背景技术
润滑剂是用以降低摩擦副的摩擦阻力、减缓其磨损的润滑介质,随着现代机械设备向高速、高载荷、高温度等方向的发展,设备的润滑状况变得越来越苛刻。选用润滑剂时,一般须考虑摩擦副的运动情况、材料、表面粗糙度、工作环境和工作条件,以及润滑剂的性能等多方面因素。齿轮和大瓦轴是现代机械设备中较为常见的零部件,在使用过程中通常会受到较大的摩擦,但现有的用于大瓦轴和齿轮润滑的这一类型的润滑剂极压抗磨性能差,使用寿命短,温度升高快,对于大瓦轴和齿轮的润滑效果和减缓磨损效果差。
为了解决现有的该类型润滑剂所存在的上述问题,需要研制一种产品质量稳定,易于监控,并且具有优异的极压抗磨性能和使用寿命的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂。

有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种极压抗磨性能优异、稳定性能好、使用寿命长的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂。
本发明提供的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂,所述润滑剂的原料按重量百分比包括下列组分:PAO100油23%~27%、150BS油55%~65%、氯化石蜡4%~6%、拉丝剂0.2%~0.4%、齿轮油复合剂1.5%~2.5%、聚酯4%~6%、苯三唑0.6%~0.8%和T7011.5%~2.5%,上述各原料组分总量为100%;

本发明通过采用合适的组分配以合理的用量,促使各原料组分在制得的润滑剂中能够更好地发挥相互协同作用,再经过特定的制备工艺,促进了各原料组分实现相互协同作用,最终制出具有优异的极压抗磨性能、稳定性以及耐高温性能,寿命长,润滑剂润滑效果好,适合用于大瓦轴和齿轮润滑的极压抗磨润滑剂。在制备的润滑剂中,各原料组分除发挥自身的优异性能外,还能与其它组分相互协同发挥作用,例如采用的聚酯、150BS油和PAO100油混合后,能够协同作用,以更好的增强制得的润滑剂的耐高温性能,聚酯、齿轮油复合剂以及长链氯化石蜡能够相互协同提高润滑剂的极压抗磨性,润滑剂中添加的苯三唑能够避免润滑剂发生氧化,提高润滑剂的稳定性,还能够协同T701在润滑后起到防锈蚀的作用,其它组分与组分之间也具有非常好的相互配合、相互协同作用。本发明中各原料组分用量合理,可以有效地避免原料的过多或过少对原料性能的发挥及原料间的协同作用的不利影响。

本实施例提供的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂,所述润滑剂的原料按重量百分比包括下列组分:PAO100油23%、150BS油65%、氯化石蜡4%、拉丝剂0.4%、齿轮油复合剂1.5%、聚酯4%、苯三唑0.6%和T701 1.5%;
其中:
所述聚酯在常压40℃的运动粘度为450mm2/s;
所述齿轮油复合剂为T4202型号齿轮油复合剂;
所述拉丝剂为乙丙共聚物;
所述PAO100油在100℃的运动粘度为90mm2/s;所述150BS油在40℃的运动粘度为450mm2/s。
本实施例中,所述润滑剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:按设定重量百分比将各组分均匀混合后,加热至温度为60℃,然后进行搅拌溶解,即可。
对实施例一至实施例五所制得的润滑剂进行稳定性测试,不同温度和常温不同放置时间的稳定性测试结果如表1所示:

按现有的检测方法对实施例一至实施例五的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂进行性能测试,测试结果见表2:

由表1和表2可知本发明的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂的极压抗磨性能非常优良,且耐高温性能好,产品质量稳定,使用寿命长。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂,其特征在于:所述润滑剂的原料按重量百分比包括下列组分:PAO100油23%~27%、150BS油55%~65%、氯化石蜡4%~6%、拉丝剂0.2%~0.4%、齿轮油复合剂1.5%~2.5%、聚酯4%~6%、苯三唑0.6%~0.8%和T7011.5%~2.5%,上述各原料组分总量为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂,其特征在于:所述润滑剂的原料按重量百分比包括下列组分:PAO100油25%、150BS油60%、氯化石蜡5%、拉丝剂0.3%、齿轮油复合剂2%、聚酯5%、苯三唑0.7%和T701 2%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂,其特征在于:所述聚酯在常压40℃的运动粘度为450mm2/s~550mm2/s。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂,其特征在于:所述齿轮油复合剂为T4202型号齿轮油复合剂。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂,其特征在于:所述拉丝剂为乙丙共聚物。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂,其特征在于:所述PAO100油在100℃的运动粘度为90-110mm2/s;所述150BS油在40℃的运动粘度为400-490mm2/s。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于大瓦轴及齿轮的极压抗磨润滑剂,其特征在于:所述润滑剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:按设定重量百分比将各组分均匀混合后,加热至温度为60~80℃,然后进行搅拌溶解,即可。
