the obtaining module is used for obtaining the detailed information of the missed calls when the base corresponding to the seat has the missed calls;
and the sending module is used for sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications to remind an agent to follow up the missed call.
The specific embodiment of the feedback device for the missed call of the base phone is basically the same as the embodiments of the feedback method for the missed call of the base phone, and is not described herein again.
The invention further provides feedback equipment for the missed call of the landline phone.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic device structure diagram of a hardware operating environment according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the feedback device for the missed call of the landline may include: a processor 1001, such as a CPU, a network interface 1002, a user interface 1003, and a memory 1004. Connection communication between these components may be realized by a communication bus. The network interface 1002 may optionally include a standard wired interface (for connecting to a wired network), a wireless interface (e.g., a WI-FI interface, a bluetooth interface, an infrared interface, etc., for connecting to a wireless network). The user interface 1003 may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional user interface 1003 may also include a standard wired interface (e.g., for connecting a wired Keyboard, a wired mouse, etc.) and/or a wireless interface (e.g., for connecting a wireless Keyboard, a wireless mouse). The memory 1004 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a disk memory). The memory 1004 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.
Optionally, the feedback device for the missed call of the landline phone may further include a camera, a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a WiFi module, and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the feedback apparatus for a missed telephone call shown in fig. 6 does not constitute a limitation of the feedback apparatus for a missed telephone call, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 6, the memory 1004, which is a kind of computer storage medium, may include therein an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and a feedback program for a landline missed call. The operating system is a program for managing and controlling hardware and software resources of feedback equipment of the missed call of the landline phone, and supports the operation of a network communication module, a user interface module, a feedback program of the missed call of the landline phone and other programs or software; the network communication module is used for managing and controlling the network interface 1002; the user interface module is used to manage and control the user interface 1003.
In the feedback device for missed calls of the landline phone shown in fig. 6, the network interface 1002 is mainly used for connecting to a database and performing data communication with the database; the user interface 1003 is mainly used to connect a client (which may be understood as a user side) and perform data communication with the client, for example, display information to the client through a window or receive operation information sent by the client; the processor 1001 may be configured to execute the feedback program of the missed landline call stored in the memory 1004 to implement the following steps:
the telephone number of the telephone corresponding to the seat is associated and bound with the mobile phone number of the seat or other instant messaging applications;
when the base corresponding to the seat has a missed call, acquiring detailed information of the missed call;
and sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications to remind an agent to follow up the user.
Further, the processor 1001 is further configured to execute a feedback program of the missed telephone call stored in the memory 1004 to implement the following steps:
judging whether the incoming call number of the missed call exists in a customer information storage system;
if the incoming call number of the missed call exists in the user information storage system, searching a client corresponding to the incoming call number of the missed call;
judging whether the corresponding client has a correspondingly bound seat or not;
and if the corresponding client has the corresponding bound seat, extracting the communication number of the corresponding bound seat, and sending the detailed information of the missed call to the communication number of the corresponding bound seat, otherwise, executing the step of sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications.
Further, the processor 1001 is further configured to execute a feedback program of the missed telephone call stored in the memory 1004 to implement the following steps:
extracting a third party number database, and matching the number information with the number in the number database;
and when the number information is not matched with a consistent number in a number database, executing the step of sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications.
Further, the processor 1001 is further configured to execute a feedback program of the missed telephone call stored in the memory 1004 to implement the following steps:
judging whether the seat and the corresponding mobile phone number which are bound by the current landline telephone association are more than one;
if the number of the agents bound by the current seat phone association and the corresponding mobile phone number is more than one, extracting clients and contact ways associated with each agent;
matching the incoming call number of the missed call with the extracted customer contact information correspondingly;
and when the consistent customer telephone number is matched, sending the detailed information of the missed call to an agent associated with the matched customer telephone number.
Further, the processor 1001 is further configured to execute a feedback program of the missed telephone call stored in the memory 1004 to implement the following steps:
if the consistent customer telephone numbers are not matched, comparing the number of the customers related to each seat;
and sending the detailed information of the missed calls to the agent with the least number of customers.
Further, the processor 1001 is further configured to execute a feedback program of the missed telephone call stored in the memory 1004 to implement the following steps:
acquiring the incoming call number of the missed call, and carrying out initial replacement on the incoming call number;
the incoming call number after the initial line replacement is reversely replaced, so that the incoming call number can be converted into a virtual telephone number;
acquiring the virtual incoming call number, and transferring the mobile phone number associated with the seat through the converted virtual incoming call number;
and calling back the incoming call number of the missed call through the converted virtual incoming call number.
Further, the processor 1001 is further configured to execute a feedback program of the missed telephone call stored in the memory 1004 to implement the following steps:
the detailed information of the missed call comprises: the incoming call time, the incoming call number, the number attribution, and the historical communication time and times of the incoming call number and the fixed telephone.
The specific embodiment of the feedback device for the missed call of the landline phone of the present invention is substantially the same as the embodiments of the feedback method and the feedback device for the missed call of the landline phone described above, and will not be described herein again.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs being executable by one or more processors to perform the steps of:
the telephone number of the telephone corresponding to the seat is associated and bound with the mobile phone number of the seat or other instant messaging applications;
when the base corresponding to the seat has a missed call, acquiring detailed information of the missed call;
and sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications to remind an agent to follow up the user.
Further, the one or more programs are executable by the one or more processors to also implement the steps of:
judging whether the incoming call number of the missed call exists in a customer information storage system;
if the incoming call number of the missed call exists in the user information storage system, searching a client corresponding to the incoming call number of the missed call;
judging whether the corresponding client has a correspondingly bound seat or not;
and if the corresponding client has the corresponding bound seat, extracting the communication number of the corresponding bound seat, and sending the detailed information of the missed call to the communication number of the corresponding bound seat, otherwise, executing the step of sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications.
Further, the one or more programs are executable by the one or more processors to also implement the steps of:
extracting a third party number database, and matching the number information with the number in the number database;
and when the number information is not matched with a consistent number in a number database, executing the step of sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications.
Further, the one or more programs are executable by the one or more processors to also implement the steps of:
judging whether the seat and the corresponding mobile phone number which are bound by the current landline telephone association are more than one;
if the number of the agents bound by the current seat phone association and the corresponding mobile phone number is more than one, extracting clients and contact ways associated with each agent;
matching the incoming call number of the missed call with the extracted customer contact information correspondingly;
and when the consistent customer telephone number is matched, sending the detailed information of the missed call to an agent associated with the matched customer telephone number.
Further, the one or more programs are executable by the one or more processors to also implement the steps of:
if the consistent customer telephone numbers are not matched, comparing the number of the customers related to each seat;
and sending the detailed information of the missed calls to the agent with the least number of customers.
Further, the one or more programs are executable by the one or more processors to also implement the steps of:
acquiring the incoming call number of the missed call, and carrying out initial replacement on the incoming call number;
the incoming call number after the initial line replacement is reversely replaced, so that the incoming call number can be converted into a virtual telephone number;
acquiring the virtual incoming call number, and transferring the mobile phone number associated with the seat through the converted virtual incoming call number;
and calling back the incoming call number of the missed call through the converted virtual incoming call number.
Further, the one or more programs are executable by the one or more processors to also implement the steps of:
the detailed information of the missed call comprises: the incoming call time, the incoming call number, the number attribution, and the historical communication time and times of the incoming call number and the fixed telephone.
The specific embodiment of the computer-readable storage medium of the present invention is substantially the same as the embodiments of the method, the device and the apparatus for feeding back a missed call of a landline, and the device for feeding back a missed call of a landline, and will not be described herein again.
It should also be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (9)

1. A feedback method of a missed call of a landline is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the telephone number of the telephone corresponding to the seat is associated and bound with the mobile phone number of the seat or other instant messaging applications;
when the base corresponding to the seat has a missed call, acquiring detailed information of the missed call;
sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications to remind an agent to follow up the user;
acquiring the incoming call number of the missed call, and carrying out initial replacement on the incoming call number;
the incoming call number after the initial replacement is reversely replaced, namely the incoming call number can be converted into a virtual incoming call number;
acquiring the virtual incoming call number, and transferring the mobile phone number associated with the seat through the converted virtual incoming call number;
and calling back the incoming call number of the missed call through the converted virtual incoming call number.
2. The method for feeding back a missed call on a landline according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining details of the missed call further comprises, after the step of obtaining details of the missed call:
judging whether the incoming call number of the missed call exists in a customer information storage system;
if the incoming call number of the missed call exists in the user information storage system, searching a client corresponding to the incoming call number of the missed call;
judging whether the corresponding client has a correspondingly bound seat or not;
and if the corresponding client has the corresponding bound seat, extracting the communication number of the corresponding bound seat, and sending the detailed information of the missed call to the communication number of the corresponding bound seat, otherwise, executing the step of sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications.
3. The method for feeding back a missed call on a landline according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining details of the missed call further comprises, after the step of obtaining details of the missed call:
extracting a third party number database, and matching number information in the detailed information of the missed calls with numbers in the number database;
and when the number information is not matched with a consistent number in a number database, executing the step of sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications.
4. The method for feeding back a missed call on a landline according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining details of the missed call further comprises, after the step of obtaining details of the missed call:
judging whether the seat and the corresponding mobile phone number which are bound by the current landline telephone association are more than one;
if the number of the agents bound by the current seat phone association and the corresponding mobile phone number is more than one, extracting clients and contact ways associated with each agent;
matching the incoming call number of the missed call with the extracted customer contact way;
and when the consistent customer telephone number is matched, sending the detailed information of the missed call to an agent associated with the matched customer telephone number.
5. The method for feeding back the missed call on the landline according to claim 4, wherein after the step of matching the incoming call number correspondence of the missed call with the extracted contact information of the client, the method further comprises:
if the consistent customer telephone numbers are not matched, comparing the number of the customers related to each seat;
and sending the detailed information of the missed calls to the agent with the least number of customers.
6. A method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the details of the missed call include: the incoming call time, the incoming call number, the number attribution, and the historical communication time and times of the incoming call number and the fixed telephone.
7. A device for feeding back a missed call to a landline, the device comprising:
the association binding module is used for associating and binding the telephone number corresponding to the seat with the mobile phone number of the seat or other instant messaging applications;
the obtaining module is used for obtaining the detailed information of the missed calls when the base corresponding to the seat has the missed calls;
the sending module is used for sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications to remind an agent to follow up the missed call;
the replacing module is used for acquiring the incoming call number of the missed call and carrying out initial replacement on the incoming call number;
the reverse replacement module is used for performing reverse replacement on the calling number subjected to the initial replacement, namely converting the calling number into a virtual calling number;
the transfer module is used for acquiring the virtual incoming call number and transferring the mobile phone number associated with the seat through the converted virtual incoming call number;
and the callback module is used for callback the incoming call number of the missed call through the converted virtual incoming call number.
8. The feedback equipment of the missed call of the fixed telephone is characterized by comprising a processor, a network interface, a user interface and a memory, wherein a feedback program of the missed call of the fixed telephone is stored in the memory; the processor is used for executing a feedback program of the missed telephone call so as to realize the following steps:
the telephone number of the telephone corresponding to the seat is associated and bound with the mobile phone number of the seat or other instant messaging applications;
when the base corresponding to the seat has a missed call, acquiring detailed information of the missed call;
sending the detailed information of the missed call to a related mobile phone number or other instant messaging applications to remind an agent to follow up the user;
acquiring the incoming call number of the missed call, and carrying out initial replacement on the incoming call number;
the incoming call number after the initial replacement is reversely replaced, namely the incoming call number can be converted into a virtual incoming call number;
acquiring the virtual incoming call number, and transferring the mobile phone number associated with the seat through the converted virtual incoming call number;
and calling back the incoming call number of the missed call through the converted virtual incoming call number.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein a feedback program of a missed telephone call is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the feedback program of the missed telephone call is executed by a processor, the steps of the feedback method of the missed telephone call according to any one of claims 1 to 6 are implemented.
