本发明是一种防腐蚀涂料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:庚酸烯丙酯75‑85%、环氧‑丙烯酸1‑5%、氧化铁1‑10%、环氧树脂3‑9%、氧化锌2‑3%、磷酸三丁酯1‑5%、氯化铬11‑19%、丁基乳胶5‑7%、去离子水3‑5%,本发明的防腐蚀涂料可以增强防腐蚀涂料硬度,增加防腐蚀涂料性能,使防腐蚀涂料具有更广泛的应用。

本发明是一种防腐蚀涂料的配方,属于建筑领域。
背景技术
防腐蚀涂料是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料,目前现有的防腐蚀涂料功能比较单一,硬度较差,比较容易脱落。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种防腐蚀涂料的配方,可以增强防腐蚀涂料硬度,增加防腐蚀涂料性能,使防腐蚀涂料具有更广泛的应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种防腐蚀涂料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:庚酸烯丙酯75-85%、环氧-丙烯酸1-5%、氧化铁1-10%、环氧树脂3-9%、氧化锌2-3%、磷酸三丁酯1-5%、氯化铬11-19%、丁基乳胶5-7%、去离子水3-5%。
有益效果:可以增强防腐蚀涂料硬度,增加防腐蚀涂料性能,使防腐蚀涂料具有更广泛的应用。

一种防腐蚀涂料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:庚酸烯丙酯75%、环氧-丙烯酸1%、氧化铁1%、环氧树脂3%、氧化锌2%、磷酸三丁酯1%、氯化铬11%、丁基乳胶5%、水3%,此时防腐蚀涂料硬度较软。
实施例2
一种防腐蚀涂料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:庚酸烯丙酯85%、环氧-丙烯酸5%、氧化铁10%、环氧树脂9%、氧化锌3%、磷酸三丁酯5%、氯化铬19%、丁基乳胶7%、去离子水5%,此时防腐蚀涂料硬度过硬,硬脆裂。
实施例3
一种防腐蚀涂料的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:庚酸烯丙酯80%、环氧-丙烯酸3%、氧化铁5.5%、环氧树脂6%、氧化锌2.5%、磷酸三丁酯3%、氯化铬15%、丁基乳胶6%、去离子水4%,此时防腐蚀涂料的硬度适宜,性能更好。

1.一种防腐蚀涂料的配方,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:庚酸烯丙酯75-85%、环氧-丙烯酸1-5%、氧化铁1-10%、环氧树脂3-9%、氧化锌2-3%、磷酸三丁酯1-5%、氯化铬11-19%、丁基乳胶5-7%、去离子水3-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐蚀涂料的配方,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:庚酸烯丙酯75%、环氧-丙烯酸1%、氧化铁1%、环氧树脂3%、氧化锌2%、磷酸三丁酯1%、氯化铬11%、丁基乳胶5%、去离子水3%。
