本发明是一种适用于金属材料的切削液,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%酚醛树脂,10~35%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,1~10%吗啡啉,0~3%去离子水,0~2.5%稳定剂,5~20%聚酰亚胺,10~20%硬脂酸丁酯,30~60%稳定剂,通过本方法制备的产品,所有添加剂均为生物降解速度较快的添加剂,使得本加工液具有环保的作用,在生产和使用过程中不存在环境污染,高效、绿色而且环保。

本发明公开了一种适用于金属材料的切削液。
背景技术
金属切削加工液在切削过程中的润滑作用,可以减小前刀面与切屑,后刀面与已加工表面间的摩擦,形成部分润滑膜,从而减小切削力、摩擦和功率消耗,降低刀具与工件坯料摩擦部位的表面温度和刀具磨损,改善工件材料的切削加工性能,现有的切削液不但均为致癌物质,而且工作液废液的排放也对环境造成极大的污染。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种适用于金属材料的切削液,所有添加剂均为生物降解速度较快的添加剂,使得本加工液具有环保的作用,在生产和使用过程中不存在环境污染,高效、绿色而且环保。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种适用于金属材料的切削液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%酚醛树脂,10~35%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,1~10%吗啡啉, 0~3%去离子水,0~2.5%稳定剂,5~20%聚酰亚胺,10~20%硬脂酸丁酯,30~60%稳定剂。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,所有添加剂均为生物降解速度较快的添加剂,使得本加工液具有环保的作用,在生产和使用过程中不存在环境污染,高效、绿色而且环保。

实施例1
一种适用于金属材料的切削液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%酚醛树脂,10%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,1%吗啡啉,1%去离子水,1%稳定剂,5%聚酰亚胺,10%硬脂酸丁酯,30%稳定剂,此时切削液的效果不足。
实施例2
一种适用于金属材料的切削液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%酚醛树脂,35%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,10%吗啡啉,3%去离子水,2.5%稳定剂,20%聚酰亚胺,20%硬脂酸丁酯,60%稳定剂,此时仍然存在一定程度的致癌物质。
实施例3
一种适用于金属材料的切削液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%酚醛树脂,23%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,5%吗啡啉, 1.5%去离子水,1.25%稳定剂,13%聚酰亚胺,15%硬脂酸丁酯,45%稳定剂,此时所有添加剂均为生物降解速度较快的添加剂,使得本加工液具有环保的作用,在生产和使用过程中不存在环境污染,高效、绿色而且环保。

1.一种适用于金属材料的切削液,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%酚醛树脂,10~35%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,1~10%吗啡啉,0~3%去离子水,0~2.5%稳定剂,5~20%聚酰亚胺,10~20%硬脂酸丁酯,30~60%稳定剂。
