背景技术
静电放电是日常生活中及其常见的一种现象,在干燥的环境中,物体接触金属物体时会感到有电,偶尔还会有电火花,这就是静电放电现象。石油液体在管道中进行运输时,流速越快,产生静电的可能性就越大,静电的防控是石油管道运输防范的一个重点内容。
发明内容
本发明提供一种石油管道防静电材料的制备方法,能有效提高防静电的能力,减少静电危害,保证管道运输的安全。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种石油管道防静电材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)称取混合:称取聚氨酯树脂、环氧丙烯酸树脂、钛白粉、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,加入压力均质机中,在温度50~70℃下,混合1-2小时,得到混合物 A ;
(2)二次混合:分别称取乙酸乙酯 、环己酮 、氧化锌晶须 ,在搅拌状态下依次加入混合物 A 中,持续1~3h,得到混合物 B ;
(3)添加助剂:将混合物 B加入反应釜中,加入导电助剂、抗静电剂;
(4)研磨:将步骤(3)得到的混合物加入研磨机中研磨1~2h,进入过虑箱用过虑网进行过虑,得到防静电涂料产品 。
进一步地,所述石油管道防静电材料按质量份计,包括以下原料:聚氨酯树脂20~40份、环氧丙烯酸树脂20~30份、钛白粉5~10份、导电助剂8~12份、抗静电剂2~5份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂10~20份、乙酸乙酯10~15份 、环己酮 5~10份、氧化锌晶须10~15份。
进一步地,所述石油管道防静电材料按质量份计,包括以下原料:聚氨酯树脂30份、环氧丙烯酸树脂24份、钛白粉6份、导电助剂10份、抗静电剂3份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂12份、乙酸乙酯12份 、环己酮 8份、氧化锌晶须12份。
进一步地,所述压力均质机均质压力为10-15MPa。
进一步地,所述过虑网为500 目过虑网。
本发明所述的制备方法工艺简单,实用性强,产品在具备良好的耐腐蚀性、抗氧化性、耐磨、防火等性能的基础上还具备良好的抗静电性,可以有效满足石化管道运输领域内的需求,防止静电产生,确保安全。

实施例1:一种石油管道防静电材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取混合:聚氨酯树脂20份、环氧丙烯酸树脂20份、钛白粉10份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂10份,加入压力均质机中,在压力为10MPa,温度50℃下,混合1小时,得到混合物 A ;
(2)二次混合:分别称取乙酸乙酯10份 、环己酮 5份、氧化锌晶须15份 ,在搅拌状态下依次加入混合物 A 中,持续1h,得到混合物 B ;
(3)添加助剂:将混合物 B加入反应釜中,加入导电助剂8份、抗静电剂5份;
(4)研磨:将步骤(3)得到的混合物加入研磨机中研磨2h,进入过虑箱用500 目过虑网进行过虑,得到防静电涂料产品 。
实施例2:一种石油管道防静电材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取混合:聚氨酯树脂40份、环氧丙烯酸树脂30份、钛白粉5份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂20份、加入压力均质机中,在压力为15MPa,温度70℃下,混合2小时,得到混合物 A ;
(2)二次混合:分别称取乙酸乙酯15份 、环己酮 10份、氧化锌晶须10份 ,在搅拌状态下依次加入混合物 A 中,持续3h,得到混合物 B ;
(3)添加助剂:将混合物 B加入反应釜中,加入导电助剂12份、抗静电剂2份;
(4)研磨:将步骤(3)得到的混合物加入研磨机中研磨1h,进入过虑箱用500 目过虑网进行过虑,得到防静电涂料产品 。
实施例3:一种石油管道防静电材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取混合:聚氨酯树脂30份、环氧丙烯酸树脂24份、钛白粉6份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂12份、加入压力均质机中,在压力为12MPa,温度65℃下,混合1小时,得到混合物 A ;
(2)二次混合:分别称取乙酸乙酯12份 、环己酮 8份、氧化锌晶须12份,在搅拌状态下依次加入混合物 A 中,持续1h,得到混合物 B ;
(3)添加助剂:将混合物 B加入反应釜中,加入导电助剂10份、抗静电剂3份;
(4)研磨:将步骤(3)得到的混合物加入研磨机中研磨2h,进入过虑箱用500 目过虑网进行过虑,得到防静电涂料产品。

(2)二次混合:分别称取乙酸乙酯 、环己酮 、氧化锌晶须 ,在搅拌状态下依次加入混合物 A 中,持续1~3h,得到混合物 B ;
(3)添加助剂:将混合物 B加入反应釜中,加入导电助剂、抗静电剂;
(4)研磨:将步骤(3)得到的混合物加入研磨机中研磨1~2h,进入过虑箱用过虑网进行过虑,得到防静电涂料产品 。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石油管道防静电材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述石油管道防静电材料按质量份计,包括以下原料:聚氨酯树脂20~40份、环氧丙烯酸树脂20~30份、钛白粉5~10份、导电助剂8~12份、抗静电剂2~5份、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂10~20份、乙酸乙酯10~15份 、环己酮 5~10份、氧化锌晶须10~15份。
