Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a communication method of a virtual number according to an embodiment of the present application, where the application scenario shown in fig. 1 may include a mobile phone 101, a server 102 (for short, an operator) corresponding to an operator, a server 103 (for short, a service provider) corresponding to a service provider, and the like that are interconnected through a network.
When performing virtual number communication, the user 100 may operate the mobile phone 101 to determine an information receiving policy, where the information receiving policy includes: it is determined that the user's service provider SP can be contacted by sending information through the virtual number requested by the user, or the information sent by the SP can be sent to the user 100 in a real contact manner only when a predetermined keyword is included in the information sent by the selected SP. Or when the selected information sent by the SP to the virtual number does not include the predetermined keyword, the information sent by the SP can be sent to the real contact address of the user 100. The information reception policy may also include a real contact address that may send all information not sent by the SP to the virtual number to the user 100 within a specified time.
The real contact way of the user 100 may be a real mobile phone number, a real mailbox, and the like of the user, and the real contact way sent to the user 100 may be through a short message, a telephone, a mail, and the like.
The mobile phone 101 applies for a virtual number to the operator 102, and the operator obtains an information receiving policy and a real contact information of the user, allocates the virtual number to the application of the user, and sends the virtual number to the mobile phone 101, so that the mobile phone 101 can use the virtual number obtained by the application when the virtual number can be applied, for example, if the mobile phone number needs to be filled when the user is registered on a certain application a, but the virtual number obtained by the application can be used when the user 100 does not want to fill the real mobile phone number, it should be noted that, if a short message needs to be obtained from the application a in the using process, the information receiving policy determined by the user 100 needs to include: the application A is determined to be an application service provider which can be contacted with the user by using the virtual number, so that when the application A sends a short message to the virtual number, the operator 102 determines whether the application A has the authority to send information to the real contact way corresponding to the user 100 according to the virtual number and the application A, if yes, the operator forwards the information sent by the application A to the real mobile phone number of the user 100, and if not, the operator does not forward the information sent by the application A to the real mobile phone number of the user 100.
When the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is adopted for virtual number application, a user determines a service provider which can be contacted with the user by sending information to the virtual number obtained by application, when the operator receives the information sent to the virtual number, the operator sends the received information to the real contact way of the user only when the information is matched with the information receiving strategy, and when the information is not matched with the information receiving strategy, the operator does not send the received information to the real contact way of the user. In this way, information sent to a virtual number but not matching the information reception policy can be masked off. Through the method, the harassment information can not be sent to the real contact way of the user, so that the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application improves the safety when the virtual number is used.

When the user uses the application on the terminal device, some applications need to register or receive information sent by the application service provider, and sometimes the user does not want to fill in a real contact, step 207 may be executed by using the virtual number obtained by the application.
207. And the terminal equipment sends a first message to the service provider through the operator, wherein the first message carries the acquired virtual number.
After obtaining the first message, the service provider may send a second message to the virtual number.
208. The service provider sends a second message to the operator that needs to be sent to the virtual number.
209. And the operator receives the second message, judges whether the second message is matched with the receiving strategy or not, and if not, does not send the second message to the real contact way of the user. If yes, go to step 210.
210. The second message is sent to the user's real contact address.
When the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is adopted for communication, a user determines a service provider which can be contacted with the user by sending information to the virtual number obtained by application, when the operator receives the information sent to the virtual number, the operator sends the received information to the real contact way of the user only when the information is matched with the information receiving strategy, and when the information is not matched with the information receiving strategy, the operator does not send the received information to the real contact way of the user. In this way, information sent to a virtual number but not matching the information reception policy can be masked off. Through the method, the harassment information can not be sent to the real contact way of the user, so that the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application improves the safety when the virtual number is used.
In some possible embodiments, the operator may assign one virtual number to different requests, i.e. one virtual number may be associated with different real contact addresses. For example, the information receiving policy determined by the user a is to receive only the information sent to the virtual number N by the service provider b and the information sent to the virtual number N by the service provider b, and the information receiving policy determined by the user b is to receive only the information sent to the virtual number N by the service provider b, at this time, the operator may assign one virtual number N to different users: the user A and the user D use simultaneously, when the operator receives the information X1 sent by the service provider B to the virtual number N, the operator forwards the X1 to the real contact address of the user A. When the operator receives the information X2 sent by the service provider E to the virtual number N, the operator forwards X2 to the real contact address of the user E. Since the virtual number is also an actually existing number that meets the protocol requirements, for the operator, the resources of the virtual number are limited, and if each user is provided with a virtual number for the mobile phone number verification of a certain APP, this will cause waste of virtual resources. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the application, different SP operators of different users can distribute the same virtual number. It can be understood that if the same user has multiple real contact ways, the same or different virtual numbers may be assigned to different real contact ways according to the information receiving policy. This is advantageous for improving the utilization of virtual resources.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an interaction flow diagram of a communication method of a virtual number according to an embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the communication method of the virtual number may include the following steps:
301. the method comprises the steps that terminal equipment obtains an information receiving strategy determined by a user, wherein the information receiving strategy comprises the following steps: and if the information is sent by a service provider 'Mei Tuo' and the information comprises a keyword 'order' or a 'verification code', sending the information to the real mobile phone number of the user in a short message mode.
302. The terminal equipment sends a first request for applying the virtual number to an operator, wherein the first request comprises a real mobile phone number of a user and an information receiving strategy.
303. An operator obtains a first request for applying for a virtual number.
304. The operator selects a virtual number N from the virtual number resource pool to assign to the first request.
305. The operator sends the virtual number N assigned to the first request to the terminal device.
306. And the terminal equipment acquires and stores the virtual number N.
When the user uses the application on the terminal device, some applications need to register or receive information sent by the application service provider, and sometimes the user does not want to fill in a real contact, step 307 may be executed by using the virtual number obtained by the application.
307. The terminal equipment sends a first message to a service provider 'Mei Tuo' through an operator, wherein the first message carries the acquired virtual number N.
After obtaining the first message, the service provider "mei qu" may send a message to the virtual number N.
308. The service provider "mei-qu" sends a second message to the operator that needs to be sent to the virtual number N.
309. And the operator receives the second message, judges whether the second message is matched with the receiving strategy or not, and if not, does not send the second message to the real contact way of the user. If yes, go to step 310.
310. And sending the second message to the real mobile phone number of the user in a short message mode.
When the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is adopted for communication, the user determines that a service provider which can be contacted with the user by sending information to the virtual number obtained by application is 'Mei Tuo', and determines that the keyword is 'order form' or 'verification code', and when the operator receives the information sent to the virtual number and the information is matched with the information receiving strategy, the operator sends the received information to the real mobile phone number of the user in a short message mode. When the information does not match the information receiving policy, the operator does not send the received information to the user's real contact means. In this way, information sent to a virtual number but not matching the information reception policy can be masked off. Through the method, the harassment information can not be sent to the real contact way of the user, so that the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application improves the safety when the virtual number is used.
It will be appreciated that in some possible embodiments, the information reception policy may also be that the operator does not forward information sent to the virtual number to the user's real contact address until a specified keyword such as "gambling" or "advertising" is not included in the information sent to the virtual number by a specified service provider. When the service provider meets the conditions but the information sent to the virtual number includes "gambling" or "advertising", the information is not forwarded to the user's real contact, in this way reducing the sending of nuisance information to the user.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is an interaction flow diagram of a communication method of a virtual number according to an embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the communication method of the virtual number may include the following steps:
401. the method comprises the steps that terminal equipment obtains an information receiving strategy determined by a user, wherein the information receiving strategy comprises the following steps: the phone dialing the virtual number between 11 o 'clock and 12 o' clock is connected to the real mobile phone number of the user.
402. The terminal equipment sends a first request for applying the virtual number to an operator, wherein the first request comprises a real mobile phone number of a user and an information receiving strategy.
403. An operator obtains a first request for applying for a virtual number.
404. The operator selects a virtual number N from the virtual number resource pool to assign to the first request.
405. The operator sends the virtual number N assigned to the first request to the terminal device.
406. And the terminal equipment acquires and stores the virtual number N.
When the user uses the application on the terminal device, some applications need to register or receive information sent by the application service provider, and sometimes the user does not want to fill in a real contact, step 407 may be executed using the virtual number obtained by the application.
407. The terminal device sends a first message to a service provider 'mei qu' through an operator, wherein the first message carries the acquired virtual number N, and the first message can be a message for ordering fast food.
After the service provider "mei-qu" obtains the first message, the fast food dispatcher who sent the fast food may send a message to the virtual number N.
408. The fast food dispatcher sends to the carrier that a call needs to be placed to the virtual number N. The second information includes fast food delivery information.
409. And the operator receives the second message, judges whether the second message is matched with the receiving strategy or not, and if not, does not send the second message to the real contact way of the user. If yes, go to step 410. If the second message is a call for dialing the virtual number between the 11 th point and the 12 th point, the judgment result is yes; and if the second message is not the call for dialing the virtual number between the 11 th point and the 12 th point, judging that the result is no.
410. The mobile phone used by the fast food deliverer is communicated with the real mobile phone number of the user, so that the user can receive the call dialed by the fast food deliverer.
When the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is adopted for communication, the strategy that the user can be contacted by sending information to the virtual number obtained by application is determined by the user as follows: calls that dial a virtual number for a specified period of time, such as between 11 o ' clock and 12 o ' clock, all reach the user's real cell phone number. In this way, missing a call from a fast food dispatcher during lunch hours can be avoided. Of course, different time periods may be set according to different scenes.
