Abstract

本发明涉及五金料带激光无缝焊接,将断开的两条料带用治具冲“燕尾”工艺缺口,然后将冲了“燕尾”工艺缺口的料带摆放焊接治具上,用激光焊设备点焊料带燕尾连接处,从而达至将断开两条料带连接。本发明的优点在于:实现无缝焊接,将断开料带连接,且不影响料带尺寸,解决生产卡顿,提高效率,减少生产人员,降低成本。

本发明涉及五金料带激光无缝焊接。
背景技术
现有料带产品采用的是断开有接头形式,产品自动机拉料焊锡时造成生产卡顿,效率低以及人力堆积。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的现状,本发明为了克服现有问题,料带采用无缝焊接,将断开料带连接,且不影响料带尺寸,解决生产卡顿,提高效率,减少生产人员,降低成本的五金料带激光无缝焊接。。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:将断开的两条料带用治具冲“燕尾”工艺缺口,然后将冲了“燕尾”工艺缺口的料带摆放焊接治具上,用激光焊设备点焊料带燕尾连接处,从而达至将断开两条料带连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:实现无缝焊接,将断开料带连接,且不影响料带尺寸,解决生产卡顿,提高效率,减少生产人员,降低成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为两条断开的料带1,将断开的两条料带用治具冲“燕尾”工艺缺口2,然后将冲了“燕尾”工艺缺口2的料带摆放焊接治具上,用激光焊设备点焊料带燕尾连接处,从而达至将断开两条料带连接,实现五金料带激光无缝焊接。

1.五金料带激光无缝焊接,其特征在于,将断开的两条料带用治具冲“燕尾”工艺缺口,然后将冲了“燕尾”工艺缺口的料带摆放焊接治具上,用激光焊设备点焊料带燕尾连接处,从而达至将断开两条料带连接。
