Abstract

本发明提出了一种保温吸音新型复合墙板，包括表层、基层、吸音层和保温层，表层和基层之间设有吸音层，吸音层和表层之间设有保温层，表层为改性菱镁板层，基层为PE木塑复合材料层，吸音层为蜂窝芯板，保温层为ERS泡沫板。本发明提出的墙板结构合理，轻质环保，具有优异的隔热保温效果，同时，具有良好的隔音、吸音功能，保证了居住环境的舒适度，而且，通过膨胀石墨颗粒的作用，能降低室外大量电磁辐射对居住环境的影响，保证了人体健康，进一步提高了人们居住环境的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域，具体涉及一种保温吸音新型复合墙板。
背景技术
墙板作为一种装饰墙面的材料在装修中的使用十分普遍。在市场上的现有产品中，比较常见的是：石膏板，铝合金扣板或木质墙板。这些产品普遍存在着这样的缺陷 ：不保温，不隔热，不能防水防潮，不隔音，易发霉、腐蚀，而安装时需要安装底架或者需要对墙面进行处理，还需要油漆，由于油漆味长时间无法消除，既费时费力，又不环保。而且，随着城市化进程的加快，越来越多的人住进了商品房，改善了居住条件，但是现在的楼房墙体结构单一，隔壁的声音易传播过来，在自己的房间里扩散，影响生活和休息。
因此，针对上述问题，本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构合理，具有良好的吸音、隔热效果，同时，具有一定的防辐射作用的保温吸音新型复合墙板。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种保温吸音新型复合墙板，包括表层、基层、吸音层和保温层，所述表层和基层之间设有吸音层，所述吸音层和表层之间设有保温层，所述表层为改性菱镁板层，所述基层为PE木塑复合材料层，所述吸音层为蜂窝芯板，所述保温层为ERS泡沫板。
进一步地，所述蜂窝芯板的材质为玻璃纤维棉。
进一步地，所述ERS泡沫板内设有一空腔，所述空腔内设有填充层。
进一步地，所述填充层由粘合在一起的膨胀石墨颗粒预压成型。
进一步地，所述表层和基层表面均设有高分子薄膜，所述高分子薄膜为PVC薄膜。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明提出的墙板结构合理，轻质环保，具有优异的隔热保温效果，同时，具有良好的隔音、吸音功能，保证了居住环境的舒适度，而且，通过膨胀石墨颗粒的作用，能降低室外大量电磁辐射对居住环境的影响，保证了人体健康，进一步提高了人们居住环境的质量。

下面结合附图说明对本发明做进一步地说明。

一种保温吸音新型复合墙板，包括表层1、基层3、吸音层2和保温层4，表层1和基层3之间设有吸音层2，吸音层2和表层1之间设有保温层4，表层1为改性菱镁板层，基层3为PE木塑复合材料层，吸音层2为蜂窝芯板，保温层4为ERS泡沫板。
在本实施例中，蜂窝芯板的材质为玻璃纤维棉。
在本实施例中，ERS泡沫板内设有一空腔，空腔内设有填充层5。
在本实施例中，填充层5由粘合在一起的膨胀石墨颗粒预压成型。
在本实施例中，表层1和基层3表面均设有高分子薄膜6，高分子薄膜6为PVC薄膜。
本发明提出的墙板结构合理，轻质环保，具有优异的隔热保温效果，同时，具有良好的隔音、吸音功能，保证了居住环境的舒适度，而且，通过膨胀石墨颗粒的作用，能降低室外大量电磁辐射对居住环境的影响，保证了人体健康，进一步提高了人们居住环境的质量。

1.一种保温吸音新型复合墙板，包括表层、基层、吸音层和保温层，其特征在于：所述表层和基层之间设有吸音层，所述吸音层和表层之间设有保温层，所述表层为改性菱镁板层，所述基层为PE木塑复合材料层，所述吸音层为蜂窝芯板，所述保温层为ERS泡沫板。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种保温吸音新型复合墙板，其特征在于：所述蜂窝芯板的材质为玻璃纤维棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种保温吸音新型复合墙板，其特征在于：所述ERS泡沫板内设有一空腔，所述空腔内设有填充层。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种保温吸音新型复合墙板，其特征在于：所述填充层由粘合在一起的膨胀石墨颗粒预压成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种保温吸音新型复合墙板，其特征在于：所述表层和基层表面均设有高分子薄膜，所述高分子薄膜为PVC薄膜。
