The present application provides a control method for a fixed telephone call record and a control device for a fixed telephone call record, and the following detailed description will be given by taking an example in which the control method for a fixed telephone call record is applied to the control device for a fixed telephone call record.
Fig. 1 is a system architecture diagram of a control method for fixed telephone call records in one embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the fixed telephone 110, the monitoring device 120, the data server 130, and the mobile device 140 are in turn communicatively coupled. There may be a plurality of fixed telephones 110 communicatively coupled to the monitoring device 120. The mobile device 140 can access the data server 130 and obtain the data stored in the data server 130, and the data server 130 can send a short message to the mobile device 140 through a short message service.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method for a fixed-line telephone call record in an embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the control method for the fixed-line telephone call record includes the following steps:
step S220, obtaining the call record of the fixed phone through the monitoring device.
Specifically, the monitoring device may be a computer device such as a tablet computer or a desktop computer. The monitoring equipment acquires the call records of the fixed telephone in real time, wherein the call records comprise the call records which are heard and the call records which are not heard, and logs are recorded. The call record may include call time, incoming call number, and corresponding fixed-line telephone number. The monitoring equipment comprises a display, so that call records of all fixed telephones monitored by the monitoring equipment can be displayed, centralized management of operators is facilitated, and the monitoring equipment has a man-machine interaction function.
In step S240, the monitoring device uploads the obtained call record to the data server.
In step S260, the data server receives and stores the call record.
Specifically, the data server may be a local server or a remote cloud server. The monitoring equipment uploads the acquired call records to the data server, and then the data server receives and stores the call records, so that the call records are convenient to trace. Optionally, the data server further establishes a database according to the call records, that is, collects and sorts all incoming call numbers, and establishes a client database, and incoming call numbers with a large number of calls can be marked as star clients. The user can call the database in the data server through the monitoring equipment or the mobile equipment, and the use is convenient.
Step S280, when the call record includes the missed call, the data server sends a prompt message to the corresponding mobile device through the short message service.
In particular, the mobile device may be a handset of a stationary telephone user. And when the call record contains the missed call, the data server sends a prompt short message to the corresponding mobile equipment through the short message service. The prompt message can adopt a customized message template. The prompt short message carries information of the fixed label and the missed call. For example, referring to fig. 3, the short message template may include the time of the incoming call, the telephone number of the incoming call, the landline number of the landline telephone, whether to answer the call, the number of times of the call and the number of times of the missed call. For another example, referring to fig. 4, the short message template may further include a fixed tag 410, and the style of the fixed tag 410 may be set according to needs. In other embodiments, the data server sends a return visit short message to a calling user through a short message service after a fixed telephone answers a call, so that customer satisfaction data are collected, and particularly, enterprise images can be improved for industries with large advertisement putting quantity, industries with strong marketing strength, industries with frequent information services, electronic coupons, administrative departments, public service institutions and the like, and labor cost is saved.
The control method for the call records of the fixed telephones monitors the call records of each fixed telephone by utilizing the monitoring equipment, thereby facilitating centralized management; the method and the device have the advantages that the prompt short message is sent to the mobile device when the missed call is contained in the call record to inform a user of the fixed-line telephone, so that missed calls are avoided, the method and the device are more flexible and convenient, the office distance is prolonged, the pressure and anxiety of the fixed-line telephone user for answering the fixed-line telephone are reduced, meanwhile, the customer responsiveness can be improved, and the sent prompt short message contains the fixed label which is set according to needs, so that the method and the device are favorable for improving the popularity of enterprises.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a control method for call logging of a fixed telephone in another embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the control method for the call log of the fixed phone includes, in addition to the above steps S220 to S280:
in step S270, the data server obtains the number of the user of the fixed-line telephone, and associates the fixed-line telephone with the number.
Each fixed telephone can be correspondingly associated with a plurality of mobile phone numbers, and one mobile phone number can also be correspondingly associated with a plurality of fixed telephones. The mobile phone number is correlated with the fixed phone, so that the data server can conveniently send the call record of the fixed phone to the corresponding mobile equipment through the short message service. Optionally, the user outputs the number of the fixed-line user to the data server through the mobile device. In other embodiments, the user may also output the number of the user of the fixed telephone to the data server through the monitoring device.
In this embodiment, the step S280 is specifically that the data server sends a prompt message to the mobile device corresponding to the number through the short message service.
Further, the control method for the fixed telephone call record also comprises the steps that the data server receives a number replacing request and sends a number replacing verification message; and when the feedback result of the data server receiving the number replacement verification message is correct, the data server replaces the number associated with the fixed telephone.
Specifically, the number associated with the fixed telephone in step S270 may be replaced. For example, after the user of the fixed telephone changes or the mobile phone number of the user of the fixed telephone changes, the number associated with the fixed number may be replaced. When the associated number is replaced, the user can send a number replacement request to the data server through the mobile equipment or the monitoring equipment, and after receiving the number replacement request, the data server can send a number replacement verification message to the operated mobile equipment or the operated monitoring equipment and receive a message fed back by the mobile equipment or the operated monitoring equipment. For example, the change number verification message may be a request for the mobile device or the monitoring device to enter a verification password, perform fingerprint recognition, and the like. When the data server judges that the received feedback result is correct, the number associated with the fixed telephone is changed, so that the data security of the call record is ensured, and the privacy of the user is prevented from being revealed.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating steps included in a method for controlling call logging of a landline telephone, according to an embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the control method for the call record of the fixed phone further includes:

Specifically, the mobile device may send a request to obtain the call record to the data server through an application, for example, through a wechat applet, and the like. The call record requested to be acquired is the call record of the fixed telephone associated with the corresponding number of the mobile equipment. The obtained call records may be selected according to a user request, for example, all call records of the fixed telephone in a certain day may be selected, or all call records of the fixed telephone in a certain month may be selected.
In step S640, the data server receives the request for obtaining the call record and sends a call record verification message to the mobile device.
And step S660, when the mobile equipment received by the data server has a correct feedback result according to the call record verification message, the data server sends the call record of the fixed telephone associated with the number to the mobile equipment.
Specifically, the data server sends a call record verification message to the mobile device after receiving the call record acquisition request, wherein the call record verification may be password verification, fingerprint identification verification, face identification verification, and the like, and the call record verification may be set according to user habits. Only when the verification result fed back by the mobile equipment according to the call record verification is correct, the data server sends the call record of the fixed telephone associated with the number to the mobile equipment, so that the misoperation of a user on the mobile equipment and the data leakage of the call record and the like caused by the loss of the mobile equipment are avoided, and the data security is high.
In step S680, the mobile device obtains the call record of the landline phone corresponding to the number based on the user request.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, the interface of the call records obtained by the mobile device may include a number of a fixed-line telephone, and when a plurality of fixed-line telephones are associated with the number, the number of the fixed-line telephone 710 may have a plurality of options. The interface of the call record acquired by the mobile device also displays the landline number 712, the incoming call number 720, the number connection identifier 730, and the like. When the fixed phone is connected, the number connection identifier 730 is displayed as the call time; when the fixed telephone is not connected, the number connected flag 730 is displayed as a disconnected flag. In other embodiments, the mobile device may also obtain the call log without call log verification.
