经济全球化和信息化使制造业的竞争环境及发展模式发生了深刻变化,这些变化对我国制造业提出了严峻的挑战,同时也为实现我国制造业的跨越式发展提供了有利条件和机遇。
随着国民生活水平的不断提高,医药生产企业的用工成本也在不断增加,传统的采用人工操作的方式对腹透液废液袋进行组装,工人在长时间、高强度的劳作过程中难免会产生疲惫感,造成体力下降,且工人难以长时间保持注意力集中,不仅会使废液袋的组装效率降低,而且会使腹部透析液包装的不良品升高。这与企业的标准化、机械化、自动化的生产要求格格不入。
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种废液袋切管充气装置。
一种废液袋切管充气装置充气装置,其特征在于,包括定位工装、夹紧机构、切管装置、充气装置;所述的夹紧机构包括上下升降气缸、夹紧气缸和夹具,所述的所述的切管装置由切管气缸和切刀构成;所述的充气装置由充气气缸和充气气管接口构成。
本发明的积极效果是:与现有技术相比,降低了劳动强度,节省了人力,设备运行稳定,生产效率高,产品质量稳定。

具体实施方式
本发明的工作原理是:将废液袋至袋定位工装内,夹具在上下升降气缸作用下完成定位,并将废液袋上的盲管接头置于夹具内,废液袋盲管由夹紧气缸上的夹紧部分持住,然后切管气缸带动切刀运动,将废液袋盲管头部切掉,之后,充气气缸运动,充气气管接口与盲管切头后的部分对接,完成充气。
