Abstract

本发明公布了一种“全自动多功能汽车安全装置”是为了解决目前汽车在运行中存在许多安全隐患:如车厢内氧气浓度过低;车辆在倒车时,司机错把油门当刹车;司机酒驾或疲劳驾驶;汽车追尾事故;轮胎爆胎;汽车尾气污染等等。如采用以下措施:氧气浓度报警器;在车辆尾部安置探测仪;安置酒精浓度报警器;疲劳检测仪;刹车灯提前显示器;用橡塑材料代替轮胎内的压缩空气;将汽车尾气过滤后再排放等,则可以消除以上安全事故,则有利于司乘人员和车辆安全。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种汽车安全装置,特别是一项全自动多功能汽车安全装置。
技术背景:
随着社会的飞速发展,汽车工业日新月异,2016年我国机动车保存量已达3 亿辆,其中汽车为1.9亿辆,汽车为人类提供了极大的作用。但因其设计不尽完美,致使汽车在使用时发生许多安全事故,致使悲剧频生:
安全事故1、当汽车供气系统发生故障时,使车厢内氧气含量减少,致使车厢内人员窒息身亡。
安全事故2、车厢内汽车排放的一氧化碳等有害气体浓度超标致使车厢内人员中毒身亡。
安全事故3、汽车倒车时,司机想刹车却把油门当刹车致使倒车加速后将车后人员撞死。
安全事故4、汽车在行驶过程中经常发生追尾事故,造成许多车毁人亡悲剧。
安全事故5、汽车在行驶过程中或停放时,可能会发生自燃现象,而引发火灾。轻者烧毁车辆,重者车毁人亡。惨不忍睹!
安全事故6、车厢内空气混浊,使人体慢性自杀,危害身心健康。
安全事故7、前面的汽车开车门,有时会被后面的车把门撞坏,甚至撞伤下车人。
安全事故8、驾驶员饮酒后容易发生事故。
安全事故9、驾驶员疲劳驾驶容易发生事故。
安全事故10、乘车过程中,人体对车内温度、湿度感受会发生变化。过冷或过热容易使人感到不适甚至得感冒。
安全事故11、车辆的外后视镜,因气温变化而产生雾,使驾驶员看不清后车的情况,则容易产生安全事故。
安全事故12、雨天驾驶时,随着雨量的变化,驾驶员要不停的用手来调节雨刮运动频率,则会分散驾驶员的注意力。
安全事故13、儿童在乘车时没有专用的安全设施,一旦发生事故,儿童最容易受到伤害。
安全事故14、许多窃贼见车内无人,将车上玻璃打碎后偷取车内物品。
安全事故15、现在市面上的车辆均在使用传统的汽车橡胶轮胎,它存在以下五大致命缺陷:
1、不安全,爆胎翻车事故经常发生。
2、不节能,使汽车能耗过大。
3、承载能力差。
4、不耐用,当轮胎有一定的磨损时即不敢再用,怕爆胎。
5、经常漏气。
安全事故16、机动车所排放的尾气中的细颗粒及二氧化硫、一氧化碳等有害气体形成致癌物质,同时使空气中的PM2.5浓度居高不下,形成雾霾,危害人体健康,危害人类生存环境。
发明内容:
为了消除上述16大安全事故隐患,本发明提供的“全自动多功能汽车安全装置”将采取以下安全措施:
1、在车厢内安置一套氧气探测仪和报警喇叭,当车厢内氧气浓度低于某额定值时报警喇叭即会自动报警。
2、在车厢内安置一套一氧化碳等有害气体含量探测仪和报警喇叭,当车厢内上述有害气体的浓度超标时即会使报警喇叭自动报警。
3、在车后部安装一组影视探测仪(如红外线探测仪、雷达等等),当汽车倒车时,车后有人体或物体(在一定距离内)时汽车会自动刹车和自动切断供油,此时司机即使踏油门,车也不能倒车,从而可以自动避免安全事故。
4、在汽车内安装一套“全自动汽车防追尾装置”,(我已申报了发明专利,专利申请号:201710420526.9)即能有效地避免发生汽车追尾事故。
5、在汽车内安装一套自动灭火器,如发生火灾事故能及时自动将火扑灭。
6、在车厢内安装一套空气自动滤清器,以确保车厢内空气清新。
7、当车辆开门时,即会使本车后部的警示灯和报警喇叭自动动作,以提示后车避让。
8、驾驶员饮酒后,其酒精浓度超标时,车辆酒精浓度检测仪能自动使车辆无法启动。
9、驾驶员过分疲劳时,疲劳检测仪自动使车辆熄火。
10、通过温度智能自动调节仪使车内温(湿)度自动调节到最适合人体舒适的温度(湿度),(即神舟飞船技术)使人体体感自动保持恒定舒适状态,以确保人体身体安康。
11、配置电动可调带加热功能外后视镜,使车辆在行驶过程中外后视镜表面不会产生雾化而影响后视效果。
12、采用雨量感应式雨刮器智能配置以调节雨刮的运动频率,使驾驶员专注工作。
13、配置ISOFIX儿童座椅固定装置以确保儿童乘坐安全。
14、使车体各部分玻璃与自动报警灯、报警喇叭相关联,当窃贼打击玻璃时,报警灯和报警喇叭会自动报警。
15、使车辆配置安全节能防爆轮胎,以确保行驶安全。
16、在车辆内部配置自动智能喷雾器,采用“PM2.5团聚超低排放控制技术”喷入雾化复合团聚促进剂(由胶体溶液、润湿剂等组成),使飞灰颗粒与促进剂相碰撞、润湿、絮凝团聚干燥,以促进细颗粒形成较大的颗粒团,从而将细颗粒物质脱除,同时雾化物中的水分还能使尾气中的二氧化硫和一氧化碳等有害气体形成非致癌物质。

具体实施方式:
1、据附图所示:在车厢1内安装一组氧气(浓度)探测仪2、使其与报警喇叭3相联动,当车厢1内的氧气浓度低于某额定值时,报警喇叭3即会自动报警。
2、据附图所示:在车厢1内安装一组一氧化碳等有害气体(浓度)探测仪4、使其与报警喇叭3相联动,当车厢1内的上述有害气体(浓度)超标时,报警喇叭3即会自动报警。
3、据附图所示:在车厢1后部安装一组影视探测仪5(如红外线探测仪、雷达等等),当车后有人体或物体处出现(在一定距离内)时,影视探测仪5发生信号使与刹车装置6相关联的刹车气缸(或电磁阀)7动作而使汽车自动刹车,同时在影视探测仪5的作用下,使串联在油门踏板8相关的输油管9上的阀门 10自动关闭(或溢流),以免向发动机继续供油。此时即使司机踏油门踏板8也不会使车体向后运动。
4、在车厢1内安装一组“全自动汽车防追尾装置11”,即可增加两相毗邻汽车之间的刹车缓冲距离,从而能有效避免发生追尾事故。
5、在车厢1内安装一组自动灭火器,当现场发生火灾时,当环境温度超过 170℃时或现场发生明火时该自动灭火器自动喷射灭火物体,只需3-5秒钟即可将火扑灭。
6、当车厢1内有人时,空气自动滤清器28即会自动开启、空气经竹炭等物体过滤并提供负离子、富氧等对人体有利的清洁气源。
7、当车厢1内人员开车门时,警示灯29和报警喇叭3会自动同时动作,以提示后车注意避让。
8、驾驶员饮酒后,其酒精浓度超标时,酒精浓度检测仪30能自动使车辆无法启动。
9、当驾驶员过分疲劳时,疲劳检测仪31工作,自动使车辆熄火。
10、通过车内温(湿)智能自动调节仪34,使车内温(湿)度自动调节到适合人体最佳状态。
11、配置电动可调带加热功能外后视镜32,使车辆在行驶过程中后视镜表面不会产生雾化而影响后视效果。
12、采用雨量感应式雨刮器33,通过智能配置技术以调节雨刮器33的运动频率,以避免驾驶员分散注意力。
13、在车内配置ISOFIX儿童座椅35,以有利于儿童乘坐安全。
14、使车体各部玻璃与警示灯29,和报警喇叭3相关联,以防盗窃。
15、使车辆配置安全节能防爆轮胎36,以提高车辆节能、安全性能。该轮胎是将塑料或橡塑等材料填充在轮胎内腔,以全部或部分取代传统单纯使用压缩空气进行填充的方法,如将聚氨酯泡沫填充剂填入轮胎内腔,使轮胎拥有合适的强度和合适的使用性能。如果将永不爆胎的轮胎配置各类军用车辆上,则可有效提高部队战斗力,增强国防力量。
16、在车辆内配置自动、智能喷雾器38,采用“PM2.5团聚超低排放控制技术”向排气管37内喷入雾化复合团聚促进剂(由胶体溶液、润湿剂等组成),使排气管37内的飞扬灰颗粒与促进剂碰撞、润湿、絮凝、团聚、干燥,以促进细颗粒形成较大的颗粒团,再经除尘器39对团聚后的大颗粒物进捕集,即把微细颗粒PM2.5变大后进行脱除,则可大幅提高细颗粒的脱除效率,从而净化汽车尾气,为此可以在排气管37的前端、中部、尾部设置多个除尘器,对尾气进行多级除尘,以提高除尘效率。同时在除尘器39和排气管37内安装碳化硅陶瓷膜等除尘过滤材料,则更可以提高除尘去污效率。同时尾气中的二氧化硫、一氧化碳等有害气体与促进剂中的水分相结合后形成无害物体而消除其致癌作用。
综上所述:采用上述16项汽车安全装置以外,还可以配置全自动导航仪和汽车防盗自动安全锁,和自动防暴力劫持安全装置。使人员和车辆更加安全无比!采用本发明技术后可以大大提高司乘人员安全性,本发明技术除适用于广大燃油汽车以外,尚适用于新能源汽车和无人驾驶汽车。除适用众多汽车领域或外,尚能适用于船舶,工程机械,飞机航空设施等等制造领域,因该技术安全可靠,能产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

9.根据权利要求1所述的全自动多功能汽车安全装置,其特征在于:使汽车配置节能、防爆轮胎36,该轮胎是将塑料或橡塑等材料填充在轮胎内腔,以全部或部分取代传统单纯使用压缩空气进行填充的方法,如将聚氨酯泡沫填充剂填入轮胎内腔,使轮胎拥有合适的强度和合适的使用功能。
10.根据权利要求1所述的全自动多功能汽车安全装置,其特征在于:在汽车的后下方配置一套汽车尾气净化装置,该装置由排气管37、喷雾器38和除尘器39组成:采用“PM2.5团聚超低排放控制技术”将雾化复合团聚促进剂(由胶体溶液、润湿剂等组成),放置在喷雾器38内,其喷雾量通过智能控制调节喷雾量的大小,向排气管37内喷雾,使飞扬的尾气颗粒与促进剂碰撞、润湿、絮凝、团聚、干燥,以促进细颗粒形成较大的颗粒团,再经除尘器39对团聚后的大颗粒物进捕集,即把微细颗粒PM2.5变大后进行脱除,同时可在除尘器39和排气管37内配置碳化硅陶瓷膜等除尘过滤材料,该喷雾器38为智能控制,如将其喷雾量与油门(或燃气门)相联动,或与排气管37内排气量大小相联动。
