目前,市场上有很多复合材料,但材料密度小,无论是对隔音、降噪等所起到的作用不大,因为材料的使用效果、韧性、抗阻性等均取决于材料本身的密度,如果材料自身密度底,则制成的复合材料的效果更不理想。

钨粉20-30份、聚氨酯40-50份、炭黑10-15份、环烷油5-8份、硬脂酸3-6份、氧化锌2-15份。
一种板材用消音材料,其特征在于,所述氧化锌为氧化锌粉末。
一种板材用消音材料,其特征在于,所述炭黑为炭黑颗粒。
