背景技术
朱砂即硫化汞,化学品名称HgS;朱砂又称辰砂、丹砂、赤丹、汞沙,是硫化汞的天然矿石,大红色,有金刚光泽至金属光泽,属三方晶系。
颜料是指不溶于水及一般有机溶剂的有色物质,是经调配处理后能涂在物体表面而着色的物质。颜料是美术绘画的物质基础和重要组成部分。颜料决定色彩,色彩又影响着作品的质量和效果。
由于朱砂色泽精致,常用于许多传统艺术品的着色,如陶瓷、塘瓷、泥瓦瓷、字画、雕刻品。朱砂上彩浮雕,常规的朱砂颜料在光、热、湿气、酸碱的环境中,容易出现裂纹、脱落、掉色,严重影响了艺术品的美观。

本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了一种朱砂浮雕画颜料及其制备方法,具体是通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种朱砂浮雕画颜料,包括以下质量份原料:朱砂粉10-200份、赭石10-160份、二氧化钛1-80份、二氧化锡2-65份、硫酸钡5-55份、高岭土7-40份、添加剂10-35份、云母5-30份、混合胶5-30份、六偏磷酸钠1-25份、硝酸纤维素1-20份、乙基纤维素1-20份、聚醚改性有机硅氧烷1-15份。
进一步,所述的朱砂浮雕画颜料,包括以下质量份原料:朱砂粉130-150份、赭石80-100份、二氧化钛40-55份、二氧化锡30-33份、硫酸钡27-28.5份、高岭土20-23.7份、添加剂20-22.7份、云母20-21.3份、混合胶17.8-19份、六偏磷酸钠15.6-17份、硝酸纤维素10-12份、乙基纤维素9.5-11份、聚醚改性有机硅氧烷7-8份。

进一步,所述的溶液1为丙酮、乙醇、三氯甲烷、环己烷按照体积比2.2-2.6:13.6-14:0.8-1.5:1.3-1.5混合而成。

1)朱砂粉、赭石混合粉碎,得料1;
2)添加剂和混合胶混合,50-60℃加热30-40min,1200-1300r/min搅拌1-2h,得料2;
3)料1、料2、二氧化钛、二氧化锡、硫酸钡、高岭土、云母份、六偏磷酸钠、硝酸纤维素、乙基纤维素、聚醚改性有机硅氧烷混合,得料3,加入0.2-0.35%料3质量的甲酸,0.1-0.15%尿素,1000-1300r/min搅拌2-3h,80-85℃处理2-3min,40-45℃搅拌1-2h,2-6℃放置30-40min,50-60℃搅拌1-1.3h,装瓶既得。

所述的添加剂,包括以下质量份原料:仙人掌40g、苦荞30g、槐花20g、山茶油3g。

实验例
1、效果评价
按照实施例1-6的方法制备颜料,分别取每个实施例得颜料涂抹于浮雕上,参照文献报道的方法进行测量(纵浩.中国画颜料老化色差值分析[D].安徽大学,2005.)颜料色差变化。
1)紫外光处理
实验条件:波长253.7nm,30w,灯距30cm,总照射时间120h,每24h测样。结果如表1所示

2.如权利要求1所述的朱砂浮雕画颜料,其特征在于,所述的朱砂浮雕画颜料,包括以下质量份原料:朱砂130-150份、赭石80-100份、二氧化钛40-55份、二氧化锡30-33份、硫酸钡27-28.5份、高岭土20-23.7份、添加剂20-22.7份、云母20-21.3份、混合胶17.8-19份、六偏磷酸钠15.6-17份、硝酸纤维素10-12份、乙基纤维素9.5-11份、聚醚改性有机硅氧烷7-8份。
3.如权利要求1所述的朱砂浮雕画颜料,其特征在于,所述的添加剂,包括以下制备步骤:
1)槐花粉碎,50-60℃,炒制20-30min,110-120℃炒制5-7min,得混合料,加入5-7倍槐花质量的溶液1,30-40℃搅拌20-30min,过滤,加入0.2-0.3%滤液质量的氢氧化钠,搅拌,过滤,滤液减压蒸馏回收溶剂,得浸膏1;
2)苦荞碳化,得粉末1;
3)仙人掌捣碎,加入3-5倍碱液,搅拌30-40min,过滤,取滤液,滤液干燥,得固体1;其中所述的碱液,为浓度为0.67-0.72mol/L;
4)浸膏1、粉末1、固体1、山茶油混合,得混合料,加入0.2-0.3%混合料质量的甘油,混合既得。
4.如权利要求3所述的朱砂浮雕画颜料,其特征在于,所述的溶液1为丙酮、乙醇、三氯甲烷、环己烷按照体积比2.2-2.6:13.6-14:0.8-1.5:1.3-1.5混合而成。
