Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,该塑料管由包括以下重量份的材料制成:聚氯乙烯100份,碳酸钙1‑15份,钛白粉1‑8份,热稳定剂1.5‑8份,光稳定剂0.5‑1份,润滑剂0.5‑3份,防静电剂0.5‑9份,氯化聚乙烯0.5‑9份。本发明抗冲击强度好、尺寸稳定性好、耐候性较好、低温下强度高,热稳定性好、不易热降解,在光辐射的场合或光辐射强度较高时不易光降解,加工性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输水管道,尤其涉及一种耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管。
背景技术
盐碱地排水用塑料管大多采用聚氯乙烯材料制成,但是目前制成的聚氯乙烯塑料管大多抗冲击强度较低,尺寸稳定性差,并且聚氯乙烯耐候性较差、低温下强度较低,热稳定性较差、易热降解,在光辐射的场合或光辐射强度较高时易光降解,加工性能也较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗冲击强度好、尺寸稳定性好、耐候性较好、低温下强度高,热稳定性好、不易热降解,在光辐射的场合或光辐射强度较高时不易光降解,加工性能好的耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,该塑料管由包括以下重量份的材料制成:聚氯乙烯100份,碳酸钙1-15份,钛白粉1-8份,热稳定剂1.5-8份,光稳定剂0.5-1份,润滑剂0.5-3份,防静电剂0.5-9份,氯化聚乙烯0.5-9份。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的热稳定剂为二盐基硬脂酸铅、水合三盐基硫酸铅、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅或二盐基亚磷酸铅。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的光稳定剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531、UV-9或UV-326。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙或硬脂酸铅。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的防静电剂为超导电碳黑、十二烷基硫酸钠或聚氧乙烯醚。
作为优选的技术方案,该塑料管还包括1-10份的MBS树脂。MBS树脂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M)-丁二烯(B)-苯乙烯(S)的三元共聚物,可以改善聚氯乙烯塑料管的冲击强度。
制造时,把各原料进行混炼,然后由挤出机挤出进入机头模具,挤压成柔软管状制品,再通过真空定径,喷淋冷却,牵引切割等步骤制成塑料管,这些均为公知技术,不再进行详细描述。
由于采用了上述技术方案的耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,该塑料管由包括以下重量份的材料制成:聚氯乙烯100份,碳酸钙1-15份,钛白粉1-8份,热稳定剂1.5-8份,光稳定剂0.5-1份,润滑剂0.5-3份,防静电剂0.5-9份,氯化聚乙烯0.5-9份。氯化聚乙烯可改善塑料管抗冲击强度,碳酸钙加入到聚氯乙烯混合物中可以改善聚氯乙烯制品的尺寸稳定性,降低成本;钛白粉加入到聚氯乙烯混合物中,可以改善聚氯乙烯的耐候性,提高聚氯乙烯制品的白度;热稳定剂加入可提高聚氯乙烯的热稳定性,防止聚氯乙烯热降解;光稳定剂加入到聚氯乙烯混合物中可以提高聚氯乙烯的光稳定性,防止聚氯乙烯的光降解;润滑剂加入到聚氯乙烯混合物中可以降低聚氯乙烯混合物的熔体与加工设备的摩擦,改善熔体的流动性,保证加工的顺利进行;防静电剂加入到聚氯乙烯混合物中可以防止聚氯乙烯制品产生静电。所以采用本发明的聚氯乙烯塑料管抗冲击强度好、尺寸稳定性好、耐候性较好、低温下强度高,热稳定性好、不易热降解,在光辐射的场合或光辐射强度较高时不易光降解,加工性能好的耐老化抗腐蚀。

实施例一
耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,该塑料管由包括以下重量份的材料制成:聚氯乙烯100份,碳酸钙1份,钛白粉1份,二盐基硬脂酸铅1.5份,紫外线吸收剂UV-531 0.5份,聚乙烯蜡0.5份,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5份,氯化聚乙烯0.5份。
实施例二
耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,该塑料管由包括以下重量份的材料制成:聚氯乙烯100份,碳酸钙15份,钛白粉8份,二盐基亚磷酸铅8份,紫外线吸收剂UV-9 1份,硬脂酸钙3份,聚氧乙烯醚9份,氯化聚乙烯9份。
实施例三
耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,该塑料管由包括以下重量份的材料制成:聚氯乙烯100份,碳酸钙10份,钛白粉4份,二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅5份,UV-326 0.8份,聚乙烯蜡2份,十二烷基硫酸钠5份,氯化聚乙烯5份,MBS树脂5份。
实施例四
耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,该塑料管由包括以下重量份的材料制成:聚氯乙烯100份,碳酸钙10份,钛白粉4份,水合三盐基硫酸铅5份,UV-326 0.8份,硬脂酸2份,十二烷基硫酸钠5份,氯化聚乙烯5份,MBS树脂10份。

1.耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,其特征在于,该塑料管由包括以下重量份的材料制成:聚氯乙烯100份,碳酸钙1-15份,钛白粉1-8份,热稳定剂1.5-8份,光稳定剂0.5-1份,润滑剂0.5-3份,防静电剂0.5-9份,氯化聚乙烯0.5-9份。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,其特征在于:所述的热稳定剂为二盐基硬脂酸铅、水合三盐基硫酸铅、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅和二盐基亚磷酸铅中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,其特征在于:所述的光稳定剂为紫外线吸收剂UV-531、UV-9或UV-326。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙或硬脂酸铅。
5.如权利要求1所述的耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,其特征在于:所述的防静电剂为超导电碳黑、十二烷基硫酸钠或聚氧乙烯醚。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项权利要求所述的耐老化抗腐蚀的盐碱地排水用塑料管,其特征在于:该塑料管还包括1-10份的MBS树脂。
