啉4‑8%、二氧化硅10‑18%、稳定剂10‑13%、硬脂酸丁酯8‑10%和去离子水余量。本发明提供的切削液配方中所有添加剂均为生物降解速度较快的添加剂,使得本加工液具有环保的作用,在生产和使用过程中不存在环境污染,高效、绿色而且环保。

本发明涉及切削液领域,特别是涉及一种金属用切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配伍而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。克服了传统皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响,适用于黑色金属的切削及磨加工,属当前最领先的磨削产品。现有的切削液不但均为致癌物质,而且工作液废液的排放也对环境造成极大的污染因此,针对上述出现的问题,就需要一种解决的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种金属用切削液。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种金属用切削液,以重量百分比计,原料包括:甘油4~10%、二乙二醇丁醚10~15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15%、吗啡啉4-8%、二氧化硅10-18%、稳定剂10-13%、硬脂酸丁酯8-10%和去离子水余量。
本发明提供的切削液配方中所有添加剂均为生物降解速度较快的添加剂,使得本加工液具有环保的作用,在生产和使用过程中不存在环境污染,高效、绿色而且环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的金属用切削液,以重量百分比计,原料包括:甘油8%、二乙二醇丁醚13%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12%、吗啡啉6%、二氧化硅15%、稳定剂12%、硬脂酸丁酯9%和去离子水余量。
实施例2
本实施例提供的金属用切削液,以重量百分比计,原料包括:甘油4%、二乙二醇丁醚10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10%、吗啡啉4%、二氧化硅10%、稳定剂10%、硬脂酸丁酯8%和去离子水余量。

本实施例提供的金属用切削液,以重量百分比计,原料包括:甘油10%、二乙二醇丁醚15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15%、吗啡啉8%、二氧化硅18%、稳定剂13%、硬脂酸丁酯10%和去离子水余量。

本实施例提供的金属用切削液,以重量百分比计,原料包括:甘油10%、二乙二醇丁醚10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15%、吗啡啉4%、二氧化硅18%、稳定剂10%、硬脂酸丁酯10%和去离子水余量。
