Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a network architecture diagram provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the network architecture may include a service server 1000 and a user terminal cluster, which may include one or more user terminals, the number of which will not be limited here. As shown in fig. 1, the plurality of user terminals may include a user terminal 100a, a user terminal 100b, user terminals 100c, …, a user terminal 100n; as shown in fig. 1, the user terminals 100a, 100b, 100c, …, 100n may respectively make a network connection with the service server 1000, so that each user terminal may perform data interaction with the service server 1000 through the network connection.
It will be appreciated that each user terminal as shown in fig. 1 may be provided with a target application, which when running in each user terminal, may interact with the service server 1000 shown in fig. 1, respectively, so that the service server 1000 may receive service data from each user terminal. The target application may include an application having a function of displaying data information such as text, image, audio, and video. For example, the application may be a social class application (e.g., an instant messaging application) that may be used for user communication. The service server 1000 in the present application may be a background server corresponding to an embedded subroutine in the social application, and when the social application is running and the embedded subroutine is also running, the service server 1000 may obtain service data of each user terminal. For example, when the embedded sub-program is a virtual number applet (e.g., a micro number applet), the service server 1000 may be a background server corresponding to the virtual number applet, that is, a virtual communication number server (e.g., a micro number server), and the virtual communication number server may obtain service data according to the virtual number applet in the social application, for example, the service data may be a virtual communication number application request sent by a user terminal, a virtual communication number renewal request, a request for communication with a virtual communication number, or the like.
Further, the service server 1000 may perform corresponding processing according to the acquired service data. For example, if the service data acquired by the service server 1000 is a virtual communication number application request from a user terminal, the service server 1000 may acquire a real communication number of a user initiating the virtual communication number application request through the user terminal, return an optional virtual communication number list to the user terminal according to the region information to which the real communication number belongs, and then, the service server 1000 may use the virtual communication number selected by the user returned by the user terminal as the virtual communication number of the user; the service server 1000 may return the virtual communication number to the user terminal, which may present the virtual communication number in the embedded applet (e.g., virtual number applet).
It should be appreciated that the user may communicate anonymously with other users via the embedded applet with the virtual communication number, thereby protecting user privacy well.
The embodiment of the application can select one user terminal from a plurality of user terminals as a target user terminal, and the user terminal can comprise: smart phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, desktop computers, smart televisions, smart speakers, desktop computers, smart watches, smart vehicles, and the like, carry smart terminals of multimedia data processing functions (e.g., video data playing functions, music data playing functions), but are not limited thereto. For example, in the embodiment of the present application, the user terminal 100a shown in fig. 1 may be used as the target user terminal, the target user terminal may be integrated with the target application, and the target application may be integrated with the embedded sub-program, where the target user terminal may perform data interaction between the embedded sub-program in the target application and the service server 1000.
For example, when the user a uses a target application (such as an instant messaging application) in the user terminal, the user a may open an embedded applet (for example, a virtual number applet) in the instant messaging application and apply for the virtual communication number 1 through the embedded applet. Then, the user a can trigger the communication control of the virtual communication number 1, and the user terminal of the user a can respond to the triggering operation of the user a on the communication control to display an interface for the user a to input the target communication number of the user b; the user a may enter the destination communication number for user b in the interface. For the target communication number of the expected communication, after the user a clicks to confirm the communication, the user terminal of the user a may display a communication interface including the virtual communication number 1 to prompt the user a that the virtual communication number 1 of the user a is actually communicated, that is, the user a performs anonymous communication with the user b through the virtual communication number 1.
Further, in the communication interface, the user a may click on the communication confirmation control, and the user terminal of the user a may respond to the communication confirmation operation of the user a to perform anonymous communication with the user b through the service server 1000 by using the virtual communication number 1 of the user a.
It should be understood that the user a performs anonymous communication with the user b through the virtual communication number 1, so that the user privacy can be well ensured.
It can be understood that after the user b applies for the virtual communication number 2 through the embedded applet in the social application, the user a may also perform anonymous communication with the user b without using the embedded applet, for example, the user a may directly perform anonymous communication with the user b through the virtual communication number 2 of the user b in a communication application (e.g. a phone application, a short message application) integrated in the user terminal. For example, the user a may input the virtual communication number 2 of the user b in the communication application, and after clicking the communication confirmation control, the user terminal of the user a may respond to the communication confirmation operation of the user a to perform anonymous communication with the user b through the virtual communication number 2 of the user b and the service server 1000.
For a specific implementation of enabling two users to communicate anonymously (e.g., user a and user b to communicate anonymously) through the service server 1000, reference may be made to the description in the following embodiments.
Alternatively, it may be understood that a network architecture may include a plurality of service servers, where a user terminal may be connected to a service server, and each service server may obtain service data (e.g., a virtual number application request, a communication request, etc.) in the user terminal connected to the service server, and perform related processing (e.g., obtain a virtual number list) according to the service data.
Alternatively, it is understood that the user terminal may also acquire service data (e.g., a virtual number application request, a communication request, etc.), and perform related processing on the service data (e.g., acquire a virtual number list, etc.).
It is understood that the method provided by the embodiments of the present application may be performed by a computer device, including but not limited to a user terminal or a service server. The service server may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, CDNs, basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligence platforms.
The user terminal and the service server may be directly or indirectly connected through a wired or wireless communication manner, which is not limited herein.
It should be noted that the specific embodiments of the present application comply with relevant laws and regulations of relevant countries and regions.
For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 2 a-2 b together, fig. 2 a-2 b are schematic diagrams illustrating a scenario of anonymous voice communication through a virtual communication number according to an embodiment of the present application. The ue a shown in fig. 2 a-2 b may be any ue in the ue cluster in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, for example, the ue is the ue 100a; the ue B shown in fig. 2 a-2B may be any ue in the ue cluster in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, for example, the ue is the ue 100B; the virtual number server shown in fig. 2 a-2 b may be the service server 1000 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2a, the user a may open a virtual number applet (e.g., a small number applet) in a social application (e.g., an instant messaging application with an instant messaging function) of the user terminal a, and if the user a has applied for a virtual communication number, the virtual communication number of the user a is displayed in the virtual number applet, (e.g., virtual communication number 171xx 0086 shown in fig. 2 a), and meanwhile, as shown in fig. 2a, a voice communication control is displayed below the virtual communication number. After clicking the voice communication control (namely, telephone communication control), the user a can carry out anonymous voice communication with other users.
As shown in fig. 2a, after the user a clicks the voice communication control, the user terminal a may respond to the triggering operation of the user a on the voice communication control to display a voice communication interface, and it should be understood that the user a may input the target communication number of the user b in the voice communication interface, as shown in fig. 2a, the number input by the user a is the terminal communication number "155xxxx6919" of the user b, where the terminal communication number may be a real communication number, for example, the real communication number is an international mobile subscriber identity (International Mobile SubscriberIdentification Number, IMSI). Further, after the user a inputs the number, the user a may click on a call control in the voice communication interface to call the user b, and the user terminal a may respond to the call operation of the user a to generate the first call prompt information for the terminal communication number "155xxxx6919" of the user b. As shown in fig. 2a, the first call prompt includes a first virtual communication number of the user a, the first call prompt may be used to indicate that the terminal communication number "155xxxx6919" of the user b is the expected call, and the terminal communication number "155xxxx6919" is the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" of the user a; the user a may click on a call control corresponding to the first call prompt information to confirm that the terminal communication number "155xxxx6919" is called by the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086", and may click on a cancel control corresponding to the first call prompt information to cancel the terminal communication number "155xxxx6919".
As shown in fig. 2a, after the user a clicks the call control corresponding to the first call prompt information, the user a terminal may respond to the confirmation operation of the user a to generate a second call prompt information including the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086", and display the second call prompt information in the voice communication interface; as shown in fig. 2a, the second call prompt information is displayed in the voice communication interface, where the second call prompt information includes a call control of "call 171xxxx0086" and a cancel control, and the second call prompt information can be used to indicate that the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 is actually called; user a may click on the call control "call 171xxxx0086" to confirm the call virtual communication number "171xxxx0086"; user a may also click on the cancel control corresponding to the second call prompt to cancel the call virtual communication number "171xxxx0086".
As shown in fig. 2a, after the user a clicks the call control "call 171xxxx0086", the user terminal a may respond to the communication confirmation operation of the user a, obtain the terminal communication number of the user a, and generate a first voice call request (i.e. a call request) from the terminal communication number of the user a to the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086"; it should be understood that the user terminal a may display the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" in a call state in the voice communication interface according to the first voice call request; as shown in fig. 2a, the user terminal a may display the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" in the voice communication interface, and display text information of "calling" in the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" to indicate that the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" is in a calling state.
Further, the user terminal a may send the first voice call request and the terminal communication number of the user b to a virtual number server, and the virtual number server may convert the first voice call request after receiving the first voice call request, to generate a second voice communication request from the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" to the terminal communication number of the user b. Then, the virtual number server may send the second voice communication request and the region information of the terminal communication number of the user a to the user terminal B.
As shown in fig. 2B, after receiving the second voice call request, the ue B may display a response voice communication interface, and display the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" in the response voice communication interface, and at the same time, the ue B may also display the region information (as in guangdong shenzhen in fig. 2B) to which the virtual communication number of the ue a belongs in the response voice communication interface; thus, user b views the call request from user a's virtual communication number through the responsive voice communication interface.
It should be understood that the response voice communication interface includes an answer control and a reject control, and the user b can click on the answer control to perform anonymous voice communication with the user a; user b may also click on a reject control to reject anonymous voice communication with user a. As shown in fig. 2B, after the user B clicks the answer control, the user terminal B may respond to the response operation of the user B, generate response information and send the response information to the user terminal a through the virtual number server, where after receiving the response information, the user terminal a may display the anonymous communication content of the communication duration (e.g. the communication duration 00:10 shown in fig. 2B) with the user B in the voice communication interface; similarly, it should be understood that after the user b clicks the answer control, the user terminal may also display the communication duration with the user a (e.g., the communication duration 00:10 shown in fig. 2 b) in the response voice communication interface.
It should be understood that, when the user a makes a voice call to the user b with the virtual communication number through the virtual number applet, the user b cannot view the real communication number of the user a (for example, the virtual communication number of the user a is viewed) because the user a is the user b called through the virtual communication number, and this way can also well protect the real communication manner of the user a. Meanwhile, it should be understood that, because the number actually called by the user a is the virtual communication number of the user a, in the local communication record of the user terminal a corresponding to the user a, the stored communication record is also the communication record of the virtual communication number of the user a, but not the communication record of the communication number of the user b, thereby being beneficial to protecting the communication privacy of the user a.
It should be noted that, the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 or the real communication number 155xxxx6919 provided in the present application is merely illustrative as a drawing, and the communication numbers may be completely displayed in the practical application scenario.
For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 3 a-3 b, fig. 3 a-3 b are schematic diagrams illustrating a scenario of anonymous voice communication through a virtual communication number according to an embodiment of the present application. The ue a shown in fig. 3 a-3 b may be any ue in the ue cluster in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, for example, the ue is the ue 100a; the ue B shown in fig. 3 a-3B may be any ue in the ue cluster in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, for example, the ue is the ue 100B; the virtual number server shown in fig. 3 a-3 b may be the service server 1000 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 3a, the user a may open a virtual number applet (e.g., a small number applet) in a social application (e.g., an instant messaging application with an instant messaging function) of the user terminal a, and if the user a has applied for a virtual communication number, the virtual communication number of the user a is displayed in the virtual number applet, (e.g., virtual communication number 171xx 0086 shown in fig. 3 a), and meanwhile, as shown in fig. 3a, a voice communication control is displayed below the virtual communication number. After clicking the voice communication control (namely, telephone communication control), the user a can carry out anonymous voice communication (anonymous call) with other users.
As shown in fig. 3a, after clicking the voice communication control, the user terminal a may respond to the triggering operation of the user a on the voice communication control to display a voice communication interface, and it should be understood that the user a may input the target communication number of the user b in the voice communication interface, as shown in fig. 3a, the number input by the user a is the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user b, after inputting the number, the user a may click the call control in the voice communication interface to call the user b, and the user terminal a may respond to the calling operation of the user a to generate the first call prompt information of the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user b. As shown in fig. 3a, the first call prompt includes a first virtual communication number of the user a, the first call prompt may be used to indicate that the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user b is the expected call, and the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" is the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" of the user a; user a may click on the call control corresponding to the first call prompt to confirm that virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" is called by virtual communication number "171xxxx0086", or click on the cancel control corresponding to the first call prompt to cancel calling virtual communication number "172xxxx0086".
As shown in fig. 3a, after the user a clicks the call control corresponding to the first call prompt information, the user a terminal may respond to the confirmation operation of the user a to generate a second call prompt information including the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086", and display the second call prompt information in the voice communication interface; as shown in fig. 3a, the second call prompt information is displayed in the voice communication interface, where the second call prompt information includes a call control of "call 171xxxx0086" and a cancel control, and the second call prompt information may be used to indicate that the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 is actually called; user a may click on the call control "call 171xxxx0086" to confirm the call virtual communication number "171xxxx0086"; user a may also click on the cancel control corresponding to the second call prompt to cancel the call virtual communication number "171xxxx0086".
As shown in fig. 3a, after the user a clicks the call control "call 171xxxx0086", the user terminal a may respond to the communication confirmation operation of the user a to obtain the terminal communication number of the user a and generate a first voice communication request (i.e. a call request) from the terminal communication number of the user a to the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086", where it is understood that the first voice communication request may be the same as the first voice call request in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2 a-2 b; it should be understood that the user terminal a may display the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" in a call state in the voice communication interface according to the first voice communication request; as shown in fig. 3a, the user terminal a may display the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" in the voice communication interface, and display text information of "calling" in the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" to indicate that the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" is in a calling state.
Further, the user terminal a may send the first voice communication request and the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user b to a virtual number server, where the virtual number server may convert the first voice communication request after receiving the first voice communication request, and generate a transitional voice communication request from the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" to the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user b; then, the virtual number server can obtain the communication number having a mapping relation with the virtual communication number 172xxxx0086 according to the relation mapping table, the communication number is the real communication number of the user b, and the virtual number server can generate a second voice communication request from the virtual communication number 172xxxx0086 to the real communication number of the user b. The virtual number server may then send the second voice communication request to user terminal B.
As shown in fig. 3B, after receiving the second voice communication request, the user terminal B may display a response voice communication interface, and display the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user B in the response voice communication interface; therefore, the user b can determine that the current calling number is the virtual communication number of the user b through the response voice communication interface.
It should be understood that the response voice communication interface includes an answer control and a reject control, and the user b can click on the answer control to perform anonymous voice communication with the user a; user b may also click on a reject control to reject anonymous voice communication with user a. As shown in fig. 3B, after the user B clicks the answer control, the user terminal B may respond to the response operation of the user B, generate response information and send the response information to the user terminal a through the virtual number server, where after receiving the response information, the user terminal a may display the anonymous communication content of the communication duration (e.g., the communication duration 00:10 shown in fig. 3B) with the user B in the voice communication interface; similarly, it should be understood that after the user b clicks the answer control, the user terminal may also display the communication duration with the user a (e.g., the communication duration 00:10 shown in fig. 3 b) in the response voice communication interface.
It should be understood that, when the user a makes a voice call to the user b through the virtual number applet and the virtual communication number, for the user b, because the user a is the user b called through the virtual communication number, the user b cannot view the real communication number of the user a (for example, view the virtual communication number of the user b), which can also well protect the real communication manner of the user a.
For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 4 a-4 b, fig. 4 a-4 b are schematic diagrams illustrating a scenario of anonymous text communication through a virtual communication number according to an embodiment of the present application. The ue a shown in fig. 4 a-4 b may be any ue in the ue cluster in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, for example, the ue is the ue 100a; the ue B shown in fig. 4 a-4B may be any ue in the ue cluster in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, for example, the ue is the ue 100B; the virtual number server shown in fig. 4 a-4 b may be the service server 1000 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 4a, the user a may open a virtual number applet (e.g., a small number applet) in a social application (e.g., an instant messaging application with an instant messaging function) of the user terminal a, and if the user a has applied for a virtual communication number, the virtual number applet will display the virtual communication number of the user a, (e.g., the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 shown in fig. 4 a), and meanwhile, as shown in fig. 4a, a text communication control is displayed below the virtual communication number. After clicking the text communication control (namely, the short message communication control), the user a can carry out anonymous text communication (anonymous short message dialogue) with other users.
As shown in fig. 4a, after clicking the text communication control, the user terminal a may respond to the triggering operation of the user a on the text communication control to display a text editing interface, and it should be understood that the user a may input the target communication number and the text communication content of the user b in the text editing interface. As shown in fig. 4a, the number input by the user a is the terminal communication number (real communication number) 155xxxx6919 of the user b, and the text communication content input is weather today; then, the user a may click on a confirmation control (i.e. a "send" control) in the text editing interface to send the text communication to the user b, and the user terminal a may generate a first sending confirmation prompt in response to the confirmation operation of the user a for the terminal communication number "155xxxx6919" and the text communication content "today's weather is good", and display the first sending confirmation prompt in the text editing interface.
As shown in fig. 4a, the first sending confirmation prompt message includes a text message of "the content of the short message has been generated, and the weather today is true (155 xxxx6919 is sent) for indicating that the text message" the weather today is true "is expected to be a terminal communication number" 155xxxx6919 "sent to the user b; as shown in fig. 4a, the first sending confirmation prompt corresponds to a "send" control, and the user a may click on the "send" control to confirm that the text communication "weather today is good" is sent to the terminal communication number "155xxxx6919" of the user b. As shown in fig. 4a, after the user a clicks the "send" control, the user terminal a may generate a second sending confirmation prompt including the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" of the user a in response to the confirmation operation of the user a for the first sending confirmation prompt, and display the second sending confirmation prompt in the text editing interface. As shown in fig. 4a, the second acknowledgement hint information may include "determine to send message: is 171xxxx0086 sending today's weather true (155 xxxx 6919? "text information indicating that the text communication" today's weather is good "is actually the virtual communication number" 171xxxx0086 "transmitted to the user a, that is, the second transmission confirmation prompting message may be used to prompt the user a, and the text communication" today's weather is good "is actually the virtual communication number" 171xxxx0086 "transmitted from the terminal communication number of the user a to the user a. As shown in fig. 4a, the second confirmation prompt may further include a confirm control and a cancel control, and the user a may click on the confirm control to confirm that the text communication content "today's weather is true" is sent to the terminal communication number "155xxxx6919" of the user b through the virtual communication number "171xxxx 0086"; user a may also click on the cancel control to cancel sending the text messaging content "weather today is good" to user b.
As shown in fig. 4a, after the user a clicks the confirmation control, the user terminal a may respond to the confirmation operation of the user a for the second sending confirmation prompt message, and display a text communication interface including the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" of the user a. In the text communication interface, the communication number of the recipient is automatically displayed as the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" of the user a, and in the text input box in the text communication interface, the text communication content "today's weather is good" input by the user a is automatically displayed, meanwhile, as shown in fig. 4a, after the text communication content in the text input box, additional text content "send 155xxxx6919" can be automatically displayed, so that the complete text communication content displayed in the text input box in the text communication interface of the user terminal a is "today's weather is good (send 155xxxx 6919)". It should be appreciated that the additional text content "to 155xxxx6919" may be used to prompt user a that the terminal communication number "155xxxx6919" intended to receive the text communication content "today's weather is good" although the recipient number is displayed as user a's virtual communication number "171xxxx 0086".
Further, user a may click on a send control in the text messaging interface to confirm that the text messaging content "weather today is truly good" is sent to user b via the virtual messaging number "171xxxx 0086"; subsequently, the user terminal a may respond to the communication confirmation operation of the user a, obtain the terminal communication number of the user a, and generate a first text transmission request sent from the terminal communication number to the virtual communication number "171xxxx 0086"; it should be understood that, as shown in fig. 4a, after the user a clicks the send control, the user terminal a may display the text communication content in the sent state (as shown in fig. 4a, today's weather is true (155 xxxx6919 is sent)) in the text communication interface and display the sending time of the text communication content (as shown in fig. 4a, today 11:51).
Further, the user terminal a may send the first text sending request and the terminal communication number 155xxxx6919 of the user b to a virtual number server, and the virtual number server may convert the first text sending request to generate a second text sending request sent from the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" to the terminal communication number "155xxxx6919" of the user b; it should be appreciated that the second text-sending request may be used to instruct the virtual number server to send the text communication "weather today is good" to the terminal communication "155xxxx6919" of user b as the virtual communication "171xxxx 0086".
Alternatively, it may be understood that when the number of times that the user uses the virtual number applet to send the text communication content exceeds N times, the first sending confirmation prompt message and the second sending confirmation prompt message may not be displayed any more. For example, as shown in fig. 4a, if the scenario of the user a sending the text communication content "today's weather is good" to the user b is that the user a sends the text communication content using the virtual number applet n+1st time, after the user a clicks the "send short message" control, the user terminal a directly displays the text communication interface including the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" of the user a and the text communication content "today's weather is good (155 xxxx 6919)". Wherein N may be an integer greater than or equal to 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 4B, after receiving the text communication content "today's weather is good" sent by the virtual number server with the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086", the user terminal B may display a response text communication interface, and display the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" with a and the text communication content "today's weather is good" in the response text communication interface; thus, the user b can view the text communication content "today's weather is good" transmitted by the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" through the response voice communication interface.
As shown in fig. 4B, the user B may input a reply text in the text input box in the response text communication interface to reply to the user a, after the user B inputs the reply text "o", the user B may click the send control, the user terminal B may respond to this trigger operation of the user B and send the reply text "o" to the user terminal a through the virtual number server, and the user terminal a may display the reply text "o" of the user B in the text communication interface of the user terminal a; meanwhile, as shown in fig. 4b, the user terminal a may display the additional text content "from 155xxxx6919, please go to the 'virtual number' applet return copy bar short message" at the same time as the reply text "yes", i.e. the complete reply text displayed by the user terminal a is "yes" (from 155xxxx6919, please go to the 'virtual number' applet return copy bar short message) ". It should be understood that, the additional text content "from 155xxxx6919, please go to the" virtual number "applet return copy bar text" may be used to prompt that the current reply text "yes" of the user a is sent by the target communication number (i.e. 155xxxx 6919) input by the user a, and the user a may go to the "virtual number" applet and continue to perform anonymous short message communication with the user b through the virtual communication number "171xxxx 0086".
It should be understood that, when the user a performs text communication with the virtual communication number through the virtual number applet, for the user b, because the user a is text communication content sent through the virtual communication number, the user b cannot view the real communication number of the user a (for example, view the virtual communication number of the user a), and this way can also well protect the real communication manner of the user a.
For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 5 a-5 b, fig. 5 a-5 b are schematic diagrams illustrating a scenario of anonymous text communication through a virtual communication number according to an embodiment of the present application. The ue a shown in fig. 5 a-5 b may be any ue in the ue cluster in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, for example, the ue is the ue 100a; the ue B shown in fig. 5 a-5B may be any ue in the ue cluster in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, for example, the ue is the ue 100B; the virtual number server shown in fig. 5 a-5 b may be the service server 1000 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 5a, the user a may open a virtual number applet (e.g., a small number applet) in a social application (e.g., an instant messaging application with an instant messaging function) of the user terminal a, and if the user a has applied for a virtual communication number, the virtual number applet will display the virtual communication number of the user a, (e.g., the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 shown in fig. 5 a), and meanwhile, as shown in fig. 5a, a text communication control is displayed below the virtual communication number. After clicking the text communication control (namely, the short message communication control), the user a can carry out anonymous text communication (anonymous short message dialogue) with other users.
As shown in fig. 5a, after the user a clicks the text communication control, the user terminal a may respond to the triggering operation of the user a on the text communication control to display a text editing interface, and it should be understood that the user a may input the target communication number and the text communication content of the user b in the text editing interface. As shown in fig. 5a, the number input by the user a is the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user b, and the text communication content input by the user a is "weather today is good"; then, the user a may click on a confirmation control (i.e. a "send" control) in the text editing interface to send the text communication to the user b, and the user terminal a may generate a first sending confirmation prompt in response to the confirmation operation of the user a for the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" and the text communication content "today's weather is good", and display the first sending confirmation prompt in the text editing interface.
As shown in fig. 5a, the first sending confirmation prompt message includes text information of "text message content has been generated, and today's weather is true (sent to 172xxxx 0086)", where the text information is used to indicate that the text message content "today's weather is true" is expected to be a virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" sent to the user b; as shown in fig. 5a, the first sending confirmation prompt corresponds to a "send" control, and the user a may click on the "send" control to confirm that the text communication "weather today" is sent to the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user b. As shown in fig. 5a, after the user a clicks the "send" control, the user terminal a may generate a second sending confirmation prompt including the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" of the user a in response to the confirmation operation of the user a for the first sending confirmation prompt, and display the second sending confirmation prompt in the text editing interface. As shown in fig. 5a, the second acknowledgement hint information may include "determine to send message: is 171xxxx0086 sending today's weather true good (172 xxxx 0086? "text information indicating that the text communication" today's weather is good "is actually the virtual communication number" 171xxxx0086 "transmitted to the user a, that is, the second transmission confirmation prompting message may be used to prompt the user a, and the text communication" today's weather is good "is actually the virtual communication number" 171xxxx0086 "transmitted from the terminal communication number of the user a to the user a. As shown in fig. 5a, the second sending confirmation prompt may further include a determination control and a cancel control, and the user a may click on the confirmation control to confirm that the text communication content "today's weather is really good" is sent to the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user b through the virtual communication number "171xxxx 0086"; user a may also click on the cancel control to cancel sending the text messaging content "weather today is good" to user b.
As shown in fig. 5a, after the user a clicks the confirmation control, the user terminal a may respond to the confirmation operation of the user a for the second sending confirmation prompt message, and display a text communication interface including the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" of the user a. In the text communication interface, the communication number of the recipient is automatically displayed as the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" of the user a, and in the text input box in the text communication interface, the text communication content "today's weather is good" is automatically displayed, meanwhile, as shown in fig. 5a, after the text communication content in the text input box, additional text content "send 172xxxx0086" can be automatically displayed, so that the complete text communication content displayed by the user terminal a in the text input box of the text communication interface is "today's weather is good (send 172xxxx 0086)". It should be appreciated that the additional text content "172xxxx0086" may be used to prompt the user a that the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" intended to receive the text communication content "today's weather is good" although the recipient number is displayed as the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" of the user a.
Further, user a may click on a send control in the text messaging interface to confirm that the text messaging content is sent to user b via the virtual messaging number "171xxxx 0086"; subsequently, the user terminal a may respond to the communication confirmation operation of the user a, obtain the terminal communication number of the user a, and generate a first text communication request sent from the terminal communication number to the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086", where it is understood that the first text communication request may be the same as the first text sending request in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 4 a-4 b; it should be understood that, as shown in fig. 5a, after the user a clicks the send control, the user terminal a may display the text communication content in the sent state (e.g., today's weather is true (to 172xx 0086) as shown in fig. 5 a) in the text communication interface and display the sending time of the text communication content (e.g., today 11:51 as shown in fig. 5 a) in response to this communication confirmation operation of the user a.
Further, the user terminal a may send the first text communication request and the virtual communication number 172xxxx0086 of the user b to a virtual number server, and the virtual number server may convert the first text communication request to generate a transition text sending request from the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" to the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user b; then, the virtual number server can obtain the communication number having a mapping relationship with the virtual communication number 172xxxx0086 according to the mapping relationship between the virtual communication number and the terminal communication number in the relationship mapping table, and the communication number is used as the terminal communication number (real communication number) of the user b. Further, the virtual number server may generate a second text communication request from the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" to the terminal communication number of the user b. It should be appreciated that the second text messaging request may be used to instruct the virtual number server to send the text messaging content "weather today is good" to user b's terminal messaging number as virtual messaging number "172xxxx 0086".
As shown in fig. 5B, after receiving the text communication content "today's weather is good" sent by the virtual number server with the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086", the user terminal B may display a response text communication interface, and display the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user B and the text communication content "today's weather is good" in the response text communication interface; as shown in fig. 5B, the user terminal B may display the additional text content of "copy bar text from 171xxxx0086, please go to the 'virtual number' applet" simultaneously with the display of the reply text "weather today is good", i.e. the complete reply text displayed by the user terminal B is "weather today is good" (from 171xxxx0086, please go to the 'virtual number' applet to copy bar text) ". It should be understood that, the additional text content "from 171xxxx0086, please go to the" virtual number "applet and return to copy bar text" may be used to prompt that the current text communication content "today's weather is good" of the user b is sent by 171xxxx0086, and the user b may go to the "virtual number" applet to perform anonymous short message communication with the user a through its own virtual communication number "172xxxx 0086".
It should be understood that, the user B may reply to the sms of the user a through the virtual number applet, and for the implementation manner in which the user B sends the reply text content to the user a through the virtual number applet, the description of the user a sending the text communication content "today's weather is good" to the user B through the virtual number applet will not be repeated here. Further, taking the example of "yes" as the reply text content of the user B, after the user B sends the reply text content "yes" through the virtual number applet, as shown in fig. 5B, in the response text communication interface of the user terminal B, the complete reply text of the user B is displayed as "yes" (sent to 171xxxx 0086) ". As shown in fig. 5b, the user terminal a may display the reply text "yes" of the user b in the text communication interface of the user terminal a; while the user terminal a displays the reply text "is o", the user terminal a may simultaneously display the additional text content "from 172xxxx0086, please return to the virtual number applet to copy the text message", that is, the complete reply text content displayed by the user terminal a is o (from 171xxxx0086, please return to the virtual number applet to copy the text message) ", and it should be understood that the additional text content" from 171xxxx0086, please return to the virtual number applet to copy the text message "may be used to prompt that the current reply text" is o "sent by the target communication number (172 xxxx 0086) input by the user a, the user a may go to the virtual number applet, and continue to perform anonymous short message communication with the user b through the virtual communication number" 171xxxx0086 ".
It should be understood that, when the user a performs text communication with the virtual communication number through the virtual number applet, for the user b, because the user a is text communication content sent through the virtual communication number, the user b cannot view the real communication number of the user a (for example, view the virtual communication number of the user b), and this way can also well protect the real communication manner of the user a. In the case that the user a does not determine whether the number inputted by the user a is the real communication number of the user b, the user a can not determine whether the number inputted by the user a is the real communication number of the user b, and the real communication mode of the user b can be protected because the transmission number displayed to the user a is the virtual communication number of the user a.
It should be noted that, in the descriptions of the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2 a-2 b, fig. 3 a-3 b, fig. 4 a-4 b, and fig. 5 a-5 b, the obtained terminal communication numbers (for example, the terminal communication number of the user a and the terminal communication number of the user b) for generating the communication request (including the voice call request, the voice communication request, the text transmission request, and the text communication request) are all communication numbers having a binding relationship with the virtual communication number of the corresponding user, wherein the binding relationship may be created when the user applies for the virtual communication number. For example, when the terminal communication number of the user a is obtained to generate a first voice call request from the terminal communication number of the user a to the virtual communication number of the user a, the obtained terminal communication number of the user a is a communication number having a binding relationship with the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 of the user a; similarly, for example, when the terminal communication number of the user b is obtained to generate a second voice communication request from the virtual communication number of the user b to the terminal communication number of the user b, the obtained terminal communication number of the user b is also a communication number having a binding relationship with the virtual communication number 172xxxx0086 of the user b.
In view of the above description of the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2 a-2 b, fig. 3 a-3 b, fig. 4 a-4 b, and fig. 5 a-5 b, it can be seen that the application provides a virtual number applet in social application, through which a user can perform anonymous communication (for example, anonymous voice communication, anonymous text communication, etc.) with other users through a virtual communication number, so that a real communication manner of the user can be well protected, and when a request communication is performed, a requested end will display the virtual communication number and the region information to which the virtual communication number belongs, so that the communication success rate can be improved.
It should be noted that, the virtual communication number 171xxx 0086 proposed in the present application is virtual and the communication number 172xxxx0086 and the communication number "xxxx" in the real communication number "155xxxx6919" are only schematic as the drawings, and the communication number can be completely displayed in the practical application scenario.
Further, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flow chart of a data communication method based on social applications according to an embodiment of the present application. The method may be performed by a user terminal (e.g., any user terminal in the user terminal cluster in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1) or may be performed by the user terminal together with a virtual number server (e.g., the service server 1000 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1). The method is described below as an example executed by the user terminal, where the social application-based data communication method may at least include the following steps S101 to S103:
Step S101, a first terminal responds to triggering operation of a communication control in an embedded subprogram aiming at social application, and a communication interface containing a first virtual communication number is displayed; the first virtual communication number is a virtual number applied by the first user through an embedded subprogram; the first user is a user who logs in to the social application in the first terminal.
In this application, the embedded subroutine may be a virtual number applet (e.g., a small number applet), and the embedded subroutine may be used for the first user to apply for a virtual communication number and anonymously communicate with the second user via the virtual communication number. The embedded sub-program can be integrated in a social application of the first terminal, and after the user logs in the social application, the embedded sub-program can be opened and used.
The specific method for the first user to apply for the first virtual communication number may be that a virtual number application control may be included in the embedded subroutine, the first user may click on the virtual number application control to apply for a virtual communication number, and after the first user clicks on the virtual number application control, the first terminal may respond to a triggering operation for the virtual number application control in the embedded subroutine, and display a number input interface; the number input interface can be used for a first user to input a terminal communication number (real communication number) of the first user, the terminal communication number is used for binding with a virtual communication number to be applied, and the terminal communication number can be used for authenticating the first user; the first terminal can respond to the number input operation aiming at the number input interface, acquire the terminal communication number of the first user, and display a virtual communication number list associated with the regional information of the terminal communication number; the first user can select one number in the virtual communication number list as a virtual communication number, and the first terminal can respond to the number selection operation aiming at the virtual communication number list and take the selected virtual communication number as a candidate virtual communication number; then, the first terminal can display resource consumption prompt information containing candidate virtual communication numbers; the resource consumption prompting information can be used for prompting a first user to acquire consumption resources required by the candidate virtual communication numbers and the valid period of the candidate virtual communication numbers indicated by the consumption resources; then, the first terminal may perform resource transfer on the consumed resources of the first user in response to the confirmation operation for the consumed resources and the expiration date, and take the candidate virtual communication number as the first virtual communication number of the first user when the resource transfer is successfully completed.
For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 7 a-7 b, fig. 7 a-7 b are schematic diagrams illustrating a scenario for applying a virtual communication number according to an embodiment of the present application. The user a shown in fig. 7a to 7b may be a first user, the user terminal a may be a first terminal, and the user terminal a shown in fig. 7a to 7b may be any user terminal in the user terminal cluster in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, for example, the user terminal is the user terminal 100a; the virtual number server shown in fig. 7 a-7 b may be the service server 1000 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 7a, after the user a logs in the social application, the user a may click on an "immediate application" control (i.e., a virtual number application control) in an embedded subroutine (virtual number applet) in the social application, and then the user terminal a may respond to this trigger operation of the user a and send a virtual number application request to the virtual number server; the virtual number server can acquire a user identification number (Identity document, ID) of the social application of the user, inquire a real communication number bound by the user a in the social application according to the user ID, and return the real communication number bound by the user a in the social application to the user terminal A; then, the user terminal a may generate a binding number prompt message according to the real communication number, as shown in fig. 7a, where the binding number prompt message may include text information of "detecting whether the real communication number of the your binding social application is 186xxxx5678 or not and whether the real communication number is used for binding the virtual communication number" and also includes a determination control and a modification control, the user a may click the determination control to use the real communication number 186xxxx5678 as the number of the binding virtual communication number, and the user a may click the modification control to newly add a real communication number as the number of the binding virtual communication number.
As shown in fig. 7a, after the user a clicks the modification control, the user terminal a may respond to this trigger operation of the user a to display a number input interface, and the user a may input the real communication number (e.g., 136xxxx 5678) that the user a wants to bind in the number input interface. After the user a finishes inputting, the user a can click the determining control, and the user terminal a can respond to the triggering operation of the user a to display authentication prompt information, wherein the authentication prompt information can comprise text information of 'please input a verification code, 136xxxx5678 is sent and xx seconds later is obtained again', and it is understood that the authentication prompt information can be used for authenticating the user a, and the user a can input the verification code received by the own real communication number 136xxxx5678 according to the authentication prompt information.
Further, as shown in fig. 7b, after the user a inputs the verification code and the verification code is verified, the user terminal a may query the region information (for example, provincial and municipal information, county information, etc.) to which the real communication number 136xxxx5678 belongs and send the region information to the virtual number server, and the virtual number server may query the virtual communication number list corresponding to the region information according to the region information and return the virtual communication number list to the user terminal a, where the user terminal a displays the virtual communication number list. For a specific implementation manner of querying the virtual communication number list by the virtual number server, refer to the description in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 17.
As shown in fig. 7b, the virtual communication number list includes virtual communication numbers 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d and 171xxxx0086, the virtual communication number selected by the user a is 171xxxx0086, and after the user a selects 171xxxx0086 and clicks for determination, the user terminal can respond to the number selection operation of the user a to display payment prompt information (i.e. resource consumption prompt information); as shown in fig. 7b, the payment hint information may include a virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 expiration date (1 month), a cancel control and a "pay-out" control (i.e., a confirm control), after the user a clicks the "pay-out" control, the user terminal a may display new payment hint information, which may include the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 expiration date and a consumed resource (e.g., 10 yuan), and may also include an "pay-immediately" control (i.e., a confirm control), after the user a clicks the "pay-immediately" control, the user terminal a may display a resource acquisition interface, the user a may input a password for transferring the consumed resource in the resource acquisition interface, after the input is completed and the user terminal a acquires the consumed resource, the user terminal a may use the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 as the virtual communication number of the user a, and display the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 of the user a in a virtual number applet.
It should be appreciated that after the user applies for the virtual communication number, because the virtual communication number has a valid period, the user can extend the valid period of the virtual communication number by spending resources. For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 8a, fig. 8a is a schematic diagram illustrating a virtual communication number service life prolonging method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 8a, in the virtual number applet, for the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086, the user a may click on the management control to manage the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086, and after the user a clicks on the management control, the user terminal a may respond to the triggering operation of the user a to display the related information of the virtual communication number 171xxxx 0086. For example, the related information may include a remaining period of validity (e.g., 24 days), an expiration time (e.g., to expire at 2020-11-20), wherein the related information may also correspond to a "renewal" control that user a may click on to extend the period of validity of the virtual communication number, user a may click on a "dormant" control to temporarily turn off the functionality of the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086, and user a may also click on a "logoff" control to logoff the virtual communication number 171xxxx 0086. As shown in fig. 8a, after the user a clicks the "renew" control, the user terminal a may display payment prompt information, where the payment prompt information may be used for the current virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 of the user a to expire in 2020-11-20, and if the renew fee is 1 month (the price is 10 yuan), the validity period of the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 may be prolonged to 2020-12-20; subsequently, after the user a clicks the "immediate renewal" control, the user terminal a may display a resource acquisition interface, in which the user a may input a password for transferring the consumed resource (e.g., 10 yuan), and after the input is completed and the user terminal a acquires the consumed resource, the user terminal a may extend the validity period of the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 to 2020-12-20.
It should be understood that the user may log out the virtual communication number after applying for the virtual communication number. For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 8b, fig. 8b is a schematic diagram of a logout virtual communication number according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8b, in the virtual number applet, for the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086, the user a may click on the management control to manage the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086, and after the user a clicks on the management control, the user terminal a may respond to the triggering operation of the user a to display the related information of the virtual communication number 171xxxx 0086. For example, the related information may include a remaining period of validity (e.g., 24 days), an expiration time (e.g., to expire at 2020-11-20), wherein the related information may also correspond to a "logout" control that user a may also click on to logout the virtual communication number 171xxxx 0086. As shown in fig. 8b, after the user a clicks the "logout" control, the user terminal a may display logout confirmation prompt information, where the logout confirmation prompt information may include text information that "the virtual number will not be used after logout, the virtual number will not be used any more, the function cost will not be refunded, please carefully operate", the logout confirmation prompt information may also correspond to the cancellation control and the confirmation logout control, after the user a clicks the confirmation logout control, the user terminal a may respond to this trigger operation of the user a to display authentication prompt information, where the authentication prompt information may prompt the user to input a verification code, where the verification code is a verification code received by a binding master number, and the binding master number may be a real communication number 136xxxx5678 binding the virtual communication number 171xxxx 0086; after user a enters the authentication code and the authentication code is verified, the virtual communication number 171xxxx0086 may be successfully revoked.
It should be understood that, in the present application, after the first user applies for the first virtual communication number through the embedded subroutine, the first user may click on the communication control for the first virtual communication number, and then, the first terminal may respond to the triggering operation of the first user to display the communication interface including the first virtual communication number.
The communication control can comprise a voice communication control and a text communication control. When the communication control clicked by the first user is a voice communication control, the communication interface can be understood as a voice communication interface, and the specific method for displaying the communication interface containing the first virtual communication number for the first terminal can be that the first terminal can respond to the triggering operation of the voice communication control in the embedded subprogram aiming at the social application after clicking the voice communication control; then, the first user can input a target communication number of the second user in the voice communication interface, and the second terminal can respond to the number input operation aiming at the voice communication interface to acquire the target communication number associated with the second user; then, the first user can click a call control for the target communication number, and the first terminal can respond to the call operation of the first user for the target communication number, generate first call confirmation prompt information for the target communication number and display the first call confirmation prompt information in a voice communication interface; wherein, it should be understood that the first call confirmation prompt message may be used to indicate that the number of the expected call is the target communication number; then, aiming at the first call confirmation prompt information, the first user can click a confirmation control, the first terminal can respond to the confirmation operation of the first user on the first call confirmation prompt information, generate second call confirmation prompt information containing the first virtual communication number, and display the second call confirmation prompt information on a voice communication interface; the second call confirmation prompt message may be used to indicate that the number of the actual call is the first virtual communication number. It should be understood that the voice communication interface including the second call confirmation prompt is the communication interface including the first virtual communication number.
It should be understood that, in the voice communication interface, the user a clicks the voice communication control and displays the scene description of the second call prompt information to the user terminal a, as shown in fig. 2 a; or the user a clicking the voice communication control shown in fig. 3a to the user terminal a to display the scene description of the second call prompt information in the voice communication interface can be used as an exemplary description of a specific method for displaying the communication interface including the first virtual communication number for the first terminal when the communication control clicked by the first user is the voice communication control. The call control in the first call prompt information as shown in fig. 2a or fig. 3a may be understood as a confirmation control of the first call prompt information.
When the communication control clicked by the first user is a text communication control, the communication interface can be understood as a text communication interface, and a specific method for displaying the communication interface including the first virtual communication number for the first terminal can be that the first terminal can respond to the triggering operation of the text communication control in the embedded subprogram aiming at the social application after clicking the text communication control; then, the first user can input the target communication number and the text communication content of the second user in the text editing interface, and the first terminal can respond to the text input operation of the first user aiming at the text editing interface to acquire the target communication number and the text communication content associated with the second user; then, the first user can click a confirmation control for the target communication number and the text communication content in the text editing interface, and the first terminal can respond to the confirmation operation of the first user for the target communication number and the text communication content, generate first sending confirmation prompt information for the target communication number and the text communication content and display the first sending confirmation prompt information in the text editing interface; the first sending confirmation prompt message can be used for indicating that the number expected to receive the text communication content is a target communication number; aiming at the first sending confirmation prompt information, the first user can click a confirmation control, and the first terminal can respond to the confirmation operation of the first user on the first sending confirmation prompt information to generate second sending confirmation prompt information containing the first virtual communication number; the second sending confirmation prompt message is used for indicating that the number of the actually received text communication content is a first virtual communication number; then, for the second sending confirmation prompt information, the first user can click on the determination control, and the first terminal can respond to the confirmation operation of the first user for the second sending confirmation prompt information to display a text communication interface containing the first virtual number and the text communication content.
It should be understood that, the above description of the scenario in which the user a clicks the text communication control to display the second sending confirmation prompt information to the user terminal a shown in fig. 4a, or the scenario in which the user a clicks the text communication control to display the second sending confirmation prompt information to display the user terminal a shown in fig. 5a may be taken as an exemplary illustration of a specific method for displaying the text communication interface including the first virtual communication number for the first terminal when the communication control clicked by the first user is the text communication control. The "send short message" control in the text editing interface shown in fig. 4a or fig. 5a can be understood as a confirmation control in the text editing interface; the "send" control in the first sending acknowledgement prompt information as shown in fig. 4a or fig. 5a may be understood as the acknowledgement control corresponding to the first sending acknowledgement prompt information.
Step S102, responding to the communication confirmation operation aiming at the second user in the communication interface, and carrying out anonymous communication with the second user by using the first virtual communication number.
In the present application, it should be understood that when the communication control is a voice communication control, the communication interface may be understood as a voice communication interface, and the response is to the communication confirmation operation of the second user in the communication interface, and the anonymous communication with the second user by the first virtual communication number may be understood as that the first terminal responds to the communication confirmation operation of the second call confirmation prompt information in the voice communication interface, and the anonymous communication with the second user by the first virtual communication number. Similarly, when the communication control is a text communication control, the communication interface can be understood as a text communication interface, and the response is for the communication confirmation operation of the second user in the communication interface, and the anonymous communication is performed by the first virtual communication number and the second user, and the first terminal responds to the communication confirmation operation for the first virtual communication number and the text communication content in the text communication interface, and the anonymous communication is performed by the first virtual communication number and the second user.
When the communication control is a voice communication control and the communication interface is a voice communication interface, if the target communication number of the second user is a terminal communication number of the second user, responding to a communication confirmation operation aiming at second call confirmation prompt information in the voice communication interface by the first terminal, wherein the specific method for anonymous communication between the first virtual communication number and the second user can be that the first user can click on the communication confirmation control aiming at the second call confirmation prompt information, and the first terminal can respond to the communication confirmation operation of the first user aiming at the second call confirmation prompt information in the voice communication interface, acquire the terminal communication number of the first user and generate a first voice call request from the terminal communication number of the first user to the first virtual communication number; according to the first voice call request, the first terminal can display a first virtual communication number in a call state in a voice communication interface; then, the first terminal can send the first voice call request and the terminal communication number of the second user to the virtual number server, so that the virtual number server generates a second voice call request from the first virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user according to the first voice call request and the terminal communication number of the second user; when the second voice call request is responded by the second terminal corresponding to the second user, the first terminal can carry out anonymous communication with the second user through the first virtual communication number; the second terminal response voice communication interface comprises a first virtual communication number.
It should be understood that, in the scenario description of anonymous voice communication between the user a and the user b through the virtual communication number corresponding to fig. 2 a-2 b, when the target communication number is the terminal communication number of the second user, the first terminal responds to the communication confirmation operation for the second call confirmation prompt information in the voice communication interface, and performs anonymous communication between the first virtual communication number and the second user. The user a may be a first user, the user b may be a second user, and the first virtual communication number may be a virtual communication number of the user a.
In order to facilitate understanding of the call relationship between the terminal communication number of the first user, the first virtual communication number and the terminal communication number of the second user, please refer to fig. 9 a-9 b, fig. 9 a-9 b are schematic diagrams of call conversion for anonymous voice communication using the virtual communication number according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9a, the first user can dial the terminal communication number of the second user by using the first virtual communication number through the first terminal, and the actual call flow is to call from the terminal communication number of the first user to the first virtual communication number and then forward from the first virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user; that is, the first terminal actually calls the first virtual communication number, but actually connects to the terminal communication number of the second user.
As shown in fig. 9b, when the first user dials the terminal communication number of the second user by using the first virtual communication number through the first terminal, the first terminal may initiate a first voice call request from the terminal communication number of the first user to the virtual communication number through a mobile switching center (Mobile Switching Center, MSC) corresponding to the area to which the terminal communication number of the first user belongs, where the first voice call request may be understood as that the first virtual communication number is actually called by the first terminal; the first voice call request may then be sent to a virtual number server, which may convert the first voice call request to obtain a second voice call request from the first virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user, where the second voice call request may be sent to the second terminal through a mobile conversion center corresponding to the area to which the terminal communication number of the second user belongs, and the second voice call request may be understood as an actually connected terminal communication number of the second user.
When the communication control is a voice communication control and the communication interface is a voice communication interface, if the target communication number of the second user is a virtual communication number of the second user, the second virtual communication number is a virtual number applied by the second user through an embedded subprogram; the second user is a user logging in the social application in the second terminal; the specific method for the first terminal to respond to the communication confirmation operation aiming at the second call confirmation prompt information in the voice communication interface and anonymously communicate with the second user by using the first virtual communication number may be that the first user can click on the communication confirmation control for the second call confirmation prompt information, the first terminal can respond to the communication confirmation operation aiming at the second call confirmation prompt information in the voice communication interface by the first user, obtain the terminal communication number of the first user, and generate a first voice communication request (the first voice communication request may be the same request as the first voice call request) from the terminal communication number of the first user to the first virtual communication number; according to the first voice communication request, the first terminal can display a first virtual communication number in a calling state in a voice communication interface; then, the first terminal can send the first voice communication request and the second virtual communication number to the virtual number server, so that the virtual number server generates a second voice communication request from the second virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user according to the first voice communication request, the second virtual communication number and the relation mapping table; wherein, the relation mapping table can comprise a mapping relation between the second virtual communication number and the terminal communication number of the second user; when the second voice communication request is responded by the second terminal, the first terminal can carry out anonymous communication with the second user through the first virtual communication number; the second terminal response voice communication interface comprises a second virtual communication number.
It should be understood that the description of the scenario in which the user a performs anonymous voice communication with the user b through the virtual communication number corresponding to fig. 3 a-3 b may be used as an exemplary illustration of the first virtual communication number performing anonymous communication with the second user in response to the communication confirmation operation for the second call confirmation prompt message in the voice communication interface when the target communication number is the second virtual communication number of the second user. The user a may be a first user, the user b may be a second user, the first virtual communication number may be a virtual communication number of the user a, and the second virtual communication number may be a virtual communication number of the user b.
When the communication control is a text communication control and the communication interface is a text communication interface, if the target communication number is a terminal communication number of a second user, the specific method of responding to the communication confirmation operation of the first virtual communication number and the text communication content in the text communication interface by using the first virtual communication number to carry out anonymous communication with the second user may be that the first user can click on the communication confirmation control aiming at the first virtual communication number and the text communication content in the text communication interface, the first terminal can respond to the communication confirmation operation of the first virtual communication number and the text communication content in the text communication interface by the first user, acquire the terminal communication number of the first user, and generate a first text transmission request sent from the terminal communication number of the first user to the first virtual communication number; then, the first terminal can send the first text sending request and the terminal communication number of the second user to the virtual number server, so that the virtual number server generates a second text sending request sent from the first virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user according to the first text sending request and the terminal communication number of the second user; the second text sending request can be used for indicating the virtual number server to send text communication contents to a second terminal corresponding to a second user through the first virtual communication number; the response text communication interface of the second terminal comprises a first virtual communication number and text communication content.
It should be understood that, in the scenario description of anonymous text communication between the user a and the user b through the virtual communication number corresponding to fig. 4 a-4 b, when the target communication number is the terminal communication number of the second user, the first terminal responds to the communication confirmation operation for the first virtual communication number and the text communication content in the text communication interface, and performs an exemplary explanation of anonymous communication between the first virtual communication number and the second user. The user a may be a first user, the user b may be a second user, and the first virtual communication number may be a virtual communication number of the user a.
In order to facilitate understanding of text transmission relationships among the terminal communication number of the first user, the first virtual communication number, and the terminal communication number of the second user, please refer to fig. 10 a-10 b, fig. 10-10 b are schematic diagrams of transmission conversion for anonymous text communication using the virtual communication number according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 10a, the first user may send text communication content to the terminal communication number of the second user by using the first virtual communication number through the first terminal (i.e., send a short message to the terminal communication number of the second user through the first virtual communication number), and the actual sending process is that the terminal communication number of the first user sends the text communication content to the first virtual communication number, and then the first virtual communication number forwards the text communication content to the terminal communication number of the second user; that is, the number sent by the first terminal is the first virtual communication number, but the terminal communication number of the second user may receive the text communication content forwarded by the first virtual communication number.
As shown in fig. 10b, when the first user sends the text communication content to the terminal communication number of the second user by using the first virtual communication number through the first terminal, the first terminal may initiate a first text sending request sent by the terminal communication number of the first user to the virtual communication number through a short message service center (Short Message Service Center, SMSC) corresponding to the region to which the terminal communication number of the first user belongs, where the first text sending request may be understood as that the text communication content actually received by the first terminal is the first virtual communication number; the first text delivery request may then be sent to a virtual number server, which may convert the first text delivery request, through an SMSC in the area where the terminal communication number of the second user belongs, to obtain a second text delivery request sent from the first virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user, and may forward the text communication content to the terminal communication number of the second user according to the second text delivery request.
When the communication control is a text communication control and the communication interface is a text communication interface, if the target communication number is a second virtual communication number of a second user, the first terminal responds to a communication confirmation operation for the first virtual communication number and the text communication content in the text communication interface, and the specific method for anonymous communication between the first virtual communication number and the second user can be that the first user can click on the communication confirmation control for the first virtual communication number and the text communication content in the text communication interface, the first terminal can respond to a communication confirmation operation for the first virtual communication number and the text communication content in the text communication interface, acquire the terminal communication number of the first user, and generate a first text communication request sent from the terminal communication number of the first user to the first virtual communication number; the first terminal can send the first text communication request and the second virtual communication number to the virtual number server, so that the virtual number server generates a second text communication request from the second virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user according to the first text communication request, the second virtual communication number and the relation mapping table; the relation mapping table comprises a mapping relation between the second virtual communication number and the terminal communication number of the second user; the second text communication request is used for indicating the virtual number server to send text communication contents to the second terminal through the second virtual communication number; the response text communication interface of the second terminal comprises a second virtual communication number and text communication content.
It should be understood that, in the scenario description of anonymous text communication between the user a and the user b through the virtual communication number corresponding to fig. 5 a-5 b, when the target communication number is the second virtual communication number of the second user, the first terminal responds to the communication confirmation operation for the first virtual communication number and the text communication content in the text communication interface, and performs an exemplary explanation of anonymous communication between the first virtual communication number and the second user. The user a may be a first user, the user b may be a second user, the first virtual communication number may be a virtual communication number of the user a, and the second virtual communication number may be a virtual communication number of the user b.
Step S103, displaying anonymous communication content in the anonymous communication process in a communication interface; the anonymous communication includes a first virtual communication number.
In the application, when the communication control is a voice communication control and the communication interface is a voice communication interface, the anonymous communication content may include a first virtual communication number and anonymous voice communication duration, and for a specific method for displaying the anonymous communication content in the anonymous communication process in the communication interface by the first terminal, the anonymous voice communication duration of the first user and the second user in the anonymous communication process may be obtained; and displaying the first virtual communication number and the anonymous voice communication duration in the voice communication interface. It should be understood that in the embodiments shown in fig. 2b or fig. 3b, the user terminal a displays a scenario description of the communication duration (00:10), and may be used as the first terminal to display an exemplary description of the first virtual communication number and the anonymous voice communication duration.
In the application, when the communication control is a text communication control and the communication interface is a text communication interface, the anonymous communication content may include a first virtual communication number, text communication content and text reply content of a second user, and the specific method for displaying the anonymous communication content in the anonymous communication process by the first terminal in the communication interface may be that the text reply content associated with the second user in the anonymous communication process is obtained; and displaying the first virtual communication number, the text communication content and the text reply content in the text communication interface. It should be understood that in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 4b or fig. 5b, the user terminal a displays the scene description of the text communication content "weather today" and the reply text "o" as the first terminal, and may be used as the first terminal to display the first virtual communication number, the text communication content and the exemplary description of the text reply content.
In the embodiment of the application, an embedded subprogram in social application is provided, a first user can apply for a virtual communication number in the embedded subprogram, anonymous communication can be carried out between the virtual communication number and a second user through the embedded subprogram, terminal communication numbers (real communication numbers) of both parties can be well hidden in the anonymous communication, and therefore privacy of the user can be well guaranteed; meanwhile, when the first user requests to communicate with the second user by using the virtual communication number, the second user can check the virtual communication number (can also check the regional information of the binding main number of the virtual communication number), and the probability that the second user considers the virtual communication number as a crank call is extremely low, so that the success rate of the second user for responding to the communication can be improved. It can be seen that the communication success rate can be improved while the communication mode of the user is protected.
For ease of understanding, referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a flowchart of a method for social application-based data communication according to an embodiment of the present application. The method may be performed by a user terminal (e.g., any user terminal in the user terminal cluster in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1) or may be performed by the user terminal together with a virtual number server (e.g., the service server 1000 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1). The method is described below as an example executed by the user terminal, where the social application-based data communication method may at least include the following steps S201 to S202:
step S201, a first terminal responds to a communication confirmation operation of a first user aiming at a second virtual communication number in a communication interface, and performs anonymous communication with the second user through the second virtual communication number; the second virtual communication number is a virtual number applied by the second user through an embedded subprogram in the social application; the second user is a user logging in the social application in a second terminal.
In the application, the second user can apply for the second virtual communication number through the embedded subroutine in the social application, and the first user can use the terminal communication number to contact the second virtual communication number of the second user, so that the first user and the second user can carry out anonymous communication through the second virtual communication number. For a specific implementation manner of the second user applying for the second virtual communication number through the embedded subroutine in the social application, refer to the description of the first user applying for the first virtual communication number in step S101 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 6, which will not be described herein.
The communication interface may be an interface for performing voice communication in the first terminal, that is, a voice communication interface; the communication interface may also be an interface for performing text communication in the first terminal, i.e. a text communication interface. When the communication interface is a voice communication interface, the specific method for the first terminal to perform anonymous communication with the second user through the second virtual communication number may be that, in the voice communication interface, the first user may input the second virtual communication number of the second user and click a call control (i.e. a communication confirmation control), while the first terminal may respond to the communication confirmation operation of the first user for the second virtual communication number to obtain the terminal communication number of the first user and generate a first call request from the terminal communication number of the first user to the second virtual communication number; the first terminal can display a second virtual communication number in a calling state in a voice communication interface according to a first calling request; the first terminal can send the first call request to the virtual number server so that the virtual number server generates a second call request from the second virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user according to the first call request and the relation mapping table; wherein the relation mapping table comprises a mapping relation between the second virtual communication number and the terminal communication number of the second user; when the second call request is responded by the second terminal corresponding to the second user, the first terminal can carry out anonymous communication with the second user through the second virtual communication number; the response voice communication interface of the second terminal comprises a second virtual communication number.
In order to facilitate understanding of the calling relationship among the terminal communication number of the first user, the second virtual communication number, and the terminal communication number of the second user, please refer to fig. 12a, fig. 12a is a call conversion schematic diagram for anonymous voice communication according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 12a, the first user may dial a second virtual communication number of the second user through the first terminal, and the actual call flow is to call from the terminal communication number of the first user to the second virtual communication number, and then forward from the second virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user; that is, the first terminal actually calls the second virtual communication number, but actually connects to the terminal communication number of the second user.
When the first user dials the terminal communication number of the second user through the first terminal by using the terminal communication number, the first terminal can initiate a first call request from the terminal communication number of the first user to the second virtual communication number through an MSC corresponding to the region to which the terminal communication number of the first user belongs, and the first call request can be understood as the second virtual communication number actually called by the first terminal; the first call request may then be sent to a virtual number server, which may convert the first call request to obtain a second call request from the second virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user, where the second call request may be sent to the second terminal through an MSC corresponding to the area where the terminal communication number of the second user belongs, where the second call request may be understood as an actually connected terminal communication number of the second user.
When the communication interface is a text communication interface, the text communication interface can also comprise text communication content input by a first user, and the specific method for the first terminal to carry out anonymous communication with a second user through a second virtual communication number can be that, for the second virtual communication number and the text communication content, the first user can click a sending control (namely a communication confirmation control), and the first terminal can respond to the first user, and in the text communication interface, the communication confirmation operation for the second virtual communication number and the text communication content is carried out, the terminal communication number of the first user is obtained, and a first sending request sent from the terminal communication number of the first user to the second virtual communication number is generated; the first terminal can send the first sending request to the virtual number server so that the virtual number server generates a second sending request from the second virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user according to the first sending request and the relation mapping table; the second sending request is used for indicating the virtual number server to send the text communication content to a second terminal corresponding to a second user through a second virtual communication number; the relationship mapping table may include a mapping relationship between the second virtual communication number and a terminal communication number of the second user; the response text communication interface of the second terminal comprises a second virtual communication number and text communication content.
In order to facilitate understanding of the text sending relationship among the terminal communication number of the first user, the second virtual communication number, and the terminal communication number of the second user, please refer to fig. 12b, fig. 12b is a text sending conversion schematic diagram for anonymous text communication according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 12b, the first user may send text communication content to the second virtual communication number of the second user through the first terminal, and the actual text sending process is that the terminal communication number of the first user is sent to the second virtual communication number, and then the second virtual communication number is forwarded to the terminal communication number of the second user; that is, for the text communication content, the first terminal actually sends the second virtual communication number, but the terminal communication number of the second user receives the text communication content sent by the second virtual communication number.
When the first user sends text communication content to the terminal communication number of the second user through the terminal communication number, the first terminal can initiate a first sending request from the terminal communication number of the first user to the second virtual communication number through the SMSC corresponding to the area where the terminal communication number of the first user belongs, and the first sending request can be understood that the number actually sent to the text communication content is the second virtual communication number; the first transmission request may then be transmitted to a virtual number server, and the virtual number server may convert the first transmission request to obtain a second transmission request from the second virtual communication number to the terminal communication number of the second user, where the second transmission request may be transmitted to the second terminal through an SMSC corresponding to the region to which the terminal communication number of the second user belongs, where the second transmission request may be understood that the terminal communication number of the second user may receive the text communication content transmitted by the second virtual communication number.
Step S202, displaying anonymous communication content in the anonymous communication process in a communication interface.
In the present application, when the communication interface is a voice communication interface, the anonymous communication content may include the second virtual communication number and an anonymous voice communication duration when anonymous voice communication is performed with the second user; when the communication interface is a text communication interface, the anonymous communication content may include a second virtual communication number, text communication content, and reply text content of the second user.
For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of a scenario of anonymous voice communication through a virtual communication number according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 13, a user a may input a virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of a user b in a voice communication interface of the user terminal a, and after the user a clicks a call control, the user terminal a may respond to the call operation of the user a to obtain a terminal communication number of the user a, and generate a first call request from the terminal communication number of the user a to the virtual communication number "172xxxx 0086"; after the user a clicks the call control, the user terminal a may display the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" in the voice communication interface as a call state, for example, as shown in fig. 13, the voice communication interface displays text information being called, and the text information may be used to indicate that the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" is in the call state.
Further, the virtual number server may obtain a communication number having a mapping relationship with the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" according to the relationship mapping table, and use the communication number as the real communication number of the user B, and the virtual number server may generate a second call request from the virtual communication number to the real communication number of the user B, and send the second call request to the user terminal B; after receiving the second call request, the user terminal B may display a response voice communication interface, and display the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" in the response voice communication interface; as shown in fig. 13, the response voice communication interface may further include an answer control, and after the user B clicks the answer control, the user terminal B may display the anonymous voice communication duration with the user a in the response voice communication interface (for example, 00:03); it should be appreciated that after user B clicks the answer control, user terminal B may return response information to user terminal a through the virtual number server, and the user terminal a may display the anonymous voice communication duration (e.g., 00:03) with user B in the voice communication interface according to the response information.
It should be understood that when the user a performs voice communication through the virtual communication number of the user b, the real communication number of the user b is not displayed to the user a in the communication process, so that the real communication mode of the user b can be well protected.
For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of a scenario of anonymous text communication through a virtual communication number according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 14, a user a may input text communication content "do you eat" in a text input box in a text communication interface (e.g., a short message communication interface) of a user terminal a, and input a virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of a user b as a receiving number of the text communication content "do you eat", after the user a clicks a sending control (communication confirmation control), the user terminal a may respond to the triggering operation of the user a, obtain a terminal communication number of the user a, and generate a first sending request sent from the terminal communication number of the user a to the virtual communication number "172xxxx 0086"; after the user a clicks the send control, the user terminal a may display the text communication content "how you eat" in the sent state in the text communication interface, and display a send time (for example, the send time is just as shown in fig. 14) under the text communication content "how you eat", where the send time may be used to indicate that the text communication content "how you eat" is in a successful sending state.
Further, the virtual number server may obtain a communication number having a mapping relationship with the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" according to the relationship mapping table, and use the communication number as a real communication number of the user B (the real communication number is a binding master number of the virtual communication number "172xxxx0086" of the user B), and the virtual number server may generate a second transmission request sent from the virtual communication number to the real communication number of the user B, and send the second transmission request to the user terminal B; after receiving the second sending request, the user terminal B can display a response voice communication interface, and display the virtual communication number 172xxxx0086 and text communication content as you eat in the response voice communication interface; as shown in fig. 14, the response text communication interface may include a virtual communication number "172xxxx0086", and a text communication content "do you eat" for which "do you eat", "also attach a prompt from 136xxxx5678, please return a duplicate text message to the" virtual number "applet, where the attached prompt may be used to indicate that the communication number actually sending the text communication content is 136xxxx5678 (the terminal communication number of the user a), and the user b may go to the" virtual number "applet to reply the text message with the communication number 136xxxx5678 as the receiving number (i.e. send the reply text communication content to the communication number 136xxxx 5678). For a specific implementation manner of the user b sending the reply text content through the "virtual number" applet, refer to the embodiment corresponding to fig. 6, and description of the first user sending the text communication content to the terminal communication number of the second user through the embedded subroutine will not be repeated here; for an exemplary scenario description of the user b sending the reply text content through the "virtual number" applet, reference may be made to the scenario description of the user a sending the text communication content to the terminal communication number of the user b shown in fig. 4 a-4 b, which will not be repeated here.
As shown in fig. 14, if the text content replied by the user B through the virtual number applet is "o", the user terminal B may return the reply text content "o" to the user terminal a through the virtual number server, and the user terminal a may display the reply text content "o" of the user B in the text communication interface, and may display the delivery time (e.g. 15:21) of the reply text content "o" below the reply text content.
It should be noted that, in the description of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 13 and fig. 14, the obtained terminal communication number of the user b is a communication number having a binding relationship with the virtual communication number 172xxxx0086 of the user b.
It should be understood that when the user a performs text communication through the virtual communication number of the user b, the real communication number of the user b is not displayed to the user a in the communication process, so that the real communication mode of the user b can be well protected.
In the embodiment of the application, an embedded subprogram in social application is provided, a second user can apply for a virtual communication number in the embedded subprogram, a first user can carry out anonymous communication with the second user by the virtual communication number of the second user, and a terminal communication number (real communication number) of the second user can be well hidden in the anonymous communication, so that the privacy of the user can be well ensured; meanwhile, when the first user requests to communicate with the second user through the virtual communication number of the second user, the second user views the virtual communication number of the first user, so that the probability that the second user recognizes the virtual communication number as a nuisance call is extremely low, and the success rate of the second user for responding to the communication can be improved. It can be seen that the success rate of communication success can be improved while the communication mode of the user is protected.
Alternatively, it may be appreciated that the first user or the second user may share the embedded sub-program to other users having a communication relationship in the social application, so that the other users may apply for the virtual communication number through the shared embedded sub-program. For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of a sharing embedded subroutine according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 15, in the embedded subroutine (for example, the virtual number applet), a setting control is included, after the user a clicks the setting control, the user terminal a may respond to this triggering operation of the user a, and display the operable content included in the setting control, for example, as shown in fig. 15, the operable content includes "pay record", "recommend to friend", "help for customer service", "about virtual number", and the like, and the user a may click the control corresponding to any operable content to perform the related operation. For example, the user a may click on a recommendation control corresponding to "recommend to friend" to recommend the virtual number applet to friend, and after clicking on the recommendation control and clicking on a target recommendation user (e.g., user N), the user terminal a may respond to this operation of the user a to generate recommendation prompt information for the virtual number order and send the recommendation prompt information to the user N in the social application. As shown in fig. 15, in the session interface with the user N in the social application, the recommendation prompt information is displayed, and in the same way, in the session interface with the user a in the social application of the user terminal N corresponding to the user N, the recommendation prompt information is displayed, and the user N can apply for the virtual communication number through the recommendation prompt information.
Alternatively, it is understood that the first user or the second user may view related information (e.g., payment records) for the virtual communication number in an embedded subroutine (e.g., virtual number applet). For ease of understanding, please refer to fig. 16, fig. 16 is a schematic diagram for viewing virtual number related information provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 16, in the embedded subroutine (e.g., the virtual number applet), a setting control is included, after the user a clicks the setting control, the user terminal a may respond to this triggering operation of the user a to display the operable content included in the setting control, for example, as shown in fig. 15, the operable content includes "pay record", "recommend to friend", "help for customer service", "about virtual number", and the like, and the user a may click a control corresponding to any operable content to perform a related operation. For example, user a may click on a view control corresponding to "payment record" to view the payment record for user a's virtual communication number. As shown in fig. 16, after the user a clicks the view control corresponding to the "payment record", the user terminal a may respond to the trigger operation to display the related payment record of the user a, and as shown in fig. 16, the payment record may include the payment record of the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" in number 05-09, the payment record of the virtual communication number "171xxxx0086" in number 06-09, and the payment record of the virtual communication number "188xxxx3434" in number 07-09. Through the payment record, the user a can clearly determine own payment information.
