本发明公开了一种纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜,包含外保护层、基础层和增强层,外保护层为PVDF薄膜,基础层为铝箔,增强层为沿经向和纬向铺设的纤维丝束;所述外保护层通过粘结剂设置在基础层的一侧,增强层按经纬向呈网格状铺设于基体层的另一面,外保护层与基础层的层间剥离强度不低于3磅/英寸,外保护层、基础层和增强层的整体总厚度为35μm‑100μm;本发明的纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜,以PVDF为薄膜为外保护层,以铝箔为基础层,以纤维丝束为增强层,使整体具备良好的耐候性、耐久性等基础性能;外保护层与基础层通过特殊的粘结剂粘结,提高了剥离强度,并以纤维丝束为增强层,提高了整体强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜。
背景技术
复合型薄膜材料由于具备耐候性、耐久性、良好的非粘附性等性能,并且具备低表面张力、低摩擦性、憎斥水性、憎斥油性等特殊的表面性能,而在航空航天以及精密电子产品的封装领域得到了广泛的应用;而现有的复合型薄膜材料由于材料和结构的局限,其整体强度以及剥离强度在特殊的使用环境中仍然达不到要求。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜,包含外保护层、基础层和增强层,外保护层为PVDF薄膜,基础层为铝箔,增强层为沿经向和纬向铺设的纤维丝束;所述外保护层通过粘结剂设置在基础层的一侧,增强层按经纬向呈网格状铺设于基体层的另一面,外保护层与基础层的层间剥离强度不低于3磅/英寸,外保护层、基础层和增强层的整体总厚度为35μm-100μm。
优选的,所述外保护层的厚度为18-25微米。
优选的,所述基础层的厚度为6.5-12μm。
优选的,所述纤维丝束为尼龙或芳纶纤维,纤维丝束之间平行且间隔距离为2.5mm-10mm,纤维丝束铺设前均经过粘结剂浸渍处理。
优选的,所述粘结剂由丙酮、VMA和聚氨酯组成,丙酮、VMA和聚氨酯的比例为1:3:0.4。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜,以PVDF为薄膜为外保护层,以铝箔为基础层,以纤维丝束为增强层,使整体具备良好的耐候性、耐久性等基础性能;外保护层与基础层通过特殊的粘结剂粘结,提高了剥离强度,并以纤维丝束为增强层,提高了整体强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1所示,本发明所述的一种纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜,包含外保护层1、基础层2和增强层3;所述外保护层1为PVDF薄膜,外保护层1的厚度为18-25微米;所述基础层2为铝箔,基础层2的厚度为6.5-12μm;所述增强层3为沿经向和纬向铺设的纤维丝束,纤维丝束为尼龙或芳纶纤维,纤维丝束之间平行且间隔距离为2.5mm-10mm,纤维丝束铺设前均经过粘结剂浸渍处理;所述外保护层1通过粘结剂设置在基础层2的一侧,增强层3按经纬向呈网格状铺设于基体层的另一面,外保护层1与基础层2的层间剥离强度不低于3磅/英寸,外保护层1、基础层2和增强层3的整体总厚度为35μm-100μm;所述粘结剂为由丙酮、VMA和聚氨酯组成的胶水,丙酮、VMA和聚氨酯的比例为1:3:0.4。
所述复合薄膜的制备方法如下:在铝箔上铺设胶水,将PVDF与铝箔用热熔复合机复合,温度为75-85℃,滚筒压力为4kg,然后放在熟化室内熟化2天,熟化温度为35-45℃;最后将复合品置于热压机上,将胶水铺设于铝箔上,将纤维丝束置于铝箔上,热压温度为90℃,时间为45s,间隔20min,重复热压3次。

Claims (5)

1.一种纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜,其特征在于:包含外保护层(1)、基础层(2)和增强层(3),外保护层(1)为PVDF薄膜,基础层(2)为铝箔,增强层(3)为沿经向和纬向铺设的纤维丝束;所述外保护层(1)通过粘结剂设置在基础层(2)的一侧,增强层(3)按经纬向呈网格状铺设于基体层的另一面,外保护层(1)与基础层(2)的层间剥离强度不低于3磅/英寸,外保护层(1)、基础层(2)和增强层(3)的整体总厚度为35μm-100μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜,其特征在于:所述外保护层(1)的厚度为18-25微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜,其特征在于:所述基础层(2)的厚度为6.5-12μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜,其特征在于:所述纤维丝束为尼龙或芳纶纤维,纤维丝束之间平行且间隔距离为2.5mm-10mm,纤维丝束铺设前均经过粘结剂浸渍处理。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的纤维增强型高性能复合薄膜,其特征在于:所述粘结剂由丙酮、VMA和聚氨酯组成,丙酮、VMA和聚氨酯的比例为1:3:0.4。
