Abstract
本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种织物除油剂,所述织物除油剂包括如下重量份的原料:混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10‑14%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3‑6%、脂肪醇嵌段聚醚4‑7%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1‑2%、增溶剂8‑10%、分散剂8‑13%,水余量。本发明通过采用混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇嵌段聚醚和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂,并结合增溶剂和分散剂,制得的织物除油剂用于前处理除油,精练等工序中,解决织物(尤其是氨纶)的除油问题,确保油滴不回沾织物及机器上。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种织物除油剂。
背景技术
在织物染整过程中,经常会碰到布面油污、沾污、色渍、色花、硅油斑等,造成产品质量降低,有的甚至无法修复。因此,织物染色、印花之前都需要经过一定的煮练过程,以去除布面上的杂质和油污,这个煮练过程通常称为精练。去油精练剂,也称除油精练剂,在精练中添加的各类具有渗透、乳化、洗涤、分散、润湿功能。去油精练剂是用化学和物理方法去除棉、毛、麻、蚕丝以及合成纤维等各类织物上天然杂质、沾污物以及织造浆料的助剂。在纺织行业中,去油精练剂,大多是狭义的概念,主要是指各类阴离子、非离子表面活性剂以及适当的添加剂,经过一定的配比的方法得到的一种以洗涤作用为主的、兼有渗透、乳化、分散、络合等协同作用的复配物。现有的去油精练剂去油效果较差,除油后的油滴会回沾织物及机器上。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种织物除油剂,该织物除油剂用于前处理除油,精练等工序中,解决织物(尤其是氨纶)的除油问题,确保油滴不回沾织物及机器上。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种织物除油剂,所述织物除油剂包括如下重量份的原料:

优选的,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为是脂肪醇碳原子数为C12、环氧乙烷加成数为3的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。具体的,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为AEO3。本发明通过采用上述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,具有良好的乳化能力和去污能力。
优选的,所述混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是脂肪醇碳原子数为C10-C18、环氧乙烷加成数为5的混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。具体的,所述混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为basf lutensolM5。本发明通过采用混合C10-C18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5EO,由于混合醇结构,多不同类混合油有很好乳化,去除能力。
具体的,所述脂肪醇嵌段聚醚为basf Dehypon LS 45。本发明通过采用脂肪醇嵌段聚醚,具备优异的润湿性能和低泡性能,卓越的动态表面张力,清洁效果好。
具体的,所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚为basf Lutensol TO7。本发明通过采用异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,具有优异的润湿能力,卓越的乳化能力,良好动态特性及净洗综合性能,良好的生物降解性以及极低的生物毒性;还具有很高的渗透能力、去污能力和分散能力。
优选的,所述增溶剂为低碳二元醇。更为优选的,所述低碳二元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇和己二醇中的至少一种。本发明通过采用上述增溶剂,具有优异的增溶、乳化和润湿等作用。
优选的,所述分散剂为高分子聚合物分散剂。更为优选的,所述高分子聚合物分散剂为马来酸/烯烃共聚物钠盐。具体的,所述高分子聚合物分散剂为basf Sokalan CP9。本发明通过采用马来酸/烯烃共聚物钠盐,由于引入烯烃疏水段,使该聚合物对油性物有很好吸附,分散能力,防止油的回沾。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过采用混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇嵌段聚醚和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂,并结合增溶剂和分散剂,制得的织物除油剂用于前处理除油,精练等工序中,解决织物(尤其是氨纶)的除油问题,确保油滴不回沾织物及机器上。

实施例1
一种织物除油剂,所述织物除油剂包括如下重量份的原料:

所述混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是脂肪醇碳原子数为C10-C18、环氧乙烷加成数为5的混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
所述增溶剂为低碳二元醇。
所述低碳二元醇为乙二醇。
所述分散剂为高分子聚合物分散剂。
所述高分子聚合物分散剂为马来酸/烯烃共聚物钠盐。

对实施例1-5以及对比例1制得的除油剂对织物处理后的结果如下表所示:
测试条件如下:油污:500g机油+0.02g苏丹红;摇瓶测试:2g油污+1.5g除油剂+20g水,置于量筒,剧烈摇15下;除油测试:机油滴在棉针织布上,110度烘干,1.5g/L除油剂,2g/L;纯碱,80℃处理20min。
从上表可以看出,摇瓶不分层代表防回沾越好,白度越高除油越干净,本发明制得的织物除油剂用于前处理除油,精练等工序中,解决织物(尤其是氨纶)的除油问题,确保油滴不回沾织物及机器上。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物除油剂,其特征在于:所述增溶剂为低碳二元醇。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种织物除油剂,其特征在于:所述低碳二元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇和己二醇中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物除油剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为高分子聚合物分散剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种织物除油剂,其特征在于:所述高分子聚合物分散剂为马来酸/烯烃共聚物钠盐。
