Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于建筑设备的耐高温润滑油,其特征在于,由以下质量份的组份组成:三辛酸甘油酯30‑40份,单乙醇胺5‑12份,对氨基苯甲酸7‑9份,烷基苯合成磺酸钙3‑5份,聚烷撑乙二醇10‑20份,氯化石蜡9‑15份,甲基硅油1‑5份、1,3‑丙二醇2‑6份、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯1‑5份、磷酸三酯5‑9份,苯甲酸3‑7份,三氯甲烷8‑15份,硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐6‑12份。本发明的耐高温润滑油中含有甲基硅油、1,3‑丙二醇、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯等化学物质,滑轮性能好且提高了耐高温的性能,适用于建筑设备。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体涉及一种用于建筑设备的耐高温润滑油。
背景技术
建筑设备在服役过程中,负重较大,连接机构会有很大的摩擦力,同时会产生较高的温度,亟需一种能够耐高温的润滑油,目前,高温润滑油以合成基础油配以高性能添加剂,调制而成的无灰合成酯型高温链条润滑剂,不含能够形成固体残留物的物质。用于环境温度经常达260℃的轴承、链条、滑轨及齿轮等的润滑。优异的高温稳定性和极低的蒸发损失:高温下积碳及结焦倾向极低并保持液体膜润滑,润滑油消耗低,极少烟雾,不产生有害气体;优异的清净性:是无灰润滑剂,可以消除因固体积累而导致的清理问题和减少停工时间,有助于清洁被其它较差的链条润滑剂污染的链条;节能:是清洁的流体膜润滑剂,具有优异的润滑性能,可以明显降低能耗;对设备提供更好的保护:含有特种润滑添加剂组合,具有优异的抗磨、防锈和抗氧抗腐性能,可以大大延长设备寿命并降低维护费用;理想的粘度:具有较高的粘度指数,在高温下粘附性较好,提供良好的润滑。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种用于建筑设备的耐高温润滑油,以解决背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于建筑设备的耐高温润滑油,其创新点在于,由以下质量份的组份组成:三辛酸甘油酯30-40份,单乙醇胺5-12份,对氨基苯甲酸7-9份,烷基苯合成磺酸钙3-5份,聚烷撑乙二醇10-20份,氯化石蜡9-15份,甲基硅油1-5份、1,3-丙二醇2-6份、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯1-5份、磷酸三酯5-9份,苯甲酸3-7份,三氯甲烷8-15份,硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐6-12份。
进一步的,一种用于建筑设备的耐高温润滑油,由以下质量份的组份组成:三辛酸甘油酯32-38份,单乙醇胺7-10份,对氨基苯甲酸7-8份,烷基苯合成磺酸钙4-5份,聚烷撑乙二醇12-18份,氯化石蜡11-13份,甲基硅油2-4份、1,3-丙二醇3-5份、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯2-4份、磷酸三酯6-8份,苯甲酸4-6份,三氯甲烷10-13份,硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐8-10份。
进一步的,一种用于建筑设备的耐高温润滑油,由以下质量份的组份组成:三辛酸甘油酯35份,单乙醇胺8份,对氨基苯甲酸8份,烷基苯合成磺酸钙4份,聚烷撑乙二醇15份,氯化石蜡12份,甲基硅油3份、1,3-丙二醇4份、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯3份、磷酸三酯7份,苯甲酸5份,三氯甲烷12份,硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐9份。
本发明有益效果为:本发明的耐高温润滑油中含有甲基硅油、1,3-丙二醇、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯等化学物质,滑轮性能好且提高了耐高温的性能,适用于建筑设备。

一种用于建筑设备的耐高温润滑油,由以下质量份的组份组成:三辛酸甘油酯30份,单乙醇胺5份,对氨基苯甲酸7份,烷基苯合成磺酸钙3份,聚烷撑乙二醇10份,氯化石蜡9份,甲基硅油1份、1,3-丙二醇2份、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯1份、磷酸三酯5份,苯甲酸3份,三氯甲烷8份,硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐6份。
实施例2
一种用于建筑设备的耐高温润滑油,由以下质量份的组份组成:三辛酸甘油酯40份,单乙醇胺12份,对氨基苯甲酸9份,烷基苯合成磺酸钙5份,聚烷撑乙二醇20份,氯化石蜡15份,甲基硅油5份、1,3-丙二醇6份、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯5份、磷酸三酯9份,苯甲酸7份,三氯甲烷15份,硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐12份。
实施例3
一种用于建筑设备的耐高温润滑油,由以下质量份的组份组成:三辛酸甘油酯35份,单乙醇胺8份,对氨基苯甲酸8份,烷基苯合成磺酸钙4份,聚烷撑乙二醇15份,氯化石蜡12份,甲基硅油3份、1,3-丙二醇4份、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯3份、磷酸三酯7份,苯甲酸5份,三氯甲烷12份,硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐9份。
本发明的耐高温润滑油中含有甲基硅油、1,3-丙二醇、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯等化学物质,滑轮性能好且提高了耐高温的性能,适用于建筑设备。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于建筑设备的耐高温润滑油,其特征在于:由以下质量份的组份组成:三辛酸甘油酯32-38份,单乙醇胺7-10份,对氨基苯甲酸7-8份,烷基苯合成磺酸钙4-5份,聚烷撑乙二醇12-18份,氯化石蜡11-13份,甲基硅油2-4份、1,3-丙二醇3-5份、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯2-4份、磷酸三酯6-8份,苯甲酸4-6份,三氯甲烷10-13份,硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐8-10份。
