Abstract

本发明涉及一种大蒜切片机刀盘;包括圆形的刀盘本体和刀片;所述刀盘本体上沿其圆周方向间隔90°对称设有四个带弧度豁口,且四个L形凸台呈“卐”字形对称可活动安装在刀盘本体上;刀盘背面的四个带弧度豁口一侧可活动安装刀片;本发明中刀片与刀盘本体之间的间隙可调,能实现不同蒜片厚度的切制且切出的蒜片厚度一致。L形凸台的设置使蒜片切制后易于脱离刀盘避免了蒜片粘连在刀盘上的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种大蒜切片机刀盘,属于农业设备领域。
背景技术
大蒜不仅可以食用同时还具有很高的药用价值所以大蒜制品的形式呈现多样化,蒜片就是多样化大蒜制品的一种。大蒜片易储存,易使用,现有大蒜切片设备切片厚度不可调,切片后蒜片输出分散不易收集。因此,设计一种可满足不同切片厚度需求且成片效果显著易收集的大蒜切片机刀盘具有重要意义。
发明内容
为了解决现有切片技术切片厚度不可调,切片后蒜片输出分散不易收集的问题,本发明提供了一种大蒜切片机刀盘。
一种大蒜切片机刀盘,包括圆形的刀盘本体和刀片;所述刀盘本体上沿其圆周方向间隔 90°对称设有四个带弧度豁口,且四个L形凸台呈“卐”字形对称可活动安装在刀盘本体上;所述每个带弧度豁口均布在相邻两个L形凸台中间;刀盘背面的四个带弧度豁口一侧通过紧固件和调节螺钉同向各可活动安装一个刀片;所述刀片与带弧度豁口另一侧的间隙可调,用于切割不同厚度的蒜片;所述刀片背面为平面,刀刃面为斜面;刀刃面朝向刀盘前面;所述刀盘本体前面圆周边缘处逐渐向后倾斜且与其背面形成5°夹角的斜坡面。
本发明提供了一种大蒜切片机刀盘,采用本发明有如下益效果:
1.本发明刀片与刀盘本体之间的间隙可调,可以实现不同蒜片厚度的切制且切出的蒜片厚度一致。
2.本发明刀盘本体前面圆周边缘处逐渐向后倾斜且与其背面形成5°夹角的斜坡面,易于蒜片切制后脱离刀盘避免了蒜片粘连在刀盘上的现象发生。
3.本发明结构简单,制造成本低,切片质量好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细描述。
本实施例提供了一种大蒜切片机刀盘,该刀盘主要用于大蒜的切片。如图1所示,本发明包括圆形的刀盘本体2和刀片6;所述刀盘本体2上沿其圆周方向间隔90°对称设有四个带弧度豁口4,且四个L形凸台1呈“卐”字形对称可活动安装在刀盘本体2上;所述每个带弧度豁口4均布在相邻两个L形凸台中间;刀盘背面的四个带弧度豁口一侧通过紧固件和调节螺钉同向各可活动安装一个刀片6;所述刀片6与带弧度豁口4另一侧的间隙可调,用于切割不同厚度的蒜片;所述刀片6背面为平面,刀刃面为弧形面;刀刃面朝向刀盘前面;刀片6整体弧度与带弧度豁口4的弧度对应一致;所述刀盘本体2前面圆周边缘处逐渐向后倾斜且与其背面形成5°夹角的弧形面;调节件5可调节刀片6和刀盘本体2之间的距离从而满足1.5-2.0毫米厚度蒜片的切制。
如图1所示,为了收集蒜片,在刀盘本体2的正面可活动连接有L形凸台1,L形凸台1能绕刀盘本体2轴心旋转;为了蒜片易脱离刀盘,刀盘本体2边缘逐渐向后倾斜形成5°斜坡面(与刀盘本体背面的夹角为5°)。
本实施例中,如图3所示,为提高蒜片的成片率,刀片6设有8°斜度的刀刃面8(与刀片背面呈8°斜角);
为延长刀盘有效工作时间,本实施例中,刀片6的数量为四个且间隔90°均布在刀盘本体2上,因而刀盘工作时整体受力均匀,有效的延长了刀盘的使用寿命。
使用时,将本发明背面朝里前面朝外安装在现有大蒜切片机的刀盘轴上随刀盘轴一起转动当蒜瓣落至旋转的刀盘处时由刀片6进行切片,蒜片切成后经带弧度豁口4脱离刀片6在 L型凸台1的带动下转至与地面垂直时经5°斜面3脱离刀盘,完成一次切片。

1.一种大蒜切片机刀盘,其特征在于:包括圆形的刀盘本体和刀片;所述刀盘本体上沿其圆周方向均匀设有带弧度豁口,且四个L形凸台呈“卐”字形对称可活动安装在刀盘本体上;刀盘背面的带弧度豁口一侧通过紧固件和调节螺钉同向各可活动安装一个刀片;所述刀片与带弧度豁口另一侧的间隙可调,用于切割不同厚度的蒜片;所述刀片背面为平面,刀刃面为斜面;刀刃面朝向刀盘前面;所述刀盘本体前面圆周边缘处逐渐向后倾斜成斜面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种大蒜切片机刀盘,其特征在于:所述所述斜面为与刀盘本体背面成5°夹角的斜坡面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种大蒜切片机刀盘,其特征在于:所述刀盘本体上沿其圆周方向间隔90°对称设有四个带弧度豁口;所述每个带弧度豁口均布在相邻两个L形凸台中间。
