本发明提出的一种克氏原螯虾培育用富硒多钙饲料,其原料按重量份包括:鱼粉80份、菜籽粕50份、土豆粉10份、酒槽35份、小麦胚芽40份、蚌壳粉6份、豌豆粉2份、芝麻粉9份、海带粉3份、骨粉8份、泥鳅粉2份、苜蓿粉9份、山楂粉2份、蘑菇粉5份、竹笋粉4份、香油8份、大蒜素4份、壳寡糖9份、甘露寡聚糖1份、磷酸氢钙8份、双乙酸钠2份、硒代蛋氨酸6份、酵母硒2份、杏鲍菇菌6份、EM菌液1份、富硒改性填料5份、多钙缓释改性助剂4份。
富硒改性填料按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10份富硒麦芽和水混合均匀,在60℃下搅拌浸提50min,抽滤,将滤渣水洗4次,加入5份果胶酶,加蒸馏水,调节固含量为85%,25℃下酶解10h,加入4份啤酒酵母粉混合均匀,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾直至水干,冷却后磨粉,过100目筛得到物料a;将3份二甲基亚砜溶液、5份脱壳素和1份大豆卵磷脂混合均匀,于650r/min转速搅拌20min,接着于-50℃冷冻干燥机中干燥20min,接着加入8份聚乳酸羟基乙酸溶液混合均匀,于4500r/min转速搅拌20min,然后加入4份亚硒酸钠和物料a混合均匀,接着于350r/min转速搅拌3h,然后于12000r/min转速离心收集,水洗后冷冻干燥得到富硒改性填料。
多钙缓释改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4份葡萄、9份芝麻和2份黑木耳晒干,然后研磨成粉末,接着加入5份烷基糖苷和8份水,升温至80℃,保温30min,调节固含量为20%,然后加入2份乳酸菌,在40℃下发酵10h,抽滤,干燥,冷却至室温得到物料A;将4份海带、3份田螺肉粉、8份牛油、4份维生素D、6份贝壳粉和1份大豆油混合粉碎,过筛子后加入8份土豆粉和3份酵母粉,于80℃发酵10d,冷却至室温得到物料B;将6份油菜、1份南瓜籽、8份桑葚、3份花生、8份芡实、2份大枣、6份补骨脂、1份韭菜根、8份桂圆肉和2份橘皮混合粉碎,加入物料A和物料B和15份乙醇溶液混合均匀,于850r/min转速搅拌4h,接着于-30℃冻干处理80min,常温干燥后研磨后得到多钙缓释改性助剂。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种克氏原螯虾培育用富硒多钙饲料,其原料按重量份包括:鱼粉120份、菜籽粕30份、土豆粉30份、酒槽15份、小麦胚芽60份、蚌壳粉1份、豌豆粉9份、芝麻粉7份、海带粉6份、骨粉4份、泥鳅粉5份、苜蓿粉3份、山楂粉5份、蘑菇粉1份、竹笋粉8份、香油4份、大蒜素6份、壳寡糖4份、甘露寡聚糖4份、磷酸氢钙4份、双乙酸钠5份、硒代蛋氨酸2份、酵母硒5份、杏鲍菇菌1份、EM菌液6份、富硒改性填料2份、多钙缓释改性助剂12份。
富硒改性填料按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将20份富硒麦芽和水混合均匀,在50℃下搅拌浸提60min,抽滤,将滤渣水洗3次,加入15份果胶酶,加蒸馏水,调节固含量为70%,30℃下酶解6h,加入8份啤酒酵母粉混合均匀,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾直至水干,冷却后磨粉,过40目筛得到物料a;将9份二甲基亚砜溶液、2份脱壳素和5份大豆卵磷脂混合均匀,于350r/min转速搅拌30min,接着于-30℃冷冻干燥机中干燥40min,接着加入2份聚乳酸羟基乙酸溶液混合均匀,于5500r/min转速搅拌10min,然后加入6份亚硒酸钠和物料a混合均匀,接着于250r/min转速搅拌5h,然后于8500r/min转速离心收集,水洗后冷冻干燥得到富硒改性填料。
多钙缓释改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将8份葡萄、3份芝麻和5份黑木耳晒干,然后研磨成粉末,接着加入1份烷基糖苷和16份水,升温至70℃,保温50min,调节固含量为10%,然后加入5份乳酸菌,在30℃下发酵20h,抽滤,干燥,冷却至室温得到物料A;将1份海带、6份田螺肉粉、2份牛油、9份维生素D、2份贝壳粉和5份大豆油混合粉碎,过筛子后加入4份土豆粉和9份酵母粉,于60℃发酵20d,冷却至室温得到物料B;将2份油菜、5份南瓜籽、4份桑葚、9份花生、4份芡实、5份大枣、3份补骨脂、5份韭菜根、3份桂圆肉和6份橘皮混合粉碎,加入物料A和物料B和5份乙醇溶液混合均匀,于1050r/min转速搅拌2h,接着于-20℃冻干处理50min,常温干燥后研磨后得到多钙缓释改性助剂。

1.一种克氏原螯虾培育用富硒多钙饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:鱼粉80-120份、菜籽粕30-50份、土豆粉10-30份、酒槽15-35份、小麦胚芽40-60份、蚌壳粉1-6份、豌豆粉2-9份、芝麻粉7-9份、海带粉3-6份、骨粉4-8份、泥鳅粉2-5份、苜蓿粉3-9份、山楂粉2-5份、蘑菇粉1-5份、竹笋粉4-8份、香油4-8份、大蒜素4-6份、壳寡糖4-9份、甘露寡聚糖1-4份、磷酸氢钙4-8份、双乙酸钠2-5份、硒代蛋氨酸2-6份、酵母硒2-5份、杏鲍菇菌1-6份、EM菌液1-6份、富硒改性填料2-5份、多钙缓释改性助剂4-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的克氏原螯虾培育用富硒多钙饲料,其特征在于,富硒改性填料的原料按重量份包括:富硒麦芽10-20份、果胶酶5-15份、啤酒酵母粉4-8份、二甲基亚砜溶液3-9份、脱壳素2-5份、大豆卵磷脂1-5份、聚乳酸羟基乙酸溶液2-8份、亚硒酸钠4-6份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的克氏原螯虾培育用富硒多钙饲料,其特征在于,富硒改性填料按如下工艺进行制备:将富硒麦芽和水混合均匀,搅拌浸提,抽滤,将滤渣水洗,加入果胶酶,加蒸馏水,酶解,加入啤酒酵母粉混合均匀,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾直至水干,冷却后磨粉,过筛得到物料a;将二甲基亚砜溶液、脱壳素和大豆卵磷脂混合均匀,搅拌,接着冷冻干燥机中干燥,接着加入聚乳酸羟基乙酸溶液混合均匀,速搅拌,然后加入亚硒酸钠和物料a混合均匀,接着搅拌,然后离心收集,水洗后冷冻干燥得到富硒改性填料。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的克氏原螯虾培育用富硒多钙饲料,其特征在于,富硒改性填料按如下工艺进行制备:将富硒麦芽和水混合均匀,在50-60℃下搅拌浸提50-60min,抽滤,将滤渣水洗3-4次,加入果胶酶,加蒸馏水,调节固含量为70-85%,25-30℃下酶解6-10h,加入啤酒酵母粉混合均匀,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾直至水干,冷却后磨粉,过40-100目筛得到物料a;将二甲基亚砜溶液、脱壳素和大豆卵磷脂混合均匀,于350-650r/min转速搅拌20-30min,接着于-30~-50℃冷冻干燥机中干燥20-40min,接着加入聚乳酸羟基乙酸溶液混合均匀,于4500-5500r/min转速搅拌10-20min,然后加入亚硒酸钠和物料a混合均匀,接着于250-350r/min转速搅拌3-5h,然后于8500-12000r/min转速离心收集,水洗后冷冻干燥得到富硒改性填料。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的克氏原螯虾培育用富硒多钙饲料,其特征在于,多钙缓释改性助剂的原料按重量份包括:葡萄4-8份、芝麻3-9份、黑木耳2-5份、烷基糖苷1-5份、水8-16份、乳酸菌2-5份、海带1-4份、田螺肉粉3-6份、牛油2-8份、维生素D 4-9份、贝壳粉2-6份、大豆油1-5份、土豆粉4-8份、酵母粉3-9份、油菜2-6份、南瓜籽1-5份、桑葚4-8份、花生3-9份、芡实4-8份、大枣2-5份、补骨脂3-6份、韭菜根1-5份、桂圆肉3-8份、橘皮2-6份、乙醇溶液5-15份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的克氏原螯虾培育用富硒多钙饲料,其特征在于,多钙缓释改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将葡萄、芝麻和黑木耳晒干,然后研磨成粉末,接着加入烷基糖苷和水,升温,保温,然后加入乳酸菌,发酵,抽滤,干燥,冷却至室温得到物料A;将海带、田螺肉粉、牛油、维生素D、贝壳粉和大豆油混合粉碎,过筛子后加入土豆粉和酵母粉,发酵,冷却至室温得到物料B;将油菜、南瓜籽、桑葚、花生、芡实、大枣、补骨脂、韭菜根、桂圆肉和橘皮混合粉碎,加入物料A和物料B和乙醇溶液混合均匀,搅拌h,接着冻干处理,常温干燥后研磨后得到多钙缓释改性助剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的克氏原螯虾培育用富硒多钙饲料,其特征在于,多钙缓释改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将葡萄、芝麻和黑木耳晒干,然后研磨成粉末,接着加入烷基糖苷和水,升温至70-80℃,保温30-50min,调节固含量为10-20%,然后加入乳酸菌,在30-40℃下发酵10-20h,抽滤,干燥,冷却至室温得到物料A;将海带、田螺肉粉、牛油、维生素D、贝壳粉和大豆油混合粉碎,过筛子后加入土豆粉和酵母粉,于60-80℃发酵10-20d,冷却至室温得到物料B;将油菜、南瓜籽、桑葚、花生、芡实、大枣、补骨脂、韭菜根、桂圆肉和橘皮混合粉碎,加入物料A和物料B和乙醇溶液混合均匀,于850-1050r/min转速搅拌2-4h,接着于-30~-20℃冻干处理50-80min,常温干燥后研磨后得到多钙缓释改性助剂。
