本发明公开了一种航空内饰用薄膜复合材料及其制备方法,薄膜复合材料包含材料层、铝箔层和网格层,材料层的材料为PVDF、PVF或PEEK中的一种或几种的组合,材料层的厚度为18‑25微米,网格层为尼龙66纤维,尼龙66纤维平纹编织或者交叉编织,每两根纤维间距为2‑3.5mm,铝箔层的厚度为6.5‑12微米;所述材料层设置在铝箔层的一侧,网格层铺设在铝箔层的另一侧;本发明的航空内饰用薄膜复合材料,相较于一般的内饰材料,其具有质量轻,面密度较小,阻燃性能好等优点,在层结构上减少一层PET材料的使用;其制备方法可以实现量产,具有效率高、良品率高、成本低等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种航空内饰用薄膜复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
航空航天领域对内饰材料的要求较高,需要具备轻质、阻燃、抗污耐腐蚀、耐磨损等等性能,常规的车辆使用级别的内饰薄膜材料强度低,安装加工性能差,保温效果差,质量重,不能满足使用要求,使用中容易出现的受潮等问题,维护费用高,不适于长时间服役。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种航空内饰用薄膜复合材料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种航空内饰用薄膜复合材料,包含材料层、铝箔层和网格层,材料层的材料为PVDF、PVF或PEEK中的一种或几种的组合,材料层的厚度为18-25微米,网格层为尼龙66纤维,尼龙66纤维平纹编织或者交叉编织,每两根纤维间距为2-3.5mm,铝箔层的厚度为6.5-12微米;所述材料层设置在铝箔层的一侧,网格层铺设在铝箔层的另一侧。
优选的,所述材料层经过电晕处理。
优选的,所述材料层、铝箔层和网格层通过胶水复合,复合胶水的配比为:马来酸混合物:丙酮:聚氨酯=(0.75-1):3:(0.3-0.4),其中马来酸混合物包含:氯乙烯81%、醋酸乙烯酯17%、马来酸2%。
一种航空内饰用薄膜复合材料的制备方法,将材料层经过电晕处理;将网格层以经纬向为基础的平纹编织或者交叉编织;将材料层、网格层和铝箔层通过复合机复合,复合过程中使用的胶水配比为:马来酸混合物:丙酮:聚氨酯=(0.75-1):3:(0.3-0.4),其中马来酸混合物包含:氯乙烯81%、醋酸乙烯酯17%、马来酸2%;复合后经过1-2小时恒温处理, 处理温度为90-110℃。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的航空内饰用薄膜复合材料,相较于一般的内饰材料,其具有质量轻,面密度较小,阻燃性能好等优点,在层结构上减少一层PET材料的使用;其制备方法可以实现量产,具有效率高、良品率高、成本低等优点。

如附图1所示,本发明所述的一种航空内饰用薄膜复合材料,包含材料层1、铝箔层2和网格层3,材料层1的材料为PVDF、PVF或PEEK中的一种或几种的组合,材料层1的厚度为18-25微米,网格层3为尼龙66纤维,尼龙66纤维平纹编织或者交叉编织,每两根纤维间距为2-3.5mm,铝箔层2的厚度为6.5-12微米;所述材料层1设置在铝箔层2的一侧,网格层3铺设在铝箔层2的另一侧。

3.根据权利要求1所述的航空内饰用薄膜复合材料,其特征在于:所述材料层(1)、铝箔层(2)和网格层(3)通过胶水复合,复合胶水的配比为:马来酸混合物:丙酮:聚氨酯=(0.75-1):3:(0.3-0.4),其中马来酸混合物包含:氯乙烯81%、醋酸乙烯酯17%、马来酸2%。
