一种红外热成像系统的圆柱凸轮传动结构,包括圆柱外凸轮、圆柱内凸轮、导向柱、镜框,圆柱外凸轮上设有曲线凹槽,镜框位于圆柱外凸轮内,圆柱内凸轮一端套装圆柱外凸轮内并与镜框固定,导向柱前端与所述镜框螺接,后端位于圆柱外凸轮的曲线凹槽内;导向柱上套装有第一轴承和第二轴承,所述第一轴承与圆柱外凸轮的曲线凹槽侧壁接触,第二轴承位于第一轴承的下方,第一轴承与第二轴承之间、第二轴承与镜框之间分别设有轴承垫片。

红外热成像系统的圆柱凸轮传动结构
技术领域
本发明属于红外热成像技术领域,涉及一种红外热成像系统的圆柱凸轮传动结构。
背景技术
圆柱凸轮传动结构在红外热成像技术领域应用比较广泛。圆柱凸轮机构的传动特点是结构简单、紧凑、设计方便、可实现从动件任意预期运动,最适用于要求从动件作间歇运动的场合。通常的红外热成像系统所用的圆柱凸轮系统的结构如图1、图2所示,主要包括圆柱外凸轮1,圆柱外凸轮1上设有曲线凹槽2,导向柱3的前端与镜框4螺接固定,后端位于圆柱外凸轮的曲线凹槽中,圆柱内凸轮5前端套装在圆柱外凸轮中。通过电机带动圆柱外凸轮1旋转,使导向柱3沿圆柱外凸轮的曲线凹槽2滑动,导向柱3带动镜框4运动。由于导向柱与圆柱凸轮相对运动时存在滑动摩擦,摩擦力较大,需要电机的输出力矩比较大;较大的摩擦力导致部件容易磨损,还会产生碎屑,影响光学系统的精度和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,改进红外热成像系统现有的圆柱凸轮传动结构,减小圆柱凸轮在转动的过程中与导向柱之间的摩擦力。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种红外热成像系统的圆柱凸轮传动结构,包括圆柱外凸轮、圆柱内凸轮、导向柱、镜框,圆柱外凸轮上设有曲线凹槽,镜框位于圆柱外凸轮内,圆柱内凸轮一端套装圆柱外凸轮内并与镜框固定,导向柱前端与所述镜框螺接,后端位于圆柱外凸轮的曲线凹槽内,其特征在于:所述导向柱上套装有第一轴承和第二轴承,所述第一轴承与圆柱外凸轮的曲线凹槽侧壁接触,第二轴承位于第一轴承的下方,第一轴承与第二轴承之间、第二轴承与镜框之间分别设有轴承垫片。
本发明将圆柱凸轮与导向柱间的滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦,摩擦力大大减小,需要电机输出力矩减小,相应功率的减少。部件间的磨损度大大减轻,不仅提高了系统使用寿命,.红外设备的精度、稳定性也相应提高。

具体实施方式
如图3、图4所示,本发明改进的红外热成像系统的圆柱凸轮传动结构,包括圆柱外凸轮1、圆柱内凸轮5、导向柱3、镜框4,圆柱外凸轮上设有曲线凹槽2,镜框4位于圆柱外凸轮内,圆柱内凸轮5一端套装圆柱外凸轮1内并与镜框4固定,导向柱3前端与所述镜框4螺接,后端位于圆柱外凸轮的曲线凹槽2内,导向柱3上套装有第一轴承6和第二轴承7,所述第一轴承6与圆柱外凸轮的曲线凹槽2侧壁接触,第二轴7承位于第一轴承6的下方、圆柱外凸轮和镜框之间,第一轴承6与第二轴承7之间、第二轴承7与镜框4之间分别设有轴承垫片8。
本发明工作时,电机带动圆柱外凸轮1转动,使导向柱3沿圆柱外凸轮上的曲线凹槽2运动。导向柱3带动镜框4及圆柱内凸轮5转动。由于导向柱3上套装的第一轴承6与圆柱外凸轮上的曲线凹槽侧壁接触,二者之间产生的是主要是滚动摩擦,摩擦阻力很小,电机输出很小的力矩就能够带动整个系统运转。轴承垫片8主要是防止第一轴承与第二轴承之间、第二轴承与镜框之间的直接接触,减小摩擦力,降低磨损。

1.一种红外热成像系统的圆柱凸轮传动结构,包括圆柱外凸轮、圆柱内凸轮、导向柱、镜框,圆柱外凸轮上设有曲线凹槽,镜框位于圆柱外凸轮内,圆柱内凸轮一端套装圆柱外凸轮内并与镜框固定,导向柱前端与所述镜框螺接,后端位于圆柱外凸轮的曲线凹槽内,其特征在于:所述导向柱上套装有第一轴承和第二轴承,所述第一轴承与圆柱外凸轮的曲线凹槽侧壁接触,第二轴承位于第一轴承的下方,第一轴承与第二轴承之间、第二轴承与镜框之间分别设有轴承垫片。
