Abstract

本发明提供了超精细图案炫彩防水包装技术,通过优化包装材料、引用先进的镭射工艺、多层复合工艺和超高精度的印刷机印刷,使得做出来的包装盒(袋)产生强烈的七彩的反光效果。本发明采用优选的材料、先进的涂层技术、优选的复合工艺、革新的印刷机结合,取得的有益效果是:得到超高精细度的极为靓丽的炫彩包装效果,对于品牌商、包装厂尤为有利,同时该发明只采用2‑3层复合结构,比传统的制袋工艺简化的多,省去了昂贵的制铜版或柔板费用,省去了制版时间,节省了工艺成本,对于复杂精细的图案本发明极为有利。

超精细图案炫彩防水包装技术
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超精细印刷能变换7彩光泽的复合包装技术,特别是食品袋、面膜袋等多层复合袋子及防水胶盒
背景技术
1.现有的复合袋全部由2层或以上的薄膜复合而成,单层薄膜厚度一般在 0.02-0.06mm,世界上所有薄膜印刷全部采用凹印机或柔版印刷机印刷,凹印机和柔板印刷机都需要刻版,一般刻制铜板或树脂版,通过机械雕刻或者激光雕刻制版,无论何种方式制版,上述印刷机都无法印出字符高度低于0.3mm 的小字体和宽度小于0.05mm的线条,特别是图案复杂,套色数多的情况下,现有印刷技术套位不准,印刷质量很差,无法再现精细图文作品,更无法得到炫彩的印刷包装要求,市面上未出现任何一家能强烈反射七彩光泽的超精细(字体高度低于0.3mm)印刷的复合袋
2.现有的包装盒一般分为纸盒、纸塑盒、胶盒(PET盒\PP盒\PVC盒统称为胶盒),能防水的盒子只有胶盒,截止到目前为止,市面上未出现任何一家整个包装盒版面反射七彩光泽且印刷精美的防水胶盒
发明内容
为了得到超精细炫彩(能反射七彩光泽)包装的效果,提高商品档次,本发明通过材料筛选、革新的复合工艺,创新的复合胶水,利用更先进的uv印刷机印刷,实现超精细、炫彩的防水包装效果。
技术方案:
选用纯铝箔遮光材料、素面镭射材料和薄膜进行多层复合,在素面镭射材料上涂布一层uv吸附涂层使得uv油墨能牢固的吸附在镭射层表面,利用创新的复合胶水与其他材料进行复合。复合完材料直接上uv印刷机印刷,实现牢固、超精细、炫彩的印刷效果
具体实施方法:
1.材料筛选:本发明的说明书附图中的图1,其中①+⑥+⑦为镭射膜,②为纯铝箔用于遮光,③为内膜,④为吸附油墨的涂层,⑤为印刷后的油墨层a. 镭射膜的选择:选用弹力系数小的PET⑥做镭射基材,在透明PET膜⑥上涂布镭射压纹层①,通过镭射模压机压制得到精细纹路的镭射,然后在压好的镭射基膜上镀铝得到镭射镀铝层⑦,使得镭射反射出耀眼的七彩光泽,如果不镀铝则整个镭射膜是透明状态,反光效果不好;镭射膜镀完铝后,上面再涂布一层能吸附uv油墨的涂层④镭射膜就大功告成了;b.遮光材料选择:对于需要避光保存的产品,选用纯铝箔膜②,不需要避光保存的产品此材料可省去;c.内膜的选择:如果要做面膜袋或者食品袋,则内膜③(直接接触产品的膜)用pe膜或pp膜;如果要做硬质塑胶盒子则选择厚度为0.35mm 或以上的PET/PVC/PP等材质作为内膜③;无论是制作袋子还是制作盒子,本发明只用到2-3层材料复合。
2.复合工艺:以上制作好的材料,经过电晕处理,再通过全新环保的聚氨脂胶水进行复合,晾干,等待印刷,注:如果复合前没有电晕或者电晕值错误,则复合容易产生气泡导致复合不均匀
3.印刷机的选择:印刷袋子卷材用ps版的uv转轮印刷机,制作包装盒用片材也使用PS版的uv印刷机。
4.电脑图文设计:将设计好的图文排版发给印刷机出版印刷,AI文件应该包括各种色彩信息、油墨数值信息,如果有专色还需要有专色信息、白油墨信息,图文设计中还含有超精细的防伪印刷信息,通过专业的图案图层设计达到美妙的七彩炫光的图文输出效果。
5.印刷制版:将设计好的图文转换成印刷机制版的文件,不需要经过菲林、晒版等工序,直接输出CTP版,从而得到超高精度的CTP版,CTP版为数字输出版,几乎无机械损失的再现,达到刻录光盘的刻录精度,能印刷出极为细小的文字,肉眼看不见的文字也可以印刷。
6.制袋或制盒。将印刷好的材料(卷材)用于切袋、制袋,或将印刷好的材料 (片材)用于制作胶盒
有益效果:
本发明采用优选的材料、先进的涂层技术、优选的复合工艺、革新的UV印刷机结合,得到超高精度的炫彩防水包装,用放大镜才能看出内部的神奇,产品呈现超高精度、炫彩的效果,包装直接上了一个新台阶,对于品牌商、包装厂尤为有利,肉眼看不见的极为细小的信息还可起到防伪作用,结合隐形油墨等其他防伪技术能得到令人难以置信的防伪效果;同时该发明只采用2-3层复合结构,比传统的制袋工艺简化很多,节省了雕刻铜版或柔版时间,也节约了制版费用,对于复杂精细的图案本发明极为有利。

Claims (9)

1.一种超精细图案炫彩防水包装方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
a、镭射膜工艺:通过镭射工艺模压镭射纹路在透明基膜上,模压后在模压层上电镀一层铝,使得整个镭射膜反射耀眼的七彩光泽;
b、材料复合:将压制好纹路并镀铝后的镭射膜复合在内膜上,如需遮光,则在镭射膜与内膜之间加复一个不透光材料的遮光层,遮光层采用纯铝箔或其他防水材质,不使用纸,复合前材料做电晕处理;
c、涂布UV涂层:此步骤可以在复合前即镭射膜镀铝后涂布,也可以在所有材料复合后在镭射膜上涂布,UV涂层直接涂布在镀铝层上,不是涂布在镀铝层的反面;
d、印刷:通过能直接输出CTP版的高精度PS版uv印刷机印刷,不使用菲林、晒版、电雕铜版、电雕树脂版等工艺;
e、以上步骤制作的成品是复合袋、盒、箱、复合软管瓶、筒,且以上成品全部防水。
2.如权利要求1所述的包装方法,其特征是镭射模压纹路使用无图案素面镭射纹路或带有精细防伪图案的镭射纹路。
3.如权利要求1所述的包装方法,其特征是:油墨印在UV涂层上,油墨上无需再覆盖一层保护膜来保护油墨。
4.如权利要求1所述的包装方法,其特征是:油墨印在UV涂层上,油墨上可额外覆盖一层保护膜来加固保护油墨。
5.如权利要求3或4权利要求所述的包装方法,其特征是:所有材料复合时使用聚氨酯胶水复合。
6.如权利要求3或4所述的包装方法,其特征是:它用于食品、药品、化妆品、文具行业的复合袋、软管瓶、盒、筒或箱子。
7.如权利要求3或4所述的包装方法,其特征是:它用于多层复合手袋、肩袋、旅行箱、工具箱、化妆箱、医药箱及家庭用品箱、袋、盒、笔筒、筷子筒。
