本发明涉及泡棉技术领域,尤其涉及一种新式复合型隔音泡棉,包括:本体、防护层、吸音层、铝箔层、隔音层、粘合层;所述本体的表层设置有防护层,且防护层通过热压粘合方式与本体相连接;所述吸音层设置在防护层的下层,且吸音层与防护层通过胶性热压相连接;所述铝箔层通过胶性热压方式设置在吸音层的下层;所述隔音层通过胶性热压方式设置在铝箔层的下层;所述粘合层设置在本体的底层,且粘合层与本体通过热压粘合方式相连接,本发明通过以上结构上的改进,具有隔音效果好、使用寿命长、安装方便、节能环保、保温性能强、经济实惠等优点,从而有效的解决了现有装置中存在的问题和不足。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及泡棉技术领域,尤其涉及一种新式复合型隔音泡棉。
背景技术
泡棉是塑料粒子发泡过的材料,简称泡棉。泡棉分为PU泡棉,防静电泡棉,导电泡棉,架桥PE,SBR,EPDM等。
目前泡棉已广泛应用到工业,建筑,包装,家庭等等,它能起到防水、保温、防静电、隔音等性能,但是现有技术中还存在以下几点不足之处:
1.在一些KTV或工业厂房等噪音比较大的场所中,传统的泡棉不能达到良好的隔音效果;
2.安装繁琐,需要打胶,费时费力;
3.打胶有异味,不利于环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新式复合型隔音泡棉,以解决上述背景技术中提出的在一些KTV或工业厂房等噪音比较大的场所中,传统的泡棉不能达到良好的隔音效果;安装繁琐,需要打胶,费时费力;打胶有异味,不利于环保的问题和不足。
本发明的目的与功效,由以下具体技术方案所达成:
一种新式复合型隔音泡棉,包括:本体、防护层、吸音层、铝箔层、隔音层、粘合层;所述本体的表层设置有防护层,且防护层通过热压粘合方式与本体相连接;所述吸音层设置在防护层的下层,且吸音层与防护层通过胶性热压相连接;所述铝箔层通过胶性热压方式设置在吸音层的下层;所述隔音层通过胶性热压方式设置在铝箔层的下层;所述粘合层设置在本体的底层,且粘合层与本体通过热压粘合方式相连接。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种新式复合型隔音泡棉所述本体为矩形状,且本体为整体式结构。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种新式复合型隔音泡棉所述防护层在本体表面为透明薄膜,且防护层为高透明纳米硅薄膜。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种新式复合型隔音泡棉所述吸音层为圆形凸起状,且吸音层发泡式呈波浪状分布在本体的上部。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种新式复合型隔音泡棉所述隔音层为发泡气孔层。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种新式复合型隔音泡棉所述粘合层的底部设置有贴合膜。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明防护层在本体表面为透明薄膜,且防护层为高透明纳米硅薄膜,防水效果好,有良好的清洁性能,能够防止吸音层受到污染。
本发明吸音层为圆形凸起状,且吸音层发泡式呈波浪状分布在本体的上部的设置,有利于吸收与分散声波。
本发明粘合层底部设置有贴合膜的设置,安装方便,节能环保。
本发明通过以上结构上的改进,具有隔音效果好、使用寿命长、安装方便、节能环保、保温性能强、经济实惠等优点,从而有效的解决了现有装置中存在的问题和不足。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1至图2,本发明提供一种新式复合型隔音泡棉技术方案:
一种新式复合型隔音泡棉,包括:本体1、防护层2、吸音层3、铝箔层4、隔音层5、粘合层6;本体1的表层设置有防护层2,且防护层2通过热压粘合方式与本体1相连接;吸音层3设置在防护层2的下层,且吸音层3与防护层2通过胶性热压相连接;铝箔层4通过胶性热压方式设置在吸音层3的下层;隔音层5通过胶性热压方式设置在铝箔层4的下层;粘合层6设置在本体1的底层,且粘合层6与本体1通过热压粘合方式相连接。
具体的,本体1为矩形状,且本体1为整体式结构,有利于安装方便,使用性能高。
具体的,防护层2在本体1的表面为透明薄膜,且防护层2为高透明纳米硅薄膜,防水效果好,有良好的清洁性能,能够防止吸音层受到污染。
具体的,吸音层3为圆形凸起状,且吸音层3为发泡式呈波浪状分布在本体1的上部,有利于吸收与分散声波。
具体的,隔音层5为发泡气孔层,有利于分散和阻挡吸音层3出来声波。
具体的,粘合层6的底部设置有贴合膜,有利于安装方便,节能环保。
具体使用方法与作用:
使用该装置时,将粘合层6底部的贴合膜拨开直接粘合到所需要隔音的墙体上,通过吸音层3内部充满细小发泡空隙能大量吸收射入的声波能量对声波起到衰减和分散作用,当有少量剩余的声波经过铝箔层4,在传入到隔音层5,使噪音声波完全阻隔,当然铝箔层4在这里也起到了阻隔空气、隔离声波的作用。
综上所述:该一种新式复合型隔音泡棉,通过防护层在本体表面为透明薄膜,且防护层为高透明纳米硅薄膜,防水效果好,有良好的清洁性能,能够防止吸音层受到污染,通过吸音层为圆形凸起状,且吸音层发泡式呈波浪状分布在本体的上部的设置,有利于吸收与分散声波,通过粘合层底部设置有贴合膜的设置,安装方便,节能环保,本发明通过以上结构上的改进,具有隔音效果好、使用寿命长、安装方便、节能环保、保温性能强、经济实惠等优点,从而有效的解决了现有装置中存在的问题和不足。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种新式复合型隔音泡棉,包括:本体(1)、防护层(2)、吸音层(3)、铝箔层(4)、隔音层(5)、粘合层(6);其特征在于:所述本体(1)的表层设置有防护层(2),且防护层(2)通过热压粘合方式与本体(1)相连接;所述吸音层(3)设置在防护层(2)的下层,且吸音层(3)与防护层(2)通过胶性热压相连接;所述铝箔层(4)通过胶性热压方式设置在吸音层(3)的下层;所述隔音层(5)通过胶性热压方式设置在铝箔层(4)的下层;所述粘合层(6)设置在本体(1)的底层,且粘合层(6)与本体(1)通过热压粘合方式相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式复合型隔音泡棉,其特征在于:所述本体(1)为矩形状,且本体(1)为整体式结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式复合型隔音泡棉,其特征在于:所述防护层(2)在本体表面为透明薄膜,且防护层(2)为高透明纳米硅薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式复合型隔音泡棉,其特征在于:所述吸音层(3)为圆形凸起状,且吸音层(3)为发泡式呈波浪状分布在本体(1)的上部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式复合型隔音泡棉,其特征在于:所述隔音层(5)为发泡气孔层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式复合型隔音泡棉,其特征在于:所述粘合层(6)的底部设置有贴合膜。
