本发明公开了一种雪莲花茶及其制备方法，包括以下重量份的原料：雪莲花40‑60份、红花10‑15份、枸杞6‑10份、山茱萸5‑8份、五味子2‑3份、当归2‑3份、白芍2‑3份、艾叶2‑3份、甜菊叶5‑10份。本发明雪莲花含有蛋白质、氨基酸、黄酮类化合物、生物碱等，具有通经活血、散寒除湿、止血消肿、排体内毒素等功效，本发明在雪莲花的基础上添加中草药成分，五味子具有交通心肾、收涩止血的作用，当归、白芍具有养血活血调经功能，并且滋阴清热，艾叶可以温经散寒调经，山茱萸具有滋养肝肾的功效，使得制备的雪莲花茶调理月经失调的功效显著，可取代传统的中药调理，特别适合工作繁忙的上班族。

技术领域
本发明属于花茶技术领域，具体涉及一种雪莲花茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
雪莲全草入药，入肝、脾、肾三经。雪莲花具有通经活血、暖宫散淤、散寒除湿、强筋助阳、止血消肿的功能，使用安全，无毒副作用，主治急慢性风湿性关节炎及骨关节炎引起的关节疼痛、肺寒咳嗽、宫寒腹痛、闭经、胎衣不下、麻疹不透等症。
月经失调也称月经不调，是妇科常见疾病，表现为月经周期或出血量的异常，可伴月经前、经期时的腹痛及全身症状。情绪异常、寒冷刺激、嗜烟酒以及节食都可引起月经不调，临床表现为不规则子宫出血、功能失调性子宫出血、闭经和绝经。目前，月经失调多为中药调理，调理时间长，并且中药煎煮时间长，调理不便，且味苦。此外，中药大部分是天然药物,有效成分比较复杂,如生物碱、皂素、鞣酸质、挥发油等，既然是药,其多数会有不同程度的副作用，近几年,因滥服中草药导致肾炎和急性肾功能衰竭的病人日趋增多。
花茶，又名香片，即将植物的花或叶或其果实泡制而成的茶，是中国特有的一类再加工茶，目前尚未有可调理月经失调的花茶。因此，有必要提供一种可调理月经失调的花茶饮品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：针对现有中药调理月经失调存在调理不方便、且中药味苦的问题，本发明提供一种雪莲花茶及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种雪莲花茶，包括以下重量份的原料：雪莲花40-60份、红花10-15份、枸杞6-10份、山茱萸5-8份、五味子2-3份、当归2-3份、白芍2-3份、艾叶2-3份、甜菊叶5-10份。
一种雪莲花茶，包括以下重量份的原料：雪莲花45-55份、红花12-14份、枸杞8-10份、山茱萸6-7份、五味子2-3份、当归2-3份、白芍2-3份、艾叶2-3份、甜菊叶6-8份。
一种雪莲花茶，包括以下重量份的原料：雪莲花50份、红花13份、枸杞9份、山茱萸6份、五味子2份、当归2份、白芍3份、艾叶3份、甜菊叶7份。
一种雪莲花茶的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)备料：按重量份称取所述原料备用；
(2)将枸杞、山茱萸、五味子、当归、白芍、艾叶和甜菊叶洗净后烘干，控制水分含量在5％以下，然后粉碎成颗粒；
(3)将粉碎后的颗粒原料混合均匀，加入200-300份水煎煮4-6h，制得中药提取液；
(4)将雪莲花和红花置于中药提取液中浸泡12-24h，取出后烘干即得雪莲花茶。
综上所述，由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明的有益效果是：
1.本发明雪莲花含有蛋白质、氨基酸、黄酮类化合物、生物碱等，具有通经活血、散寒除湿、止血消肿、排体内毒素等功效，本发明在雪莲花的基础上添加中草药成分，五味子具有交通心肾、收涩止血的作用，当归、白芍具有养血活血调经功能，并且滋阴清热，艾叶可以温经散寒调经，山茱萸具有滋养肝肾的功效，使得制备的雪莲花茶调理月经失调的功效显著，可取代传统的中药调理，特别适合工作繁忙的上班族；
2.本发明首先对中草药进行煎煮，获得中药提取液，然后将雪莲花和红花置于中药提取液中浸泡后烘干即得，一方面可保证该雪莲花茶调理月经失调的功效，另一方面，中药材的气味浅淡，并通过甜菊叶改善添加中药材后的苦涩感。
