Description

348V电动车全自动发电装置
电路工作原理:
在348V电瓶输出电路中,为了提高自动启动发电机发电的稳定性,在G1稳压三极管基础上,又增加了G2激励三极管,用以功率放大,给继电器提供足够的电流。当电瓶正常供电时稳压三极管G1进入饱和区,该三极管不工作,当电瓶电压低于设定值时,该三极管退出饱和区,进入工作状态,此时由三极管的集电极,通过耦合电容G5把信号耦合到G2激励三极管功率放大,给继电器提供吸合电流达到自动启动发电机发电。电瓶的电量通过正向二极管G3向电动车负载电路输出正电,当电瓶的电量(电压)低于设定值319V时,发动机自动启动发电,发出的电由二极管G4向电瓶输出10A左右的直流电,二极管G5向电动车负载电路最大输出100A直流电,供348V电动车所需能量。
电路优点:
当电动车的电瓶电压低于设定值时,发动机自动启动发电,供电瓶充电所需的小电流,同时又供电动车负载所需要的大电流。

技术背景:
目前由于电动车电瓶蓄电量少,续驶里程不足,难以实现电动车于汽车接轨。
发明内容:
为克服电动车续使里程不足,当电动车电瓶电压低于设定值时,发电机自动启动发电,分别供给电瓶和电动车所需能量,确保电动车正常行驶。
在电瓶供电电路中,增加了正向二极管,当发电机发电时,二极管G5输出电压高于二极管G4的输出电压,由于二极管的正向导电性,在二极管G3两端产生两个电压,用以给电瓶充电所需小电流和电动车所需的大电流。
