Abstract
本发明公开一种高效易吸收的膨化大豆粉及其制备工艺,包括如下重量份数的原料:大豆350份,豆粕150份,榆树皮50份,石榴树皮50份,磷酸二氢钙15份,食盐10份,氯化胆碱2份,蛋氨酸8份,苏氨酸6份,赖氨酸25份,血球蛋白粉55份,乙氧基喹啉0.8份,苜蓿25份,马齿苋25份,山楂25份,植酸酶25份,乳酸菌0.4份,糖蜜80份和复合维生素1.5份。本发明消化吸收好、适口性好、营养高,且具有松脆、香甜的口感与高诱食性,另外添加乳酸菌、山楂等促进肠道消化的材料以及榆树皮、石榴树皮等防治腹泻的材料,有利于促进仔猪的食欲和采食量,从而提高自身免疫力,减少了断奶仔猪的腹泻频率和掉膘率。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料技术领域,特别是一种高效易吸收的膨化大豆粉及其制备工艺。
背景技术
猪的生长发育主要有三个阶段:哺乳阶段、保育阶段和生长增肥阶段。哺乳阶段为仔猪出生至断乳阶段,一般为3周;保育阶段是指仔猪断奶至保育结束这一阶段,通常为5周;生长增肥阶段指仔猪保育结束送至生长舍饲养,直至出舍的阶段。其中,保育阶段的仔猪断奶、换栏后,因失去了和母猪共同生活的环境,且又是突然地由吃母猪奶水换料为吃固体饲料,对仔猪的生长发育有很大的应激,这一阶段的猪容易拒食,消化不良,导致消瘦掉膘,体质虚弱,腹泻,感染病菌,出现僵猪,甚至死亡。因此,断奶仔猪所食的保育饲料非常关键。
现有技术中,普遍会在常规饲料中加入动物性蛋白质饲料,如鱼粉,以补偿仔猪换料的不适,然而鱼料中的蛋白质含量固然很高,能促进仔猪生长和肥育增重,但是仔猪在食用鱼粉后,用于消化不良,非常容易出现腹泻现象。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种消化吸收好、适口性好、营养高、诱食性高,能减少断奶仔猪的腹泻频率和掉膘率的高效易吸收的大豆粉及其制备工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种高效易吸收的大豆粉及其制备工艺,包括如下重量份数的原料:大豆300-400份,豆粕100-200份,榆树皮40-60份,石榴树皮40-60份,磷酸二氢钙10-20份,食盐8-12份,氯化胆碱1-3份,蛋氨酸6-10份,苏氨酸 4-8份,赖氨酸20-30份,血球蛋白粉50-60份,乙氧基喹啉0.7-0.9份,苜蓿20-30份,马齿苋20-30份,山楂20-30份,植酸酶20-30份,乳酸菌0.3-0.5份,糖蜜70-90份和复合维生素1-2份。
作为本发明的进一步改进:包括如下重量份数的原料:大豆350份,豆粕150份,榆树皮50份,石榴树皮50份,磷酸二氢钙15份,食盐10份,氯化胆碱2份,蛋氨酸8份,苏氨酸6份,赖氨酸25份,血球蛋白粉55份,乙氧基喹啉0.8份,苜蓿25份,马齿苋25份,山楂25份,植酸酶25份,乳酸菌0.4份,糖蜜80份和复合维生素1.5份。
作为本发明的进一步改进:包括以下步骤:
⑴按重量份称取各个原料,将大豆、豆粕、榆树皮、石榴树皮、苜蓿、马齿苋和山楂清洗干净,粉碎至粒度为1.5-2mm的混合粉;
⑵将步骤⑴所述混合粉用进料绞龙送入调质器中,通入高压蒸汽进行预调制,所述的蒸汽调质温度为75-85℃,时间为 1-3分钟 ;
⑶而后进行挤压膨化,所述的挤压膨化温度为130-150℃,挤压膨化时间为5-8 分钟;
⑷烘干、冷却后,加入磷酸二氢钙、食盐、氯化胆碱、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、血球蛋白粉、乙氧基喹啉、植酸酶、乳酸菌、糖蜜和复合维生素搅拌混匀为半成品;
⑸放入制粒机中,加水挤压制粒,加入的水量为半成品质量的10-15%,水温为35-45℃。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述复合维生素包括维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素D和维生素E。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明适用于肉鸡、蛋鸡、仔猪和水产动物,尤其是保育阶段的仔猪,针对仔猪食欲不振、消化能力差、营养需求高、容易出现腹泻等情况的特点,采用优质原材料、合理配比以及独特工艺,使得产品消化吸收好、适口性好、营养高,且具有松脆、香甜的口感与高诱食性,另外本发明在饲料中添加乳酸菌、山楂等促进肠道消化的材料以及榆树皮、石榴树皮等防治腹泻的材料,有利于促进仔猪的食欲和采食量,从而提高自身免疫力,能有效抵抗外界病菌的干扰,减少了断奶仔猪的腹泻频率和掉膘率。

配方:一种高效易吸收的大豆粉及其制备工艺,包括如下重量份数的原料:大豆350份,豆粕150份,榆树皮50份,石榴树皮50份,磷酸二氢钙15份,食盐10份,氯化胆碱2份,蛋氨酸8份,苏氨酸6份,赖氨酸25份,血球蛋白粉55份,乙氧基喹啉0.8份,苜蓿25份,马齿苋25份,山楂25份,植酸酶25份,乳酸菌0.4份,糖蜜80份和复合维生素1.5份。
制法:⑴按重量份称取各个原料,将大豆、豆粕、榆树皮、石榴树皮、苜蓿、马齿苋和山楂清洗干净,粉碎至粒度为1.5-2mm的混合粉;

⑸放入制粒机中,加水挤压制粒,加入的水量为半成品质量的12%,水温为35-45℃。

制法:⑴按重量份称取各个原料,将大豆、豆粕、榆树皮、石榴树皮、苜蓿、马齿苋和山楂清洗干净,粉碎至粒度为1.5-2mm的混合粉;

制法:⑴按重量份称取各个原料,将大豆、豆粕、榆树皮、石榴树皮、苜蓿、马齿苋和山楂清洗干净,粉碎至粒度为1.5-2mm的混合粉;
⑵将步骤⑴所述混合粉用进料绞龙送入调质器中,通入高压蒸汽进行预调制,所述的蒸汽调质温度为75-85℃,时间为 1-3分钟 ;
⑶而后进行挤压膨化,所述的挤压膨化温度为130-150℃,挤压膨化时间为5-8 分钟;

1. 一种高效易吸收的大豆粉,其特征在于:包括如下重量份数的原料:大豆300-400份,豆粕100-200份,榆树皮40-60份,石榴树皮40-60份,磷酸二氢钙10-20份,食盐8-12份,氯化胆碱1-3份,蛋氨酸6-10份,苏氨酸 4-8份,赖氨酸20-30份,血球蛋白粉50-60份,乙氧基喹啉0.7-0.9份,苜蓿20-30份,马齿苋20-30份,山楂20-30份,植酸酶20-30份,乳酸菌0.3-0.5份,糖蜜70-90份和复合维生素1-2份。

⑴按重量份称取各个原料,将大豆、豆粕、榆树皮、石榴树皮、苜蓿、马齿苋和山楂清洗干净,粉碎至粒度为1.5-2mm的混合粉;
⑵将步骤⑴所述混合粉用进料绞龙送入调质器中,通入高压蒸汽进行预调制,所述的蒸汽调质温度为75-85℃,时间为 1-3分钟 ;
⑶而后进行挤压膨化,所述的挤压膨化温度为130-150℃,挤压膨化时间为5-8 分钟;
⑷烘干、冷却后,加入磷酸二氢钙、食盐、氯化胆碱、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、赖氨酸、血球蛋白粉、乙氧基喹啉、植酸酶、乳酸菌、糖蜜和复合维生素搅拌混匀为半成品;
⑸放入制粒机中,加水挤压制粒,加入的水量为半成品质量的10-15%,水温为35-45℃。
